The aim of the master thesis is the analysis and identification of stakeholders of wine business with the addition of an investigation the degree of influence of stakeholders on the wine business among Czech and Moravian wineries. It is also analyzed the relationship of influence of stakeholders on the wine business between micro wineries on the one hand and small and medium-sized wineries on the other. The result is the inclusion of stakeholders into groups according to their impact on the winery and the suggestion of managing the relationships with stakeholders of winery in order to increase its competitiveness.

This thesis deals with the Corporate Social Responsibility of three organizations which are Penny Market, Kaufland and Lidl (Czech republic). The theoretical part deals with historical development of the concept, defining the term of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) including three pillars and its characteristics. It also deals with stakeholders, arguments for acceptance and against acceptance, benefits, describes implementation of the concept and evaluation of social responsibility. In own part of the thesis are analyzed the concepts of three organizations and then concepts are compared and evaluated. Further continues questionnaire survey and the final part of thesis is synthesis of all knowledges from comparison and the results of the questionnaire. From synthesis are proposed recommendations to improve the concept of the selected company Lidl. Based on the findings Lidl has one of the lowest number of diverse activities.

Problematika ekonomického rozvoje afrických zemí / The problems of economic development in African countries

This diploma thesis points to the barriers which impede backward African countries in economic development. It sees an imperfect institutional environment of the poor countries as a major issue. It outlines the problems on specific cases of Rwanda, Botswana and Kenya and it also suggests possible solutions for overcoming persisting poverty. The first chapter focuses on explanation of development theories and effectiveness of foreign aid. The next chapter regards economic development from the institutional point of view. Moreover, it presents the theoretical concept of property rights as the main factor of economic prosperity. The last theoretical chapter describes a role of government and its effect and effect of interest groups on the economy of particular country. The economic policy development of concrete African countries is discribed in analytical part of the thesis. In conclusion of the work the particular findings are summed up and furthemore, the certain solutions which should help to overcome big poverty in poor African countries are offered.

The pharmaceutical companies are considered as one of the most influential interest groups within drug policy, or in general within healthcare system. Therefore, this diploma thesis is focused on the influence of the pharmaceutical manufacturers on legislative framework that forms the drug policy, on the impact on the concrete implementation of drug policy and finally on the influence on prescription, sales and public opinion. Based on an analysis of the pharmaceutical market and the drug policy of the Czech Republic, the diploma thesis defines the most common interests of the pharmaceutical companies which they are trying to push through lobbying. Furthermore, the thesis identifies the access points through which these interests can push through and tries to illustrate these facts on concrete examples.

According to the Czech legislature, Ministry of Health invites the representatives of insurance companies and healthcare providers to discuss and create a balanced form of reimbursement. When they are not able to agree, it's up to Ministry of Health to determine the reimbursement in corresponding segment. We assume that this kind of organization enables the involved representatives to push their interests in order to get more favorable financing for their profession. Different groups have different positions in the bargaining process so we can expect the existence of winners and losers according to the financial arrangements they were able to enforce. The diploma thesis deals with the theme of women's organizations lobbying family policy. The theoretical approaches used in the work discribe the subject of research and the tools for its exploration. These are manily theories of interest groups, theories of third sector-state interactions and theories of lobbying. Theories raised following research questions: Are women's organizations insiders or outsiders of family policy? Are their relations with state mainly cooperative or confrontational, do they join institucionalized or non-formal negotiations? Do they use radical or moderate forms of lobbying? Is their lobbying direct or indirect? The thesis explores also the costs of lobbying and their influence on the forms of lobbying chosen by women's organizations. It is also focused on evaluation of the succes of the women's organizations and on the potential and barriers of coalition and networks building. The diploma thesis comes with following results. The women's organizations are mainly insiders in the family policy negotiations. They join the institucionalized forms of advocacy, relations with the state are mainly cooperative. The thesis offers a methodological contribution, consisting in an interconnecting of the analysis of interest groups with a new institutional paradigm, utilizing its fundamental concepts, particularly transaction costs, formal and informal institutions, and various types of 5 institutional setting, its equilibrium and change. Among the problems of pluralist democracy there are underlined the processes of cleavage and cohesion, shaping group diversity under the condition of multi-actor democracy. Urban planning form the space occupied by people, but their participation ratio is low. In spite of the fact that they can be concerned in city planning for example to be engaged in interest group, that could affect it. The thesis aim the question of the affect on the process of making Prague Land Use Plan (Metropolitan plan). The theoretical part defines the detailed explanation of the city planning and presents project submission of Metropolitan plan, and also set the context. In the practical part of the thesis the urban agents and their interests are charactised. The process of urban planning is influenced by three obligatory urban agents - the public, the interest groups and the political representation. Vytváření lobbingových strategií neziskových organizací - případová studie Amnesty International France / Creating lobbying strategies of NGOs - the case of Amnesty International France

The aim of this Master thesis is to find out whether the lobbying carried out by Amnesty International France as NGO is different from the lobbying carried out by professional lobbying organizations, which means the organizations which promote primarily the interests of its own members. From the general theory of lobbying and theory of lobbying of NGOS the tools for creating pressure on politics was chosen and factors which could influence usage of these tools were identified. Then it was verified if these tools are really used by Amnesty International France and by which factors the tools are picked up. Expected result of this research was that lobbing of Amnesty International France as NGO is specific because of different circumstances, reasons and goals of lobbying from the professional lobbying. From the results of interpretation of Amnesty International France's documents and interviews with persons involved in the lobbying strategy imply that this NGO really choose some different tools from professional lobbying and is influenced by different factors. But there are also similarities.
