Large industrial works represents an interesting subject of foreign trade in which countries may have competitive advantage. These industrial works also forms a large part of the state economy. Contracts that covers such transactions are very difficult, whether due to the volume and duration of supply, and because of possible problems with funding, with the political situation at the place of delivery, etc. Contracts covering such a transactions could be very tricky to draft because of either volume and duration of supply, funding issues or political instability in the region etc. The aim of this thesis is to introduce basic concept and principles that are linked to international trade with large industrial works. The thesis is mainly focused on contracting opportunities, ie the general approaches to contracting for the supply of capital equipment. The main theme is - within the specification, form of contract for the supply of capital equipment, as well as other resources that can be used during drafting the contract, such as commercial conventions and more. The work has a character of fine art project. It deals with a process of personal memory recollection, which understanding as a dream. It try to affect relations between notions of recollection, dream, reality and space. The work is grounded in field literature knowledges, mainly in philosophy of Henry Bergson. The work verify possibilities to use the topic in a high school area as a didactical project. It is based on group of fine art topics and these are bounded to the theoretical ground of the study. The subject of this thesis is the analysis of studies of the graduates of drama2013/2014 at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Pragueunder the guidance of teachers MgA. Jaroslava Šiktancová Ph.D., MgA. LukášHlavica and doc. Marie Málková. I am describing the methods of our dramatictraining, which formed the basis for further joint work leading to the creation ofthe company BodyVoiceBand. My thesis describes the process chronologicallyfrom the very beginning of the study to the birth of the performance Vojna (TheWar), which we already prepared under the heading of BodyVoiceBand.I divided the thesis into three parts. In the first one I deal with the workshops ofFarma v jeskyni (Farm in a Cave), which were decisive for all our future work, forboth the ensemble, and the individuals. I described what kind of training wewent through during the workshops and the way it prepared us for furtherstudies. The second part deals with the study at the faculty. It is divided intosubheads according to the phenomena we were dealing with and which are thestarting point for a certain kind of work, thanks to which the bodyBodyVloiceBand started to shape. The third part is devoted to the production ofVojna /War, which is the result of our efforts, and which is the starting point ofthe formation of BodyVoiceBand. I focused on the way and course of preparingthe production.

The diploma thesis is focused on the education of employees in public administration. The aim is to analyze the system of employee education at the Municipal office in Bílovec, evaluate the current situation and propose appropriate recommendations in the education of employees. The first part defines the basic concepts of education, describes methods and ways used in adult education and a systematic approach to the education of employees in the organization. Additionally, it serves to define terms in public administration with a focus on local governments, describe local government officials, and finally define the education of local government officials in terms of applicable legislation. At the beginning of the practical part of the thesis, the Municipal Office in Bílovec is presented. This part is devoted to research in the form of a questionnaire survey, which is focused on the education of officials in the Municipal Office in Bílovec. Subsequently, the results are interpreted, evaluated for individual research questions and final recommendations are formulated aimed at the further education of officials.

This master thesis is focused on accounting operations in a group according to Czech and international accounting legislation and on how to report individual elements in consolidated financial statements. It also includes explanation of terms in the field of consolidated financial statements such as consolidation methods, parent entity, subsidiary, and intercorporate transactions in a group according to Czech and international legislation. These theoretical concepts are applied on an existing group which is a group consisting of a parent entity and three subsidiaries and its consolidated financial statements in an accounting period from 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2016. Operations among the parent entity and the subsidiaries and their effect on consolidated financial statements are also described. Therefor this thesis includes a draft of consolidation rules and examples of other transactions which may occur among a group and their effect on consolidated financial statements but did not occur in an examined group. Results of this thesis summarize reasons and methods of consolidation in an examined group, transactions which may have an impact on consolidated financial statements and how these transactions originate. Examined parent entity does not create any consolidation rules, it neither has any methodology of identifying operations with an impact on consolidated financial statements. The parent entity does not inform users of the consolidated financial statements about identifying operations among the group, the reasons of their existence and the reasons of their elimination in consolidated financial statements. However, the parent entity prepares and presents the consolidated financial statements according to valid legislation. Based on gained information, the parent entity prepares the consolidated financial statements only for the legislative purposes, it has no use for the parent entity itself, neither for the subsidiaries.

This thesis aims to present the terms industrial works and industrial construction and issues relating to defining them. It furthermore focuses on summarization of characteristics and particularities of selected principal international documents, which deal with the topic of international contracts on supply of industrial works (FIDIC standard forms of contract, UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts and Legal Guide on Drawing Up International Contracts for the Construction of Industrial Works issued by UNCITRAL) and regular parts typically contained in the international contracts on supply on supply of industrial works, especially in relation to dispute settlement and arbitration. The thesis furthermore addresses competition law issues relevant to the international supply of industrial works. This thesis is, in logical sequence, divided into five chapters, including the conclusion.
