The main aim of this diploma thesis is the design and implementation of innovative construction of selected bentwood barstool. This innovation has been focused on selected connections in the construction while increasing their toughness. Findings and knowledge in the field of eco-design, design of seating furniture, adhesion and material properties technology were used for elaboration of the draft. In the practical part, innovative design barstool has been designed and constructed on the basis of related expertise, underlying bachelor thesis and results of performed tests. Construction has been subjected to non-standardized tests for compressive strength and strain energy absorption.

A style norm of this expert communication genre is interpreted on the basis of the available literature. The overall conception of this issue in the available literature is evaluated. With respect to the style norm, criteria that are expected to be fulfilled in a bachelor thesis are set. The fulfilment of the criteria is tested on a randomly selected sample of bachelor theses.

This thesis includes an analysis of this area and a proposal of an electronic solution. The main goal of this thesis is to build a solution which eliminates a physical appearance of students at school during the registration for the topic of bachelor and diploma theses as well as a registration for state exams and bachelor and diploma theses defense. In connection with this is also valuable to spare the work of the department clerk and secretary connected with the registration agenda. The analysis was realized mostly by UML methodology, the solution includes detailed ERD model and the proposed application screen layouts. The final result of this work is a complete solution proposal that is ready to be used for the application implementation.

This thesis deals with the analysis, design and final implementation of information system for thesis management. In the introduction the theoretical background is defined and avail-able technologies are identified and later practically used within the implementation. Fur-ther, the functional and non-functional demands are identified, use case scenarios defined and later on the system is designed and implemented. The requirements are defined based on the universal use within the use cases of the University of Economics in Prague. Within the last part, a user manual can be found.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to compare the current state of gymnastics education in field Physical education at public sport universities in the Czech Republic. The thesis has an analytical part describing the representation of gymnastics in the study of physical education. The analytical part also contains syllabus data of individual subjects. In the synthetic part is the comparison of the hour rates of gymnastic subjects at the sports universities.

The thesis deals with analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation of a web application. The purpose of the application is to make a theses management easier. An introductory part of the thesis contains summary of insufficient existing applications which were mostly created within theses of VŠE. Subsequently there are analyzed functional and non-functional system requirements in the thesis. Analysis of corporate applications, which may to help improve theses management, is included in the part too. Based on the analysis, it was decided, that it is necessary to develop a new system. For this reason, there is analysis and design of the system as a next part of the thesis. A user's guide and a programmer's guide are integral to the thesis because these parts describe the ways of utilization of application.

This master‘s thesis deals with the design and implementation of a web application for the management of diploma theses for students and their supervisors. It defines theoretical starting points for web applications. Based on requirements and analysis of current solutions, it provides a proposal for application, description of implementation, economic evaluation and summary of benefits.

This thesis deals with design and implementation of new version of web portal for master's thesis supervisioin. The website is written in PHP using Nette framework. The goal of this application is to simplify the work of theses supervisors. The application provides supervisors with overview of students' activity by weekly reports. It allows students to cooperate and share information and motivation. The main reasons for creating a new implementation were improvement and extension of functionality and improvement of user interface and user experience. Results of testing show that all the above-mentioned changes were successful. Users are more satisfied, especially with the user interface.
