En el presente trabajo se analizará el tratamiento que la Administración tributaria y el tribunal Fiscal dispensan a los gastos de responsabilidad social en que incurren las empresas, en especial las que son titulares de actividad minera, así como la posición adoptada al respecto por el Poder Judicial. In this work we analyze the treatment that the Tax Administration and the Tax Court accorded to social responsibility costs incurred by companies, especially those that are holders of mining activities, and about the position taken by the Judiciary.
