Analýza stability kořenového systému intaktních a uměle poškozených stromů za využití přístrojových metod šetření

Šponarová, Klára January 2015 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the root system stability analysis and it deals with the dynamic stress caused by wind. The subject of focus is testing intact and artificially damaged trees with the help of accelerometers which might be used in the field of arboriculture to evaluate the tree resilience to being blown down. Thesis analyses this method by administering the test and evaluating the resulting data. This thesis also proposes different options for using the new information while contemplating the problem of tree resilience to dynamic stress.

Datová fúze pro určování rotace / Data-fusion for Rotation Measurement

Skula, David January 2008 (has links)
The goal of this paper is to design and implement a module to determine the rotation around three axes normal to each other. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part deals with the rate sensor - the gyroscope. It is explicated how the gyroscope is used for rotation measurement. The next part of the paper explains the acceleration sensor – the accelerometer, functioning as an inclination sensor. The third part analyses the magnetic field sensor – the magnetometer, functioning as an electronic compass. With each type of sensor, the problems of parasitic influences are discussed. The foregoing parts constitute the basis for the HW of the module design that is explained in the forth parts. It deals especially with components used for processing the sensor signals. The next part is a description of the software of the module. Here, the software of the particular sensors and measurement methods used with them are discussed. The last part describes the software of the control application in the computer. The attention is paid especially to processing data from the sensors and their compensation against parasitic influences.

Identifikace systému, sensorika a implementace řídicího algoritmu pro nestabilní balancující vozidlo / System identification, sensory system and implementation of control algorithm for unstable balancing vehicle

Štěpánek, Jan January 2011 (has links)
This work deals with design and construction of unstable double wheeled Segway-like vehicle built for human personnel transportation and its smaller scaled clone developed for control algorithms testing. The smaller machine is controlled via Joystick and PC. This work was conducted in team consisting of three students. Individual goals are described in chapter „Stanovení cílů práce“. The beginning of the work deals with researching any similar projects concerned with this topic, especially with sensors and control algorithms used. Further, the work describes the process of choosing used electronics and its parameters. One of the problems faced during the work was the pitch angle of the vehicle base calculation - algorithm of the angle calculation had been designed by students of several world universities. The principle of how it works was studied and then tested by simulations and practically in the following chapters. Further on, the work deals with platform‘s parameter estimation, at first the testing platform made of wood, followed by the final platform made of aluminium. Parameter estimation was realized by using the multifunctional I/O card Humusoft MF 624 for PC. Part of the work deals with the final control algorithm on the dsPIC microcontroller implementation, sensor‘s outputs calculation and calibration algorithm design. Since the vehicle is built for human personnel transportation, implementation of certain safety algorithms was necessary. These algorithms should be able to detect possible fail states and prevent the driver from losing control over the vehicle in order to prevent any injuries.

Inerciální navigační jednotka / Inertial Navigation Unit

Dvořák, Jan Unknown Date (has links)
This thesis is focused on the design and realisation of inertial navigation unit INS. The unit is capable to measure, store and send data to a PC in real-time for a later offline processing. The first part of the thesis introduces the reader with the basic principles of accelerometers, gyroscopes and MEMS sensors. An introduction to coordinate systems and measuring errors is also included. The second and third part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the solution and the implementation of the INS unit. The fourth part of the document is dedicated to the software for the INS unit. This thesis concludes with explanation how the gathered data are processed.

Kineziologická analýza úderu horní končetinou ve sportovním karate / Kinesiological analysis of upper limb punch strike in sports karate

Pavelka, Radim January 2012 (has links)
I ABSTRACT Title: Kinesiological analysis of upper limb punch strike in sports karate. Aim of work: The aim of this thesis to describe and characterize the muscle involement in direct punch strike in karate. Then compared with the exercises, which are characteristic to karate - strikes with resistence and push-up exercise. Methods: Work is processed by a comparative analysis of selected movements based on the determination of muscle activation. The surface electromyography method synchronized with video and accelerometer was used in this work. Results: The result is describtion of selcted movements on the basis of muscle activation and function of selected muscles. The prove that the forearm extensors are activated as the last of the selcted muscles was managed. On the basis of karate technique and anatomy we confirmed important role of forearm extensor by direct punch in karate. The difference between onset time muscle activation by strikes and push up was found. Maximum speed of acral part of the upper limb by direct punch was established. Keywords: Electromyography (EMG), karate, direct punch - gyakucuki, accelrometer

Sledování pohybu materiálu v průběhu výroby / Material position tracking in production hall

Sládeček, Michal January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis describes implementation of an indoor positioning system for tracking the location and movement of material and products through the manufacturing plant. The system is designed with regards to simple installation and low overall implementation costs. It utilizes method of Wi-Fi and magnetic field fingerprinting. The system employs a client hardware (active tag with Wi-Fi module and sensors designed for this project) communicating with a server software which does the mapping and fingerprinting processing. Finall positioning system is prepared to collect locations data for further analysis aiming to improve efficiency of manufacturing processes.

Vzdálené monitorování motorových vozidel / Remote car monitoring

Strecker, Zbyněk January 2009 (has links)
The main goal of this work is to design an efficient and cheap car-alarm with an electricity consumption not exceeding 1mA in the stand-by mode. The first part focuses on the conception of the car-alarm. As the best option - GPS/GSM car-alarm conception is chosen. Then the design of the switching power supply, communication via RS232 with the GSM module, and GPS module, I2C communication with accelerometer and timer IC, and design of the display module are described. Furthermore, the process of how to code/decode sms into the PDU format is also discussed in this part. The second part provides some basic empirical characteristics of the switching power supply (efficiency, switching frequency etc.). Then the owchart of the main loop is explained, followed by an example of the sms which the car-alarm sends in case a car theft. Explanation of how to set up timer, acceleration threshold and the time between the check of the sms commads is the subject of the next section. Fifth part deals with the installation the car-alarm into a car which is illustrated on the Skoda Favorit example. Total costs and also different cost items are listed just before concluding and suggesting some potential improvements of the device.
