To achieve this goal , I did a tour by the mean legislation that we have in a national level and in the state of Ceará, trying to get closer the musical education and the use of popular culture to this goal. I take as a base to the development of this research some concepts as a pretagogia of Petit(2015) that try the holistic contact of students and the african culture, the shared musical learning of Viana Júnior and Matos (2015) that takes on the students as an active in the teaching/learning process, although this concept is in process of definition, it showed positive to the planed intervention, and the, ulticulturalism indicated by Gonçalves and Silva (2013) as a possible tool to education. As a work methodology I used an action research displayed by Thiollent (1994) as a way where the researcher plans, peforms, ratings and plans and etc... This is understanding by me as a process that must be intrinsic to the teacher and consequently present in a research that deal with a environment whose the reflection makes necessary about the action. The research happened in the State School of Professional Teaching Paulo Petrola in Fortaleza city, Ceará, working with classes that has Arts as a school subject. It explained to the reader the mean methodological choises to the intervention and how this choises was implemented, finishin the work with the framework of the means results of the contact of studants and the afrobrailian music and the unroll this contact about the of a teacher that is not graduated in music and consequently in the scholl reality. / O presente trabalho traz como objetivo principal contribuir com cenário da educação do país, auxiliando na efetivação das leis 10.639/03 e 11.798/08 no ensino básico por meio de uma intervenção realizada em sala e aula. Para alcançar esse anseio, fiz um passeio pelas principais legislações que temos a nível nacional e no estado do Ceará, buscando aproximar o campo da educação musical e a utilização da cultura popular para esse fim. Tomei como base para o desenvolvimento da presente pesquisa alguns conceitos como a pretagogia de Petit (2015) que busca trazer o contato holístico do educando e a cultura africana, a aprendizagem musical compartilhada de Viana Júnior e Matos (2015) que coloca o aluno como ser ativo no processo de ensino/aprendizagem, embora esteja em processo de definição, se mostrou positiva para a intervenção planejada, e o multiculturalismo apresentado por Gonçalves e Silva (2013) como uma ferramenta possível para educação. Como metodologia do trabalho utilizei a pesquisa-ação exibida por Thiollent (1994) como um caminho onde o pesquisador planeja, executa, avalia e planeja e etc... Esta entendida por mim como um processo que deve ser inerente ao fazer docente e logo presente em uma pesquisa que lida com um ambiente cuja reflexão se faz necessária sobre a ação. A pesquisa se desenvolveu na Escola Estadual de Ensino Profissional Paulo Petrola, na cidade de Fortaleza, Ceará, intervindo na realidade das turmas que possuía a disciplina de Artes. É apresentado ao leitor as principais escolhas metodológicas para a realização da intervenção e como essas escolhas foram postas em prática, concluindo assim o trabalho com a apresentação e análise dos principais resultados do contato dos alunos com a música afro-brasileira e o desenrolar deste sobre a visão de um professor não formado em música e consequentemente na realidade escolar.

Este trabalho é o resultado de um estudo sobre o maracatu de baque virado de Pernambuco, uma das muitas manifestações da cultura popular e tradicional brasileira - que é conhecida como folclore, apesar dos esforços cada vez maiores em se evitar este termo. O maracatu é também um ícone da africanidade presente na cultura popular pernambucana, e atualmente reconhecido como um fenômeno representante da cultura afrobrasileira que vem sendo cada vez mais abordado pela grande mídia. O principal objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar o maracatu em duas perspectivas: antropológica e historiográfica. Olharemos para o maracatu sob a ótica da mestiçagem cultural, atentando para a força da presença africana e a diversidade étnica destas referências e influências, mas também para a clareza com que se destaca no conjunto da manifestação a presença das culturas indígena e européia / This work is the result of a research about maracatu de baque virado from Pernambuco, a popular culture manifestation - known as folklore, despite all efforts to avoid the concept. Maracatu is also an icon of popular culture pernambucan\'s africanity and is actually recognized as an afrobrasilian representative phenomenon, more and more broach by midia. The main objective is to investigate maracatu by two perspectives: anthropological and historical. Maracatu will be analyzed as cultural cross, attempting to the power of African presence and ethical diversity of this references and influences as to the evidence of Indigenous and European cultural presence.
