The diploma thesis focuses on the elaboration of proposals for materials for clients of the Aphasia Club, which were used in group therapy. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains three main chapters, in which the concept of aphasia is defined, the symptomatology and etiology of this imaired communication ability are described. Then are listed possible classifications of aphasia, available tests for diagnosis and directions in the therapy of aphasia. The practical parts sets the main goal of the thesis, together with three research questions. As research methods were chosen case studies, which were prepared on the basis of medical reports of individual clients of the Aphasia Club. With information of medical reports were created materials for group therapies of Aphasia Club. The materials were used in group therapies. Using method of observation, research questions focused on the use of materials, their modification and practical signifikance in the development of impaired communication functions were subsequently answered.

The thesis with the topic of proposing new therapeutic materials for clients diagnosed with aphasia brings more profound understanding of separate field of speech therapy, which is aphasiology. The first part of the thesis introduces the theoretical basis to the issues of aphasia, concentrates on fundamental definition of aphasia, etiology and symptomatology. Moreover, the thesis describes the possibilities of aphasia therapy and lastly, it covers the differential diagnostics of aphasia. The second part of the thesis covers in detail the Boston Classification System of Aphasia, introduces to the reader the foundations that were the basis for the propositions of the therapeutic materials. The second part describes in detail the very process of designing therapeutic materials in general and it also provides concrete propositions of such materials with possible applications. The appendix includes examples of proposed materials, both theoretically explained and physically created for the reader to examine.

Aphasiology, linguistics, speech therapy, neurology, neurolinguistics, psycholinguistics, cognitive psychology and cognitive neuropsychology are interested in aphasia. At the beginning of this thesis we can read about aphasia, its causes, classifications and diagnostics. Other chapters summarize conclusions of mentioned disciplines.

The diploma thesis deals with the speech therapy of people after stroke. The aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the communication abilities of people after stroke. On the basis of this analysis was created for two person therapeutic material, which was verified during speech therapy. The diploma thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis analyses the issue of stroke and neurogenic communication disorders on the basis of the current state of knowledge. The practical part of the thesis is performed with qualitatively focused research with the use of case studies, observation and creating own therapeutic material. Case studies describe speech therapy and work with material. The research shows that the therapeutic material is usable in practice. The thesis titled Evaluation design therapy of neurogenic disorders of language in clinical speech therapy aims to find out what effect the speech reeducation to improve communication skills in people with acquired neurogenic communication disorders speech. Next, determine whether therapy plays a role during client environment, if the success rate of therapy affected patient's condition and the extent to which the clients are motivated to therapy. The theoretical part summarizes the findings from the literature on neurogenic communication disorders, aphasia and dysarthria. Each chapter is devoted to the terminological definition and definition, etiology, symptoms (for aphasia), classification, diagnostics and therapy. The practical part deals with the research survey. There are set targets mentioned methodology, research sample characteristics and place of the investigation. Following processing of four case studies. The theme of this thesis is development of multimedia mobile applications. Specifically, applications in the field of rehabilitation and re-education of patients suffering from aphasia. The aim of this thesis is to determine the application parameters, which in practice could be used by people, who suffer from aphasia and all those who assist them in therapy To this end, was developed the first version of Aphasia vocabulary. By the medium of Aphasia vocabulary was then conducted research survey at pacients with aphasia. The research assesses the suitability of various multimedia applications and controls aphasic dictionary while working with a speech therapist with the patient. It is a qualitative research based on the method of interviewing and participant observation at a standard therapeutic practice. The result of the research is a set of recommendations for the development of mobile applications for people with aphasia. Conclusions are useful in the creation of rehabilitation and re-education materials.

The theme of the thesis is the development of the appliacation Aphasia dictionary 2.0. Aphasic Dictionary 1.0 is an application that our project team has developed in terms of side specialization. It is a logopaedic therapeutic tool for patients with aphasia which contains entries in the dictionary with the visuals accompanied by a soundtrack. This device helps make the therapy with expert more attractive and it allows home training for the pacients. Now the team plans to develop a second version which should be comprehensive and professional manner. The aim of the thesis is to prepare the data for this project. Specifically I am going to carry out research among users analyse the changes compared to the first vision and put together a project plan.

Diplomová práce zjišťuje možnosti využití textových materiálů, zejména učebnic, pro výuku češtiny jako cizího jazyka pro práci terapeutů pacientů s Vycházíme ze zkušeností některých terapeutů, kteří pomocí materiálů pro výuku češtiny jako cizího jazyka kompenzují nedostatek afaziologických materiálů. Teoretická část práce přináší vybraná specifika češtiny jako cizího jazyka a terapie afázií a ukazuje shodné rysy jazykového projevu těchto dvou typů mluvčích. Součástí je také analýza projevu afatickéh připravovaného korpusu českých afatiků a analýza projevu nerodilého mluvčího češtiny. Oba rozbory se opírají o analýzy afatických projevů, které zpracovali lingvističtí odborníci. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturov českými klinickými logopedy, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda tito terapeuti učebnice češtiny pro cizince používají, zda jsou podle jejich názoru pro terapii afázií vhodné a co by se na takových materiálech mohlo případně upravit, ab afázií užitečné. Zjistili jsme, že užívání učebnic češtiny pro cizince není mezi dotazovanými klinickými logopedy rozšířené. Po určitých úpravách si ale dokáží představit, že by je ve své praxi využili. Ti, kteří s takovými učebnicemi zkušenost v využívají především pro pacienty v chronické fázi nebo pacienty, kteří trpí pouze
