Realitní trh v České republice a Velké Británii / Real estate market in the Czech Republic and Great Britain

KABLÁSKOVÁ, Jitka January 2010 (has links)
This diploma work is about real estate market in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. For comparison of these two markets and understanding how the current economic crisis has influenced them, I tried to compare the following indicators: house prices, inflation, average earnings, balance of trade, interest rates, homeownership and mortgage approvals. Housing bubbles in the USA have deliberately created the damage inflicted by companies shifting production abroad in an attempt to boost profits. As these bubbles burst, economic growth in many developed countries will inevitably tumble. Interviews with real estate and development Company in the Czech Republic and Great Britain helped me find out trends affecting property investment and its potentials. The marked factors which, I believe, will affect property investment prices now and in the future, are socio-economic trends, demographics, infrastructure, jobs and regeneration of the area. The property market has been changed from the market of supplier to the market of demander. Real estate and development Companies have to change their way of selling and offer complex and professional services. It is expected the real estate market will recovery slowly.

Príčiny a priebeh ekonomických kríz vo svetovej ekonomike, so zameraním na súčasnú finančnú krízu / The causes and the course of the economic crisis in the world economy, with focus on the present financial crisis

Murínová, Elena January 2009 (has links)
The diploma thesis is classified in chapters which are then classified in subheadings. The aim of the thesis was the analysis and the course of the financial crisis in the global economy while I focused on the present economic crisis. In the first chapter I analyse the causes, course and possible subsequent solutions while I focus on the currency, banking and the crisis at the asset market that preceded the genesis of the present economic crisis, I demonstrate their synthesis by the Big Depression 1929. The next chapter has practical application on the present crisis, the analysis of the securitisation as the trigger of it, I also evaluate the situation at the stock and real estate market before and after the crisis genesis and analyse the strategic factors that catalysed the formation of the market bubbles. The last chapter evaluates the steps that the US Government underwent to alleviate the crisis effects and post the measures that are of mayor importance to prevent the formation of the future crisis.

Vliv aktivity kyslíku, během tavby a odlévání, na metalurgickou jakost slitin železa / Influence of Oxygen Activity, during Melt and Casting, on Metallurgical Quality of Ferrous Alloys

Pecina, Vladimír January 2010 (has links)
Casting of test castings from low – carbon steel with different deoxidation degrees. Oxygen activity measurement in castings – from the temperatures over liquidus to solidification of metal. Analysis of chemical composition of inclusions. Calculation of thermodynamic equilibrium between oxygen activity and aluminium, silicon and manganese activities in unalloyed steel. Estimation of conditions for the course of carbon reactions in studied casting.

Bubliny cen aktiv: Data z trhu s bydlením / Asset Price Bubbles: Housing Markets Data

Mrhal, Jakub January 2013 (has links)
This study assess Prague real estate market from price level bubble existence point of view. For this purpose construct loglinear regression models for estimating price level of purchase and renting for several segments on the real estate market. These estimated price levels afterwards compare to theoretical price levels set by user cost concept, which employs fundamental factors such as capital costs, depreciation rates, personal income and property taxes, additional asset risk and expected capital gain. Study concludes that Prague real estate market does not currently experience positive price bubble, even one of the segments assess as underpriced.

Ekonomická krize ve vybraných zemích EU: Španělsko a Irsko / The Economic Crisis in Specific EU Countries: Spain and Ireland

Příhoda, Pavel January 2010 (has links)
The thesis analyses and compares the economies of Spain and Ireland in the run up to and during the current economic and financial crisis. Firstly, the focus is on the pre-crisis period since the mid 90's, the causes and extent of the price bubble on the property markets, the caracter of lending boom and the indebtedness of the private sector. The end of the lending boom and conjuncture on the real estate markets in 2006-2007 had strong impact on real economy and the financial sector. Both countries currently pass through a three-level crisis: economic, banking and debt crisis. The aim of the thesis is to examine their causes, evolution and causal links. The paper also illustrates future perspectives of both countries in context of the membership in EMU and possible solutions to their current situation.

Dot-com bubble - faktor hospodářského úspěchu USA v 90. letech 20. století? / Dot-com bubble - a factor in economic success of the USA in the 1990s?

Zajíc, Jiří January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the impacts of information and communication technology investment surge on USA economic growth in the 1990s. Besides others, rapid development of these technologies also led to the creation of a stock market bubble, which affected the expansion phase of the economic cycle. Its burst in 2000-2001 resulted in economic slow-down and end of the longest recorded economic expansion in the history of the United States. Main part of the thesis discusses the benefits of information technology for economy and further evaluates the role of the speculative bubble in the development of consumption and investment expenditures. The thesis results suggest that the increase in capital intensity and sharp stock market price inflation significantly accelerated the dynamics of the economic growth in the second half of the described cycle.

Modelování dvoufázového proudění bublin v mikrofluidice / Modeling two-phase bubble flow in microfluidics

Stehlík, Martin January 2017 (has links)
The goal of submitted thesis is to perform a computer simulation of bubble creation in T-channel. In the first section of the paper, the theoretical applications of microfluidic bubble, micromachines and droplet formation are described. In the second part of the text, author uses cross flowing method for simulation od bubble creation. Furthermore, several settings in computer simulation software Fluent are mentioned. In addition, the influence of velocity at the T-channel inlet on surface tension and on bubble length is presented.

Výroba a vady ocelových odlitků / Manufacturing and defects of steel castings

Smilovský, David January 2018 (has links)
A content of this thesis is an analysis of a steel castings production mismatch in Tatra Metallurgy foundry. Most common defects found on castings are gas holes. Thesis shows a theoretical research on casting defects caused by gases in steel castings. It also describes melting and degassing problematics of molten steel and procedures to reduce gas contents. The last part of theoretical research describes oxidation of steel in contact with silica mold. Practical part of thesis analysis production of steel castings to determine the cause of origin of gas holes. Main attention is paid to mold mixture, chemical composition, casting temperatures and casting time. The last chapter metallographically analysis two defected castings to determine the origin of defects. Main attention is paid to shape and chemical composition of gas holes and to morphology of steel inclusions.

Optimalizace výroby litinových odlitků za účelem snížení výskytu vad / Optimization of manufacturing of iron castings to reduce the quantity of defects

Blaha, Marek January 2015 (has links)
The presented diploma thesis is focused on defects of castings as well as optimization of production with the aim of reducing the number of defective products. The theoretical part is focused on basic information about cast iron and its production, structure and mechanical properties. Another part of this thesis describes the defects of castings and options for non-destructive testing of cast iron castings. In the experimental part are analyzed three sorts of defective casting. Castings for testing were provided by JMA s.r.o. foundry. The summary contains tests results and proposals for optimization of production.
