This PhD thesis contains the results of comprehensive research into the Pravčická brána Arch and surrounding sandstone massifs with focus on gaining more knowledge about natural dynamics and evolution of this rock formation, its current level of stability and the weathering processes it displays. Non-destructive methods were used for this comprehensive study; these ranged from detailed field documentation to monitoring temperature regime of the rock and included application of a geophysical survey and control monitoring of the course of arch body deformation. Laboratory testing was carried out for strength parameters and salt efflorescences together with weathered sandstones were analysed for chemical compounds. Main operating factors were monitored simultaneously, which particularly involved changes in external temperature, degree of sunlight and chemical composition of rainfall. Conventional as well as entirely new assessment procedures were used in synthesis and interpretation of the data collected, including knowledge of nonlinear dynamics of complex systems. Potential sites lies not only in its location but also the dominant position it holds to their surroundings. Undeveloped plot represents a "node" or "island" ... loosening strictly linear character Bakery. The master's thesis describes the design of urban interior street Vejvanovského in urban conservation Kroměříž and operational and functional adaptations street stalls in the context of surrounding roads and spaces. As part is design of architectural studies for three new objects. Objects respond to the needs, space, matter, and the street and the surroundins. The plots of selected street is designed gallery, hotel with restaurant and city market.

New Prague Gate in Znojmo – One House, Two squares New building of „CAFÉ BRÁNA“ is ment to be a substitution of a medieval town wall with an watchtower, which was a part of a northen barbican gate. The house will create an missing ending of a small square at the same time. The mass of building is rather sculptural. The position on the edge of the old town and new (lets call it new, because no surrounding building can be named „modern“ or quality) build-up area designates a special look of the building, becauce it has no backside. Two main facades (southern, northen) are created in different style to reflect different situations. An object of Café forms, with a lately designed urban structure two squrares, which lay-out is a part of this work.

This work is focused on business process modeling and subsequent use in, how it works selling electronic magazines online. In the theoretical section describes possible options for modeling languages, then selected BPM notation and described in detail. The second section describes the technologies used to support sales of electronic magazines. In this work an example is Skimagazin magazine. In the final phase of work are given individual detailed models of how the sale works in practice. The models are mainly focused on describing how to communicate with each individual system elements and users or administrators. Due to the large degree of detail models are listed here only the main models for the functioning of online sales. At the end structure of data objects is described.

This master thesis looks at the intermunicipal cooperation from the point of usage of the application on the nationwide level and also on the level of selected microregions Ivanovická brána and Větrník. It investigates the functioning of the municipal cooperation in various domains and consequently presents opinions and positions of municipal representatives by means of qualitative research.

The present work attempts to provide understanding of the issue of Mesolithic archaeobotany, especially in terms of plant use, woodland clearance, and discussion concerning Mesolithic agriculture. Special attention is also paid to taxa occurring within archaeological context at European Mesolithic sites and some methodological implications. Also, specific patterns in food preparation and consumption are considered, particularly with emphasis on certain archaeological features. The thesis also brings new original data from the Czech Republic. In this regard, assemblage from Dvojitá Brána u Rohlin has provided hints towards the study of the Neolithisation process in the Czech Republic, whereas case study from the Schwarzenberg Lake has brought considerable focus on the issue of depositional/postdepositional processes, especially when dealing with shallow sandy sediments. The thesis also strongly reflects the growing need for interdisciplinary work to address issues related to Mesolithic hunter-gatherers.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá kvantitatívnym fázovým zobrazovaním objektov umiestnených za rozptyľujúcim prostredím v koherenciou riadenom holografickom mikroskope. Tento mikroskop umožnuje zobrazovať s úplne nekoherentným osvetlením vzorky, čo vyvoláva efekt koherenčnej brány. Koherenčná brána je veľmi dôležitá vlastnosť zobrazovacieho systému umožňujúca separáciu balistických a rozptýlených fotónov, jej dôkladnému vysvetleniu je venovaná značná časť práce. Ďalej sú prezentované základy teórie zobrazenia v koherenciou riadenom holografickom mikroskope. Tie sú využité v závere práce pri interpretácii experimentálnych výsledkov. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť metódu pre pozorovanie fázových objektov v rozptyľujúcich prostrediach a experimentálne túto metódu overiť. Na základe analytických výsledkov a predchádzajúceho výskumu je navrhnutá nová metóda, ktorá je ďalej overovaná pomocou rôzne komplexných vzoriek. Je založená na zázname viacerých obrazov s rôznym posunutím referenčného poľa. Každý posun korešponduje so zobrazovaním pomocou inej skupiny fotónov. Je možné vytvoriť syntetický obraz so zlepšenou kvalitou sčítaním jednotlivých obrazov získaných z interferencie balistických alebo rozptýlených fotónov. Experimenty s rôzne komplexnými vzorkami poskytujú náhľad na obmedzenia prezentovanej metódy.
