Sezónní dynamika obsahu manganu v bylinném patru, půdní a epigeické fauně

Bradáčová, Eliška January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to determine the level of manganese content and its seasonal dynamics in selected herbs and trees species and invertebrates in the period 2011--2013. Trial sites were located in the highly manganese contaminated ecosystem in Krušné hory mountains. The flora and fauna samples were being collected on a monthly basis. The level of manganese was determined by the AAS method. The highest level of manganese was found in the blackberry bush (Rubus caesius L.) and the raspberry bush (Rubus idaeus L.). The larch (Larix decidua Mill.) and the mountain ash (Sorbus aucuparia L.) were the most contaminated tree species. Majority of plants accumulates manganese during the vegetative period. The invertebrates showed lower level of manganese content than plants. The highest level was found in millipedes (Diplopoda) and isopods (Oniscoidea). Despite the really high concentration of manganese in the enviroment, none of the plants and invertebrates showed symptoms of toxicosis.

Sledování podmínek uplatnění a výskytu vybraných druhů jetelovin a bylin v travních porostech / Monitoring of ecological conditions and occurence of selected legume species and herbs in grassland

JAKŠOVÁ, Marie January 2016 (has links)
Understanding the importance and the possible use of clover in permanent grassland is very important. Their irreplaceable role in nitrogen fixation and enrich the soil of this essential element is very important. The significance of herbs in grassland is also significant, even though its importance is often overlooked. Herbs not only serve as indicators of habitat conditions, but also can improve the quality and palatability of forage. If we know the herbs and legumes and their habitat requirements will help us select the most suitable way of management and the effective use of the potential of the habitat. The aim of the thesis was to observe conditions of use and the occurrence of selected legumes and herbs in TTP. Research can therefore conclude that the biggest influence on the composition of the grassland have ecological conditions. Way management can to some extent affect the crop themselves, but the biggest factor remains what we can not influence and that is the weather. The results also shows that the richer pastures.

Škrdlová, Kamila January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis concentrates on medicinal plants, their use and effects in the treatment of diseases. The thesis summarizes some effects of medicinal substances contained in plants and herbs. They are suitable for use in selected diseases. The research part of diploma thesis deals with the mapping of methods of treatment and production of herbal products among university students. The thesis also examines whether students are inclined to use more herbal therapy over conventional pharmaceutical drugs. It investigated whether information on herbs in schools sufficient. Mikrobiologická kvalita čerstvých bylin dovážených ze třetích zemí

Bergová, Lucie January 2019 (has links)
This thesis focuses on microbiological quality of fresh herbs from third countries. Analysis of the fresh herbs was performed in a laboratory. Herbal samples was also compared with samples from the Czech Republic and from private production. Some of the herbal packs (consisting of mint, basil and rosemary) were purchased on a public market while others were collected from private productions. Microbiological quality of fresh herbs is very important because the consumers uses them without any proper heat treatment. The laboratory experiment determined the content of the molds and the yeasts, the total number of microorganisms, the coliform microorganisms and the Escherichia coli. All presented samples were also tested to check any presence of Salmonella spp. There were tested 24 samples of the different herbs of different origin. The method of conducting such experiment was plate-based. The results show that does not matter the origin of the herb, but it depends on the type of herb. It was found that the limits for the determination of bacteria Escherichia coli were exceeded. The presence of Salmonella spp. in 25 grams of herb was detected.

Využití příměstského parku Bažantnice (Kladno) ve výuce botaniky a dendrologie / Suburban park Bažantnice (Kladno) in Botany and Dendrology Instruction

Veverka, Vojtěch January 2013 (has links)
The topic of this thesis is forest park's Bažantnice mapping. The thesis suggests the way of aplication of botanic terrain education. Botany and dendrology is one of the main educations question on elementary and secondary school. Park Bažantnice can be used in science lesson for its hight potential. The thesis i s divided into two parts. The first of them summarizes differents types of the terrain education and focuses on didactic using of the park Bažantnice. The second one deals with the station mapping and describes way of data colecting and adapting. Accompanying pictures and generated maps are included in appendiced at the back of the thesis. Keywords: dendrology, biology, botany, education, park, Bažantnice, Kladno, mapping, herbs, woody plants, terrain education

Vliv obsahu potenciálně účinných bylin v pastevních porostech na příjem krmiv a jejich konzervaci / The influence of potentially effective herbs from grazing herbage on forage intake and its preservation.

VONDRÁŠKOVÁ, Barbora January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this dissertation was a representation of chemical composition of herb samples, NDF degradability examination by in sacco method and energy evaluation. Degradability of dry matter was also part of results. During the years 2006 and 2007, twenty-four sampling of pasture herbage from three different farms and six sampling of meadow herbage were realized. The other aim of this study was a monitoring of pasture herbage composition in three farms using the seven-member combination scale abundance and dominance Braun-Blanquet. Chemical composition and high of pasture herbage was also determined. The aim of other study was to determine which of two kinds of dicotyledonous plants- Sanguisorba officinalis and Plantago lanceolata added to a meadow hay in amount of 10 % goats prefer. Seven goats of brown shorthaired and white shorthaired breed were used in four preference tests. The other part of this trial was a monitoring the influence of Plantago lanceolata on goat milk composition. There was 45 % of Plantago lanceolata added in a meadow hay for experimental goats.

Byliny o bohatýru Svjatogorovi: Strukturální a komparativní analýza narativu / Byliny of bogatyr Svyatogor: Structural and Comparative Analysis of Narrative

Dynda, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
Jiří Dynda Byliny of bogatyr Svyatogor: Structural and Comparative Analysis of Narrative (MA Thesis) Abstract This thesis is an analysis and interpretation of the thirty seven textual variants of the byliny of bogatyr Svyatogor. After the general introduction to the Russian folk epics and after the presentation of issues concerning the study of oral epic literature, author's own structural concept of myth and cultural representations is presented. In the central part the thesis attempts to apply these principles to the narrative of the byliny of Svyatogor and by means of a thorough analysis it indicates, which motives and their relations were fundamental for this narrative to make sense in the local context of bylinaic tradition. The thesis claims that these narratives primarily deal with the themes of the initiation of a young hero, the generation conflict and the transmission of a mentor's position to his apprentice (or, metaphorically, a father's position to his son). This hypothesis is subsequently tested via a two phased comparative analysis of the central motives and their clusters: Firstly, the comparison is made in the context of the bylinaic traditions per se and in the context of the ethnographic situation at the Russian North (internal comparison), and secondly, in the wider scope of the Eurasian...
