Budování vztahu s prostorem jako předpoklad autorské kondice / Building a Relationship with Sapce as a Prerequisite for an Authorial Condition

Durdilová, Tereza January 2013 (has links)
In my dissertation, I? concentrate on the relationship between people and space. I? consider this relationship to be the basis of an authentic relation to a present situation, and also the condition to experience it fully in everyday life and most of all during a public performance. My dissertation is in two parts. In the first one, I? show the significance of this relationship across various fields, and introduce the genesis of my personal relationship with space. I? stress the importance of the conscious interaction with space and also the desirability to build one's? own inner space, which is necessary to reach the condition for spaciousness. I? consider this to be an essential part of psychosomatic condition as well as of the condition for public performance, which I? prove - among others - on the necessity of space for the work with breathing and voice.

Autenticita ve světě médií / Authenticity in the media World

Malaníková, Hana January 2013 (has links)
The subject of my doctoral thesis is the phenomenon of the authenticity of people?s, specifically TV hosts?, public appearances in the media. The chief impetus, and the field of study itself, was my own experience of working at Czech Television for a year and a half and the necessity of placing that experience in the context of my theatre and teaching work.In the interest of preserving the most authentic possible testimony, the text is written in a narrative style with an emphasis on the subjective view of the author. In the introduction I set out the starting points from which I will explore authenticity in front of the television camera, along with the personal and social context of the phenomenon being studied. I describe the "rules of the game", i.e., the structure and concept of the text. Later I focus on the most significant contemporary views of authenticity, from the ideas of Jean-Jacques Rousseau to the theories of the social construction of reality of Peter Berger and Thomas Luckmann. From social scientific theories, I move on to the authenticity of actors on stage and an analysis of the discipline of Acting with the Inner Partner as a specific case of authentic existence in a public situation. In the third chapter I compare the theory and practice of television broadcasting from the perspective of an actor attempting to perform authentically in the role of TV host. In conclusion, I compare my original hypotheses with the conclusions I reached on my journey from the stage to the television camera and set out their potential significance for the study of authorial acting and authorial creativity.

It analyzes the procedures used in different stagings of both genres that the author has used. The work is accompanied by own reflections about the work in concrete described stagings. A part of the diploma work is the author´s reflection of own artistic preformance and of single practical moments of realization, by means of which the author checks the theorethical approaches. Ochrana osobnosti v divadelní praxi / Protection of personal rights in theatre practice

Topinka, Jan January 2013 (has links)
In this thesis I have described historical development of the right to the protection of personal rights from their establishment up to the present legal regulations. I paid great attention to description of particular elements of the personal rights both in the area of general rights and special ones. Those elements of personal rights are the ones I often encounter in the frame of artistic production. I tried to interpret basic principles and rules related to the elements of personal rights. Today, we can see many cases in public life directly affected by these issues, so I consider this topic to be a very hot issue. This thesis aims at making this area of legal aspects related to conducting theatre activities more transparent to a wider population of theatre managers.

Rychtářová, Kamila January 2011 (has links)
- Collective administration of copyright and neighbouring and related rights Key words: collective administration (kolektivní správa); copyright (autorské právo) This thesis is focused on the collective administration of copyright and neighbouring and related rights performed in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, as amended (the "Copyright Act"). I have chosen this topic for my thesis because I am interested in collective administration and because it is up-to-date topic for its close relation to the development of new ways of creation, production and use of works, to the mass use of computer and communication networks and also to the on-line sharing of works through the internet. The purpose of my thesis is to provide explanation of the collective administration and focus on certain issues which are not yet solved by the legal regulation and are not consistently interpreted by legal experts. This thesis is composed of nine chapters, in which I address to the concept, function and history of the collective administration. Further, I describe the institute of the collective administration, i.e. prerequisites and method of grating license for its operation and supervision over its operation. I also mention which rights is the collective administrator entitled to administer and how...

Szpyrc, Daniel January 2017 (has links)
The thesis titled "The Internet and copyright - the scope of liability of individual parties involved and modes of protection against piracy" deals with both, the protection of copyright and the scope of liability of various actors in the Internet environment. The content of the thesis is divided into four chapters, which allows the reader to be gradually acquainted with the whole issue. The first part briefly mentions development of the Internet network and its incorporation into the Czech legal order. The second chapter is devoted to the copyright protection in the Internet environment. Its content focuses on the most common methods of use of the author's work via the Internet, which is a reproduction of the work and its publication. This chapter further describes the development and operation of data sharing through peer-to-peer systems. Furthermore, it also deals with the issue of downloading of the work and application of the statutory exemption from liability for personal use only. The scope of liability in the Internet environment is largely harmonized by European provisions. For this reason, the third chapter contains the development phase of liability of the Internet services providers in the European countries. The first part of the third chapter demonstrates different approaches to the...
