It is important to emphasize that an effective behavioral profile analysis involves aspects such as knowing oneself and dialoguing with the other individual. It is to be able to learn the other in the fullness of their dignity, their rights, their limits and, above all, their differences. This analysis is important for the development of self-management, interpersonal relationships and performance. The objective of this study was to map and analyze the behavioral profile of 1st year students of the Southern Presbyterian Seminary candidates for pastoral ministry through the iCOM Tool. We analyzed 29 students, men, with a mean age of 37 years. Behavioral profiles are divided into four distinct and interconnected groups. The idealizing behavioral profile is closely linked to the incentive behavioral profile in agility; the detailed behavioral profile is closely linked to the sociable behavioral profile in the passivity question. The results revealed that the profile with the highest occurrence was the Detailist, being identified in 41% of the sample. In general, 79% of the sample is more reflective, passive and moderate. Being only 21% of bold and active behavioral profile. It can be hypothesized that future ministers are likely to be constant, balanced, and have great content, but may have little involvement with new technologies and little development of innovative projects within their field. Thus, further studies are needed that may contribute to the theoretical-practical advancement of the theme of this research. / A análise de perfil comportamental é extremamente eficaz e eficiente no mundo corporativo. É importante ressaltar que uma análise eficaz do perfil comportamental envolve aspectos como conhecer-se a si próprio, e dialogar com o outro indivíduo. É ser capaz de aprender o outro na plenitude da sua dignidade, dos seus direitos, de seus limites e, sobretudo, das suas diferenças. Esta análise é importante para o desenvolvimento do autogerenciamento, do relacionamento interpessoal e da performance. O objeto desse estudo foi o de mapear e analisar o perfil comportamental de estudantes do 1º ano do Seminário Presbiteriano do Sul candidatos ao ministério pastoral, através da Ferramenta iCOM. Foram analisados 29 estudantes, homens, com uma idade média de idade de 37 anos. Os perfis comportamentais se dividem em quatros grupos distintos e ao mesmo tempo interligados. O perfil comportamental idealizador está intimamente ligado ao perfil comportamental incentivador no quesito agilidade; o perfil comportamental detalhista está intimamente ligado ao perfil comportamental sociável no quesito passividade. Os resultados revelaram que o perfil com maior ocorrência foi o Detalhista, sendo identificado em 41% da amostra. De modo geral, 79% da amostra são mais reflexivos, passivos e moderados. Sendo apenas 21% de perfil comportamental arrojado e ativo. Pode-se conjecturar que os futuros ministros provavelmente serão constantes, equilibrados, e terão ótimos conteúdos, porém poderão ter pouco envolvimento com novas tecnologias e pouco desenvolvimento de projetos inovadores dentro de seu campo de atuação. Assim, são necessários mais estudos que possam contribuir para o avanço teórico-prático do tema desta pesquisa.
