Sovětská geopolitika a geostrategie v éře N. S. Chruščova a L. I. Brežněva / Soviet Geopolitics and Geostrategy in the Era of N. S. Khrushchev and L. I. Brezhnev

Drábek, Michal January 2009 (has links)
The main aim of this diploma work is to present the main topics of the soviet geopolitical thinking. The main thesis are presented at the beggining of the work and were influenced mainly by personality of Joseph Stalin. At the end of the first chapter those main goals of the soviet geopolitics are evaluated as well as the role of Stalin for the USSR. The timeline of this diploma work streches from 1953 - 1982 and the main events of this period are mentioned. At the end the role of the three soviet leaders is summarized and their actions evaluated.

Terénní sociální práce v organizaci Fokus - zkušenosti se zapojením peer pracovníka / Field Social Work in Fokus Organization - Experiences with Peer Involvment

Matuchová, Anna January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis describes the current state of social field work in the Fokus organization and their experience with the involvement of a peer worker. Another aim was to define key concepts, to formulate possible recommendations. The empirical part of this work focuses on the specific experience of Fokus with the involvement of the peer worker through structured interviews, case studies, proceedings and practical experience gained through work at Fokus.

Psychopathology, mental disorders and mitochondrial disorders / Psychopathology, mental disorders and mitochondrial disorders

Sigitova, Ekaterina January 2017 (has links)
This study investigates the connection between different pathophysiological processes in mitochondria and psychopathological symptoms in patients with bipolar disorder. Changes in activity of selected components of the respiratory chain and overall respiratory rate of mitochondria were analyzed in patients with bipolar disorder when compared to healthy controls. Diagnostic scales and questionnaires, high-resolution respirometry, radiochemical and spectroscopic methods were used. 37 patients with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder (F31) and 21 healthy volunteers were involved in the study. Statistical analysis included the methods of parametric and nonparametric analysis, factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance and linear regression analysis. Obtained results revealed that cellular energetics plays a great role in the pathophysiology of bipolar disorder. There was a mild difference between different mitochondrial enzymes activity in patients within manic phases and depressive phases of the disease. Changes in mitochondrial respiration in patients with BD as compared to healthy controls were also shown. Mitochondrial respiration indexes for patients with BD in remission as compared to healthy controls were altered in accordance with the previous phase of the disease. Association between the...

Návrh řešení a analýza vlastností proudového operačního zesilovače v bipolární a unipolární technologii / Solution proposal and analysis of properties of current operational amplifier in bipolar and unipolar technologies

Pawlas, Radovan January 2008 (has links)
This master thesis is about current operational amplifiers and mainly about their internal structures and possible modifications of these structures. The Current operational amplifier consists of several elementary blocks and these blocks are shortly described and used in internal structures of proposed operational amplifiers. Basic elementary blocks of the current operational amplifier are current mirror, diferentional amplifier, current source, transimpedation amplifier and additional elements of a circuit. In this thesis, several elementary structures of the operational amplifiers are introduced. Each amplifier passed through the analysis of the circuit in software MicroCap 9.0. In this software is done the simple DC analysis of the internal structure of the current operational amplifier in connection with a feedback. The solution was focused on bipolar and unipolar technology for each connection. I deal with a method of feedback connection to the operational amplifier and explore real characteristic of the appropriate amplifier in the designed feedback. In principle this design has important influence to the resulting properties of the circuit. Within the analysis of the circuits have been found, how each current operational amplifier works in a defined current range. Every type of surveyed amplifier is closely described, the internal structure is depicted and graph of current transmission of amplifier is shown. At the end of this thesis the amplifiers are compared and there are introduced their advantages and disadvantages.

Vývoj bezdrátové bachorové sondy / Development of wireless rumen probe

Šídlová, Ludmila January 2011 (has links)
The aim was to study the possibilities of wireless transmission from the stomach of ruminants and to design and implement wireless ruminal probe. The first part deals with the internal wireless probe. The next section describes and evaluates available ruminal probe. There is given its own equipment design in the other chapters. The probe was designed for power management and for working with harvestable ambient power. The frequency of 125 kHz with bipolar coding was chosen for wireless data transmission. Two air coils are used on both sides as antennas. The proposed probe was designed and wireless data transmission was tested.

Metody sociální práce používané u klientů s duševními poruchami a jejich efektivita / Social work methods and their effectiveness used for clients with mental disorders

Pomahačová, Kateřina January 2021 (has links)
In thesis on the topic "Social work methods used in clients with mental disorders and their effectiveness" I focus on the terminology. I am going to learn basic information about selected mental disorders such as schizophrenia, affective disorders, specifically bipolar disorder, neurotic disorders, specifically obsessive-compulsive disorder and lastly personality disorders, namely borderline personality disorder. Next, I am going to focus on the treatment possibilities of mental disorders, where I speak about the prevention and social worker approach. I continue with social survey and treatment&care for people with mental disorders. Finally, I am going to write about social work methods. The main goal of my thesis was to find what methods of social work are used at work with clients suffering mental disorders. Also if in practice are any methods used and what kind of method is used most often. My next goal was to find out the effectiveness of the methods used in social work. I used survey by a questionnaire. The survey contains 11semi-open questions. After that I concluded that methods of social work are provided to clients with mental disorders and all methods of social work for the mentally ill are used. That means work with an individual, family, group, community, psychiatric rehabilitation,...

Biofeedback a jeho použití / Biofeedback and its practical use

Dvořák, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
The aim of this work is describe common methods of biological feedback therapy that is used to treat some psychosomatic diseases. Subsequently, the description is focused on minimal brain dysfunction treatment by the help of EEG biofeedback. Properties and technical requirements for this therapy are concretized. The last part of this thesis is dedicated to the design and realization of practical software tool for EEG biofeedback therapy which is made in LabView 7.1. The M535 acquisition unit and NI USB-6221 measuring device are used for hardware solution.
