Como objetivo geral, este estudo propôs investigar como ocorrem as interações musicais via webconferência no referido curso. Nos objetivos específicos, buscou-se entender como o docente se planeja para a utilização da webconferência; identificar as interações que se estabelecem a partir da utilização desta ferramenta e, compreender o olhar dos interagentes (docente e discentes) neste processo. A abordagem sistêmico-relacional da interação mediada por computador sob a ótica de Alex Primo (2003; 2008) evidenciou-se como a mais apropriada para fundamentar o termo interação neste estudo. O percurso metodológico constituiu-se a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e analítica, direcionada para o método de estudo de caso único (YIN, 2015), e teve como técnicas de coleta de dados a entrevista semiestruturada para o docente, observação participante em uma webconferência e questionário com questões abertas para discentes. O planejamento do docente; o ambiente on-line e síncrono; as interações que se estabelecem e, o olhar instrumentalizado dos interagentes foram categorias temáticas que emergiram e, por conseguinte, analisadas nesta pesquisa. Os resultados deste estudo demonstraram que o planejamento docente é essencial e deve atender às especificidades de cada disciplina, o ambiente on-line e síncrono deve ser propício e enfatizar o uso de recursos midiáticos, enquanto que as interações mútuas são imprescindíveis, porém, é necessário um olhar pedagógico, musical e tecnológico por parte dos interagentes ao utilizar a webconferência. Espera-se que este estudo amplie novos olhares para as interações musicais mediadas por Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) na EaD e que futuras pesquisas possam emergir abordando temas como: aprendizagem musical colaborativa; concepções de cursos e estratégias de ensino musical; uso pedagógico da webconferência no ensino de instrumentos musicais; metodologias de ensino musical a distância; motivação para utilização de recursos síncronos em cursos de música a distância; utilização de dispositivos móveis para conferências de áudio e vídeo no ensino da música além de temas relacionados às outras interações síncronas que ocorrem na EaD como encontros presenciais e chat para aprender e ensinar música. / This dissertation addresses as a theme the musical interactions via web conference in Distance Education (EaD) and has as a locus of research the Distance Education Undergraduate Degree Program in Music Education offered by University of Brasília (UnB). As a general objective, this study proposed to investigate how the musical interactions occur through web conference in the aforementioned program. In the specific objectives, it was sought to understand how the instructor make his or he planning to use the web conference; Identify the interactions that are established from the use of this tool and, to understand the interagents (instructor and students) in this process. The systemic-relational approach of computer-mediated interaction from the perspective of Alex Primo (2003; 2008) showed to be the most appropriate basis for the term interaction in this study. The methodological course was based on a qualitative, descriptive and analytical approach, focused on the single case study method (YIN, 2015), and had as data collection techniques the semi-structured interview for the instructor, participant observation in a web conference, and questionnaire with open questions for students. The planning of the instructor; The online and synchronous environment; The interactions that are established and, the instrumentalized look of the interacting agents were thematic categories that emerged and, therefore, analyzed in this research. The results of this study demonstrated that instructor planning is essential and must meet the specificities of each discipline, the online and synchronous environment should be conducive and emphasize the use of media resources, while mutual interactions are essential, however, it is necessary a pedagogical, musical and technological look on the part of the interagents when using the webconference. It is hoped that this study will broaden new perspectives for the musical interactions mediated by Information and Communication Technologies in the EaD, and that future researches may emerge covering themes such as: collaborative musical learning; course conceptions and musical teaching strategies; pedagogical use of web conferencing in the teaching of applied music; methodologies for teaching music distance education; motivation to use synchronous resources in distance music courses use of mobile devices for audio and video conferencing in music teaching; as well as themes related to other synchronous interactions that occur in distance education such as face-to-face meetings and chat to learn and teach music.

Silvia Cristina Dotta / Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal do ABC, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Humanas e Sociais, 2016. / O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a ocorrência da aprendizagem dialógica no ambiente de webconferência multimodal e multimídia, já que as TICs se fazem cada vez mais presentes no contexto educacional. Além disso, uma preocupação com aulas virtuais que promovam a aprendizagem efetiva através da interação entre os envolvidos é latente a este trabalho. A partir de corpus constituído por aulas síncronas realizadas na disciplina EaD e Novas Tecnologias da ofertada às licenciaturas da Universidade Federal do ABC durante o ano de 2012, investigamos, através de análise do discurso crítica, se a linguagem da multimodalidade expressa via áudio/chat nesta tecnologia possibilita maior interação discursiva na sala de aula e, consequentemente, a aprendizagem dialógica entre os sujeitos, tornando as aulas ministradas no ambiente mais colaborativas e interativas na construção do conhecimento. / This MA thesis aims at analyzing dialogic learning in a multimodal and multimedia web conferencing environment, as ICT is often present in contemporary educational contexts. A great concern with virtual learning practices that promote effective learning through interaction between those involved in it underlies this work. Data is based on synchronous classes recorded from an undergraduate course for future teachers at Universidade Federal do ABC in 2012. The course is entitled: Distance learning and new technologies. By using discourse analysis as a method, this work questions whether multimodal speech delivered via audio/chat is a possibility for greater discursive interaction in classes bringing out dialogic learning as an outcome.
