Se obtuvieron muestras de suero de 23 añujes criados bajo condiciones similares. Los animales fueron capturados y anestesiados mediante ketamina y Xilacina. Se determinó mediante métodos colorimétricos los niveles de urea y creatinina sérica utilizando kits comerciales. Los valores obtenidos fueron los siguientes: Urea 11.47 mg/dl (IC+/- 1.72) y creatinina 2.41 mg/dl (IC+/- 1.06). No se encontraron diferencias estadísticas significativas entre hembras y machos, ni entre jóvenes y adultos. / -- 23 serum samples of añujes (Dasyprocta fuliginosa) raised under similar conditions were obtained in order to find the renal enzymes profile. The animals were captured and anesthetized by ketamin and xilacin. The serum levels of urea and creatinine were measured by colorimetrich methods using diagnostic commercial kits. The obtained values were the following ones: Urea 11.47 mg/dl (IC +/-1.72) and creatinine 2.41 mg/dl (IC +/-1.06).
