Náhrada stávajícího zdroje vytápění průmyslového objektu / Substitution for a current source of heat in the industrial area

The main aim of the thesis is to design a final draft for the reconstruction of the central heating plant of the industrial complex. The background research outlines a brief description of the development of heating plant industry, boilers and conditions for the selection of a suitable heat source for the particular area. Further, there are listed standard possibilities of heat sources for industrial complex, which does not use heat for technological purposes only, but as well as for heating and warming up of supply water. The finding and presentation section summarize the current energy supply and the design of two variants for conceptual modernization of the boiler plant. According to the annual and daily chart for the need for heat, there are specified required heat outputs, which are supposed to be distributed to the campus network of heating and as well as the fuel consumption. One of the options considers the use of storage tanks. The conclusion compares both suggested options.

Other chapters of thesis are focused on construction and thermal calculation of boiler moves. Finally, this thesis is to check heat balance of the boiler.

For the specified parameters make a stoichiometric calculations and calculate the enthalpy of the air and combustion. I shall calculate the heat balance, losses of boiler and thermal efficiency of the boiler. The following section make a design of the combustion chamber and its thermal calculation. After determining the dimensions of the combustion chamber further continue by calculating boiler moves and heating surfaces. Finally check the overall heat balance.

This thesis is focused in calculation and designing of fluid bed boiler for burning coal and wood biomass in the form of wood chips. The uniqueness of fluidized bed boiler is circulating fluidized layer and cyclone ash separator from flue gases beyond the combustion chamber.Work was divided into several parts due to different parameters of the fuel.. Stoichiometry calculations, emissions calculations, enthalpy of combustion and flue gas desulphurization calculations are performed in various parts.Further, calculating of the losses of boiler and its efficiency comparing to the calculation and design of each heat transfer surfaces was also solved so that resulting size and quantity meet the required specifications.Drawn set of this designed boiler based on calculations is included in the annex to this paper.

The work is splitted to several chapters. At the beginning I’m going to make stechiometric calculation and entalpic calculations of air and compustion gas. After that I’m going to calculate heat balance, losses of boiler and set heat efficiency of boiler. Then I’m going to suggest combustion chamber of boiler and make heat calculation. After suggestion of combustion chamber I’m going to set proportions of pulls and heat-delivery surface. In last chapter I’m giong to check heat balance. Inclosure of my work contains drawing documentation of steam boiler.

In the first part is a brief introduction of the building and determination of heat consumption. Following chapters are devoted to description and sorting of gas boilers, heat pumps, biomass boilers and solar collectors, inclusive the choice of specific source of heat. In the following part is stated economic evaluation of selected heat sources. Final part of the thesis is focused on design of additional exchanger instead of gas boiler.

This diploma thesis deals with the control calculation of fluid biomass boilers with circulating fluidized bed. The introduction briefly introduced fluidized bed boilers and explained what biomass is. Furthermore there is a stoichiometric calculation of combustion. The calculation of the losses and the efficiency of the boiler is following. Desulphurization is calculated briefly. The main part is devoted to the design and calculation of individual heat exchanging surfaces: superheater P1, superheaters 2 and 3, the wall superheater, the return chamber, hanging tubes, economizer and air heater. At the end is calculated total tolerance boiler. Work is completed with a diagram of temperature of working media and combustion.
