The aim of this thesis is to define key factors influencing entering of entrepreneurial entities into organic agriculture field. In this thesis, the organic agriculture is described, its impact on employment and economy of the Czech Republic is assessed and there is the comparison between organic agriculture and conventional agriculture. The practical part is devoted to the research of entrepreneurial entities in the Czech Republic. Based on the output of this research, key factors are defined and assembled into a variety of importance.

Literature research seeks to approach the ecological and biodynamic agriculture, external stressors and anti-stress products in plants. Describing the technology of pre-cultivated vegetable seedlings and species. The practical part is devoted to monitoring the environmental effects of plant anti-stress experiment based on the plots of the Horticultural Faculty in Lednice na Moravě. An attempt was devoted to impact on growth plants after the application of selected products Agrisorb, FERBIFLOR?, EM AKTIV, Kopřiva Plus and Roháček (BD 500). Statistical analysis showed effects on the individual morphological characteristics of plants.

This diploma thesis deals with biodynamic agriculture in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part concerns the definition of organic and biodynamic farming, including the identification of their mutual differences, and also describes the development of biodynamics in the global and domestic context, including the analysis of the current state. The experimental part is made up of several outputs. The first is the characteristic of a selected biodynamic farm which includes a mapping of opinions about the farm activities among the locals. The second is the analysis of information from biodynamic farmers or otherwise interested parties about their experience and opinions on the given issue. The final output is the evaluation of the information obtained through the survey detecting the awareness about biodynamic farming among selected target groups.

Community supported agriculture is an alternative food system based on a cooperation between farmers and consumers who socially interact in a community. It was settled in the USA and spread all over the world while changing and evolving its form, although it is a grassroots movement grown from the anthroposofical background in the Europe. A couple of years ago it came to the Czech Republic and now it seeks its own individuality and circumstances which support its livelihood. Which criteria are crucial for thriving CSA in Czech is a key point of this paper.

This thesis deals with the description of artificial light sources, that use light-emitting diodes for their operation. Further down, the parameters of LEDs and their emissions are detailed. The work follows with the characterization of principles of LED power regulation. In the practical section, an example of one of the possible LED light source topologies, is designed. The offered solution includes the options to manually and automatically regulate the chromaticity of emitted light. Functionality of the solution was verified experimentally.

This thesis deals with evaluation of analytical and organoleptic properties of new PIWI varieties. The aim of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the suitability of selected PIWI varieties for cultivation in the Czech Republic winery. In the thesis fifty-two bottles of varieties and cuvée wines from the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland and Sweden are analysed, tasted, evaluated and briefly described. All nineteen tested varieties should be recommended to certain growing conditions in the Czech Republic. The top rated varieties with three or more samples are PIWI varieties of Cabernet Blanc, Solaris and Hibernal. All varieties proved the ability to produce on average up to above average harmonious wines which can be the basis for winemaking in organic viticulture in the Czech Republic.

The thesis is focused on organic foods segment. The aim is to monitor the situation on the Czech market and then identify ways to use organic products, organic food marketing to determine the specifics of the situation and compare our market with the European Union. Another part is to focus on biodynamic víno.cz company engaged in the sale of biodynamic wines in quality characterize this business and establish its market position. Based on the analysis of marketing research and then propose recommendations and a good marketing strategy.

This diploma thesis provides a detailed picture of the six Czech organic farms - six Czech organic farmers, who work in different locations in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the motivation for nonconventional methods of agriculture, tells the story of their business, explores and compares the different aspects that may play an important role in bringing holistic picture of Czech organic farming after 1989. This work is focused on description how the light impact human live, description of light sources and finally design and construction of light source with adjustable colour temperature and luminous flux. In introduction is mentioned the process of vision and how the light impact humans. In next part is characterization of currently used light sources, their construction, properties, benefits and drawback with their main parameters. Important part of this chapter is more extensive description of light emitting diodes with their operational parameters. The last two parts is focused on design and measuring the parameters of created light source with adjustable colour temperature and luminous flux and evaluating the results.

The paper summarizes the basic light-technical parameters, the principles of visual and non-visual photoreceptions and the effects of light on the organism. Several chapters focus on the mechanism by which light affects hormone levels and the circadian rhytm of the organism. In relation to the lighting system, the impact of electromagnetic radiation, associated with the controls, on the body is also considered. Briefly described are systems based on smart LED light sources or smart switches. The result of the thesis is to choose the solution that best suits the requirements of the contracting authority.
