Diploma thesis deals with drafting the project documentation for building permit. In more detailed vision it is a reconstruction and modernization of the Šumava Forest lodge in forest district administration on a small pension solved at a particular site in Zdíkov, small village on edge of the Protected Landscape Area Šumava. Technical requirements for these buildings are recorded in the initial search. This initial search also describes items related to this topic. Each building in this area is associated with the environment of countryside and can significantly affect the appearance of the original buildings and living conditions. It is therefore considered that the proposed will serve purpose of place where is the building built or in another more attractive location. Everything is summarized in the SWOT analysis, which distinguishes strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For this evaluation is very important to know this specific area, which is characterized by three aspects, namely in cultural, natural and historical term.

The main aim of this thesis was creating a business concept based on theoretical and practical knowledge. It will serve as the basis for the creation of a new facility providing wellness and fitness services in Litoměřice. The business concept of the wellness hotel, which will provide quality accommodation, catering, fitness and wellness services, was created based on the situational analysis, competitor analysis and analysis needs of the potential customers using questionnaires.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and problems of using mystery shopping in selected accommodation facilities. The aim was to propose ways to make more effective use of mystery shopping as an instrument for evaluating service processes in selected accommodation facilities.

The goal of this thesis is project of developing accommodation. The main subject is private family business (pension) in spa town called Třeboň located in South Bohemia. In the beginning of this thesis are decribed typological kind of customers, principal and strategy. In the second part are analyzed both outdoor and internal environment of Třeboň. On the basis of this reserch is SWOT analyse comleted. Conclusion of this research are suggestions to attract new customers for Pension Markéta off season on travel packets and mainly decrease energetical demands on maintainance Pension in cold winter season (from October till April).

This diploma thesis focuses on the problems of private accommodation in selected tourism resort, in the area of Hluboká nad Vltavou. The importance of private accommodation in relation to the needs of tourists' satisfaction has been declining. This was confirmed by all the private accommodation owners' respondents. To increase the interest of potential clients, providers of private accommodation use new proposed additional services and supporting programs anytime, not only in the off-season period.

The topic of the thesis is the issue of application of marketing principles in the hotel industry. Its aim is to analyze current situation of the internal and external environment in the chosen hotel and its market position in competitive enviroment, in order to improve provided services in the future. The theoretical part of the thesis covered in the first two chapters, monitors the accommodation industry in conditions of Czech Republic and explains the importance of marketing elements in this sector. The third part is the analysis of the selected accommodation facility, Hotel U Raušů in Velká Bíteš. The results of the analysis and recommendations for future development with direct practical application are explained in the final part of the thesis.

Thesis "Training Center" is processed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The designed facility is located in Babice Svitavou. The building is divided into several zones, which provide visitors with all comfort. The center includes also accommodation facilities with a restaurant area and a relaxation area. It is a brick masonry building roofed with flat roof, which is divided into four usable floors. Horizontal ceiling constructions are designed from pre-tensioned ceiling panels. The project also includes specialization in the field.

Detta examensarbete har syftet att undersöka om och i så fall hur övernattningsanläggningar i Malmö stad arbetar förebyggande mot prostitution och sexköp. Urvalet består av 11 övernattningsanläggningar i Malmö. Uppsatsen studerar dels hur policys och riktlinjer används av övernattningsanläggningarna vid misstanke eller upptäckt av sexköp, samt dels hur samverkan med polisen ser ut och hur det fungerar i ett preventivt syfte. Datamaterialet består av flertalet återkommande teman, där policy, åtgärder och samverkan är studiens tre huvudteman tillsammans med respektive underteman. Resultatet av studien påvisar att 10 av 11 övernattningsanläggningar har en policy alternativt riktlinjer att följa vid misstanke eller upptäckt av sexhandel. Vidare framkom det även att hälften av anläggningarna samverkar med Polismyndigheten, samt att ytterligare preventiva åtgärder tillämpas av personalen på övernattningsanläggningarna.

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze and evaluate the introduction of registration of sales in catering and accommodation services in the South Bohemian Region. On the basis of the findings, it is recommended to prepare recommendations for updating the registration of sales (EET) system. This thesis is based on the primary data obtained through the questionnaire survey, which took place between December 2017 and March 2018. The information source was business people of accommodation, catering and hospitality situated in the South Bohemian Region. Respondents were often addressed by e-mail. The questionnaire survey focused on the opinions to the EET before and after its introduction, satisfaction with the material-technical equipment supplier, the resulting complications and the monthly costs associated with the operation of the EET. In addition, three research questions were developed, which were evaluated from the results of the questionnaire survey The questionnaire survey showed that most of the entrepreneurs with their equipment supplier were satisfied. Due to the costs and complications associated with EET, entrepreneurs have not changed the opinion to EET and is still negative.

Master’s thesis "Plumbing systems for accommodation facilities" is processed in the form of project documentation plumbing according to applicable regulations. Designed building has five floors, basement. The ground floor restaurant and relaxing part of the hotel, in the remaining floors are guest rooms with 75 beds. One room is completely wheelchair. The building is located outside urban areas without connection to public utilities. The work focuses on the design of plumbing hotel and presents two variants of the possible solutions for waste water from the building. Building water supply is secured from drilled wells and the proposed pumping equipment.
