The diploma thesis deals with the use of project management methods in practice, specifically the project design for the deployment of a suitable device for a mobile solution of a selected company. The introductory part is devoted to the theoretical basis, which are then used in the design part. The analytical part is focused on analyzing the project methodology of the selected company. The design part contains the actual design of the project phase of the project.

The diploma thesis deals with the project solution of the selection and implementation of a new information system of the company META-GAS, spol. s r.o. It specifies the basic theoretical knowledge of project management, that are further used in all parts of the work. Based on the results of analyzes of the external, internal and competitive environment a project plan and the benefits of the solution design are prepared.

The master’s thesis deals with project design of a web application development as a tool for electronic administration of public contracts in a selected company. It analyzes the environment and feasibility of the company. The thesis contains a practical application of recommended methods for specific project design solution.

This diploma thesis describes a proposal for establishment of a new department in the company ABC Ltd. The proposal was created in the Microsoft Project 2010. In the creation of this proposal were used the methods and process of project management. Intended division will be selling ICT equipment and as a major distribution channel will be using a web shop situated on the current websites. A part of the project will be the creation of new warehouse. The investor will be using this proposal as a guideline for the project realization.

This master thesis evaluates the financial situation of the selected e-shop of consumer electronics called czc.cz. For this evaluation, it will be used time series analysis, through which it will be possible to predict the future development of selected indicators. Based on the development of these indicators, e-shop will be compared with the competitors. Through this analysis there will be proposed options to improve the financial situation of the e-shop.

This master´s thesis deals with the assessment of selected comany indicators using time lines. It contains theoretical statements describing the problems of time lines, regression analysis and correlation analysis. Practical part focuses on application of theoretical statements, in another words using the fomulas and graphical representation of selected economical indicators. Suggestions on improving the current situation of company are proposed based on the relults.
