Vliv kapkové závlahy konzumních brambor na výnos a kvalitu hlíz

Pařenica, Lukáš January 2018 (has links)
The aim of our diploma thesis was to evaluate the influence of drop irrigation on achieved profit and the quality of chosen consumable variety of potatoes. The field experiment was established on lands of experimental field station AF MENDELU in Žabčice, Brno during a trial period from 2016 to 2017. Two consumable varieties of potatoes with different duration of vegetative period – very early season variety called Monika and mid-early season variety called Jolana – were used for experiments. The influence of additional drop irrigation on profit and strachiness of potatoe tubers was closely monitored. The experiment consisted of four options, always in four repetitions. Particular options were: Control, P60, P65 and P70% of usable water capacity. On the basis of attained results it is possible to note that the drop irrigation is very effective and efficient way to raise profit and quality of potatoes. Due to practical and economic reasons, P60 and P65 appear to be an optimal option of drop irrigation providing medium soil humidity.

Společenstva aktinobakterií v zemědělské půdě na lokalitách s výskytem obecné strupovitosti brambor. / Actinobacteral communities in agricultural soils at sites with occurence of potato common scab.

Daniel, Ondřej January 2013 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focussed on understanding relationships between soil chemical characteristics, actinobacterial communities of agricultural field soils and occurrence of potato common scab, a disease caused by members of the genus Streptomyces. The aim of monitoring study, on thirty-three sites covering main potato- growing regions in the Czech Republic, was to find relationships suitable for prediction of common scab severity. The second part of the thesis compared actinobacterial communities and incidence of Streptomyces harboring a pathogenic determinant, gene txtA (gene of biosynthetic pathway of phytotoxin thaxtomin A), in soils differing in occurrence of common scab. In the screening study, analysis of terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) was employed to compare composition of soil actinobacterial communities. Real-time PCR was used to quantify total actinobacteria and streptomycetes harboring txtA gene in soils differing in scab incidence. The screening study revealed negative correlations between the scab severity and (i) available phosphorus in soil and (ii) diversity of actinobaterial community. The results were used to design a model for scab prediction. A qPCR analysis showed difference in numbers of total actinobacteria and the strains harboring txtA gene in...

Relativní abundance patatinu ve vztahu k antioxidativní kapacitě hlíz vybrané skupiny kulturních a planých druhů brambor / Patatin proteins relative abundance in correlation to antioxidative activity of tubers of cultivated and wild potato species

MEJZLÍK, Petr January 2015 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was to determine the content of pure tuber proteins, patatin relative abundance in total tuber protein, and subsequently its antioxidant potential. The theoretical part dealt with general potato characteristics, potato tuber chemical composition and description of analyzed cultivated and wild potato species. In the practical part results of laboratory analysis were presented. It was determined statistically significant genotype variability of antioxidant activity for potato tuber protein as well as for potato tuber dry matter here ranging from 0.221 (Solanum berthaultii 07S0300031) to 0.0066 mg of ascorbic acid/g dry matter (Solanum tuberosum cultivar Kuras). Any direct relationship between potato tuber protein content or patatin relative abundance and antioxidant activity was found. The findings are compared with the literature.

Choroby a škůdci brambor - informační databáze / Diseases and pest of potatoes - information databases

KLOFÁČOVÁ, Petra January 2007 (has links)
Aim of thesis was create electronic database in form of internet pages with externalization in diseases and pests of potato. Besides summary informations (taxonomy, morphology, evolution, meaning, host plants, appearances, ekology, methods for regulation, photodocumentation, et al.) about individual pests and causal agent are mentioned abiotic diseases in thesis too. The part of database a list of chemical preparations which are permited in potatoes and symptomatic key to determination diseases and pests of potatoes.

Porovnání vybraných odrůd brambor z hlediska výskytu strupovitosti a výnosů / The comparison of selected types of potatoes in terms of occurrence of potato scab and yield

MÁCHOVÁ, Petra January 2009 (has links)
The principal aim of this work was to compare chosen types of potatoes in terms of occurrence of potato scab and yield. Common scab is a wide - spread potato disease presently. Scabby marks represent the significant defect of consumption potatoes as well as seed potatoes, because they depreciate appearance and quality of potatoes. However, they don{\crq}t affect lower yields directly. The experiment was realized in a private garden. Five different types of potatoes were planted out and the experiment was repeated after two consecutive years. The experiment was evaluated partially at harvest in both years, than followed a particular statistical evaluation. On account of gained results it has been found out that the choice of potato type affects yield as well as the occurrence of potato scab.

Vliv produkčních procesů při pěstování brambor na emise CO2 / Influence of production proces during potatoes growing on CO2 emissions

JAREŠOVÁ, Martina January 2011 (has links)
The thesis deals with the partial evaluation of life cycle of the potatoes and its environmental impact during the all phases of the cycle. The cycle consists of the evaluation of emission load in the field production, processing and transportation to processing and end-users. The evaluation compared the emission load variations, such as organic and conventional potatoes, seasonal and stored potatoes, raw potatoes and processed potato products. For calculating the emission load was used software tool SimaPro. The aim of work was to find which forms of cultivation; processing and transport have the lowest environmental impact and propose variants with low environmental impact to school canteens.

Kritické hodnocení potenciálu bílkovin sklizňových produktů vybraných plodin z hlediska jejich uplatnění v potravinářských a biotechnologických aplikacích / Critical evaluation of potential of harvested product proteins in selected crops from perspective of their use in food and biotechnological applications

BUCKOVÁ, Pavlína January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with plant proteins. Literary review discusses the properties of the major proteins in selected agricultural crops (wheat, barley, oats, corn, peas, soybeans, canola, potato, Jerusalem artichoke) and their use in food, diet, biotechnology and other industries. The diploma thesis was also assessing the potential production of proteins in these crops on the basis of literature and available statistical data. Data is organized into tables and graphs

Biologie, výskyt a regulace plevelů v porostech okopanin / Biology, occurrence and control of weeds in crops of root crops

CHODL, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
The aim of the present diploma thesis is to widen knowledge of the chemical regulation of weeds in row crops. To establish the effectiveness of herbicides, we set up a small lot at a carefully chosen spot in the potato-growing region near Strakonice. We conducted a comparison of the effects of three herbicide combinations on two potato varieties (Red Anna, Laura). Two combinations proved pre-emergent (Afalon 45 SC+Command 36 SC; Sencor 70 WG+Command 36 SC), one post-emergent (Titus 25 WG). Subsequently, we evaluated economic costs on weeds regulation and suggested preliminary measures to be taken.
