Relaxační centrum ve Velkém Meziříčí / Relaxation center in Velké Meziříčí

Prudek, Michal January 2016 (has links)
This thesis describes design of new relaxation centre building in town of Velké Meziříčí and creation of blueprints for building construction. Blueprints are furthermore supplemented by extensions for heating and concrete structures. The relaxation centre houses a wellness centre, a café, a hair and make-up salon with possibility of massage and an outdoor shop. The building is located in southern part of Velké Meziříčí – an urban area of both residential and industrial buildings. The centre is a three storey building with partial basement, flat single-layered roof and stairway, which serves as an access point for ventilation engine room located on top of the roof structure. This last element is distinguished from the rest of the building by different coloured façade panelling and serves as a dominant. Wellness centre covers the whole of ground floor and is interfaced with the first floor by additional wellness centre spaces and staff spaces. The first floor also includes the outdoor shop. Café and hair salon are situated on the second floor. Architectonic design is created in similarity to surrounding buildings and in relation to cardinal direction. Land lot is utilized for wellness centre purposes.

Remeš, Dominik January 2017 (has links)
This final thesis "Kindergarten Domino" was made as a project documentation for a building construction. The kindergarten is designed for 24 children. Kindergarden is designed as a detached building consists of two above-ground floors. Behind the building, there is a large garden, which is a part of the property. Building is situated on a sloping terrain in a walking distance from a residential area of Šlapanice. There are two operating units: technical part (managemant part) and activity unit. Kindergarten is planed as a masonry building, based on strip foundations.

Sídlo firmy Alemat s.r.o. se skladem / Alemat s.r.o. headquarters and warehouse

Petr, Lukáš Unknown Date (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with design of office building with warehouse. The buildings are situated on slightly sloping terrain in cadastre unit of Sudoměřice u Tábora. Both buildings have rectangular shape and are connected with two sides. The Alemat s.r.o. company is internet shop, predominately with electronics. In the office building is also showroom where are some products will be shown. The warehouse will serve for receipt and issue of goods and to store them. The perimeter walls of office building is designed from ceramic block thickness of 250mm, for example Heluz Family 25. The walls will be insulated with 200mm of expanded polystyrene. The foundation construction is designed as foundation strips from plain concrete and permanent formwork brick filled with concrete and reinforced with steel. The ceiling construction is designed as prestressed panels thickness of 250mm. The roof is flat with main hydro isolation made of plasticized PVC foil loaded with pea gravel. The main construction of warehouse will be made of steel frames. The exterior skin of the warehouse will form panels Kingspan thickness of 140mm. The foundation construction is designed as monolithic foundation pads. Between the pads will be monolith grade beams. The roof is designed also from Kingspan panels. To the panel will be mechanically fastened plasticized PVC foil. Roof drainage is designed to rain gutters.

Projekt budovy na Václavském náměstí / Design of Building on the Wenceslas Square

Moc, Ondřej January 2012 (has links)
The Diploma’s thesis deals with the design of selected parts of reinforced and prestressed concrete structure. Internal forces were solved by software SCIA ENGINEER. Prestress concrete element was solved by module TDA. Phases of construction were considered. Detailed solution is focused on the design of reinforced concrete floor slab with joists within the basement, reinforced concrete beam with five spans within the basement, reinforced girder within the basement, reinforced column within the basement, reinforced footing and prestressed concrete joist within the basement. Drawings of shape and drawings of reinforcement are included in this thesis. Other elements of construction were not solved in this thesis.

Tenkostěnné přesypané konstrukce / Flexible buried structures

Houšť, Vladimír January 2015 (has links)
The thesis is devoted to analysing of flexible buried arch structures. Modelling of the flexible concrete arch is carried out via a nonlinear finite element model that accounts for soil constitutive relations, soil-structure interactions, sequential construction stages and soil compaction. Advanced FE-model was verified by measurement obtained by full-scale field testing of two buried arches. Mathematical optimization methods of genetic algorithms and Levenberg-Marquardt method are applied to already calibrated complex computational models in order to reduce bending and associated flexural stresses in the concrete section of buried arch. Centre line of the arch is parameterized by cubic Bezier curve to reach interpolation of thrust line. Optimization technique is applied with extensive parametrical study which shows the optimal shapes for buried arches of various span/rise ratios, backfill depths and foundation soil types. For practical application are given coordinates of Bézier curve control polygons of particular resulting shape. Subsequently is applied optimization method for a theoretical reduction of tensile stresses obtained by shape optimization of previously verified numerical model of buried arch. Comparisons of earth pressure, bending moment axial force and deflection of flexible structure during sequential construction of different span/raise ratios of buried arches are presented. The behaviour of flexible buried arch with effect of local traffic load model LM1 has been analysed via 3D finite elements model with respect to different depth of backfill above crown.

Hospic sv. Michaela / St. Michael's Hospice

Krmaš, Jan January 2014 (has links)
The topic of the master thesis is new medico-social facility hospice St. Michaela. The purpose of the object is the maximizing of improvement in the quality of life of dying, severely ill and incurable patients, with the use of palliative care. The construction follows the Complex of Regional Hospital Náchod. Together with as a retirement home Náchod completes a support network of health and social care. The building is designed as a four-building storey and is partially embedded into the sloping terrain. Floors are divided into individual facilities and together constitute a functional unit. In the basement is the technical room, warehouses, garages and kitchen facilities. On the ground floor are then socio-public rooms and facilities. On the second floor is located hedmaster of hospice and accommodation area. The third floor is devoted to the accommodation area. The proposed structure made of brick longitudinal system, supplemented by concrete basement walls. The horizontal structure is made of filigree ceiling panels. Stairs are designed as a precast concrete and steel. Individual roof structures is made from unwalkable, walkable and vegetation compositions. The cladding consists of ventilated facade of glass and wooden panels. Foundations are designed from the lineal foundation.
