The Master's thesis is focused on the migration of population within the Czech republic. The migration flows within each individual region are explored and compared with selected economic indicators of the regions. Regions of the Czech republic are chosen as the main units for analysis, complemented by research on individual counties. The analysis highlights key trends in spatial movement of the population in the recent years. Subsequently the analysis focused on, whether the population movement is associated with an economic attractiveness of given administrative unit. The hypothesis being whether the increase in economic indicators of an administrative unit is follow by an increase in migration inflows to that unit. This hypothesis was not confirmed in any of the analyzed regions; only a weak correlation was established.

This work aims to look at the thought motives of Anna Hogenová, leading primarily to an understanding of the meaning of the virtue called Areté. Aretes as abilities in an individual, concrete situation to capture the whole, one that is not conceptually definable and does not prove to be a verifiable being. The path to understanding such a whole begins with René Descartes and the subsequent emergence of the phenomenology of Edmund Husserl, followed by Heidegger, who demonstrates the possibility of capturing the whole in the so-called moods. In Patoček's understanding of the whole, we already see a direct connection with Hogenová, who claims that these are precisely the units that have been forgotten today, even thanks to empirical science. Areté is also introduced in the context of education, where its purpose, according to Hogenová, should be to bring to the whole. In addition to the central motif, the work also tries to capture the philosopher with its main themes, such as the issue of the beginning or the need to live life from its own source. This thesis is focused on people migration in the Czech republic. It is concentrated on important migration flows in terms of territory units of this country and is referred to recently general trends of migration. There is analysed migration in terms of individual demografic indicators such as age, sex or marital status. The essential part of this thesis is attended to migration in Středočeský kraj. There is described the main migration flows in this territory unit. It explains the suburbanization process between this unit and the capital of the Czech republic. At the conclusion of this work migration is assessed in terms of long- term regional development.

Zaměřila jsem se na vývoj metodických pokynů a právní úpravy přezkoumávání hospodaření ÚSC a DSO (zvláště na zákon č. 420/2004 Sb.). Při zpracování praktické části jsem spolupracovala s Krajským úřadem Středočeského kraje, který mi byl ochoten poskytnout údaje, z nichž jsem provedla řadu analýz a hodnocení.

The aim of this thesis is to create a system of registration of state funding for allowance organization Centrum investic, rozvoje a inovací and problem solving in determining the actual financial capabilities of each contract. The theoretical part characterizes allowance organizations, describes its economic and financial relations between these organizations and their founder and deals with the control of allowance organizations. The practical part contains analysis of management and funding specific allowance organization. The first proposal for solving the problem using XLS database proved insufficient. In the final draft is created and described a system of monitoring financial resources in this organization using the balance for each contract, including the draft of directives for accounting procedures.

Subject of this thesis is {\clqq}Basic relationship between method administration accounting and processing of budget. It will be demonstrated on the example of chosen non - profit organization.{\crqq} The aim of thesis is to point out connection between setting and checking the budget and method of leading accountancy. At first is written teoretical part of work, where is characterized general way of leading accountancy, basic characteristic of processing the budget, analysis of chosen information needed for processing the budget in accountancy scope. The second part is practical, where is described chosen non-profit organization and features of way, how to lead accountancy, documentation of processed budgets and metodical proposal for their processing. Connection between budgets and accountancy does exist. To compile the budget is closely connected with information from accountancy. Organization come out from accountancy schedule, during the process of puting together budget structure. It depends on who is puting the budget together. Every municipality has its own employee, who is engaged in this and also sets appearance arrangement according to his subjective consideration and according to survey of information for user. The budget comes from accountancy and is arranged with budget changes. The most economical seems to use the possibility of leading only one bank account, which is account 231 - The basic current account in connection with volume of property, budget, number of operations and activities etc.

This master thesis deals with consolidation of financial statement. Thesis shows theoretical background of forming a financial statement according to Czech accounting system and IFRS. Procedure of forming the financial statement, types of statements and structure of financial statement are described in the theoretical part. Also content and compulsory parts of financial statement are delineated. As for the consolidation, forming of consolidated financial statement in accordance with Czech accounting and IFRS are also described theoretically. In this part the definition of consolidation unit, the principles of forming the consolidation and the conditions of using the mentioned methods are recounted. The parts of consolidated financial statements are also described. The application part was divided into two main goals. The first was to create a part of financial statement (Balance sheet and Profit and loss statement to 31. 12. 2007). The second aim was to form a consolidated financial statement. The Sauter Automation, spol. s r. o. kindly provided the data necessary for elaborating this master thesis.

The aim of this paper is to describe the way of creation of cartographic papers in ArcGIS programme. I would like to also mention the display possibilities of the programme and point out potential difficulties in the work with more shapefile layers, grid system, cartographic schemes and as well with the portrayal of the plan which influences the final form of the map essentially. Created cartographic papers show the real historical setout of the territorial integrity in the time and space. Morover the time resolution is able to provide the chance to compare and peep into the emergence of the state boundaries in 20 th century. The result of this paper is the set of historical and geographical maps which can be used not only in history and geography education.

The thesis focuses on an analysis of rules, procedures and processes connected with money management of municipalities in the Czech Republic. This analysis is subsequently used for assessing this procedures in a specific municipality. The first chapter includes legal basis of municipalities and their bodies, other parts are focused on some particular areas. The emphasis is put on property, founded entities and inspection of money management. There are legal rules connected with the subject of the chapter in each part, which are basis for an analysis of Průhonice. Statistics of the Czech Republic is also included if it is useful.
