Разработано финансово-экономическое обоснование девелоперского проекта по строительству многофункционального комплекса по адресу Свердловская область, г. Екатеринбург, мкр Солнечный, ул. Чемпионов. / The final qualifying work (master's thesis) consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list including 62 titles. The Russian and foreign scientific and practical experience of construction and design of multifunctional complexes has been worked out. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography and appendices. The work examines the rationale for creating a production and warehouse complex on the territory of an industrial park. The location of the facility under consideration was analyzed, digital technologies used in the field of development projects for production and warehouse purposes were considered, and a concept and financial and economic model of the project for the construction of a production and warehouse complex were developed. The project budget was formed, integral indicators of the economic efficiency of the project were calculated. The conclusion formulates the main findings and summarizes the results of the study. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений. В работе рассмотрено обоснование создания производственно-складского комплекса на территории индустриального парка. Проанализирована территория расположения рассматриваемого объекта, рассмотрены цифровые технологии, применяемые в сфере девелоперских проектов производственно-складского назначения, и разработана концепция и финансово-экономическая модель проекта по строительству производственно-складского комплекса. Сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны интегральные показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования.
