The master thesis evaluates the finances of the Domov důchodců Český Dub. The aim of this work is the cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis of the organization and to submit suggestions and recommendations to improve the economy of the organization. The first part of this work summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the topic, the second part focuses on the economic analysis, and the last part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve the economy of the organization.

This thesis deals with the preparation of consolidated financial statements of the com-pany and the subsequent assessment of the performance of the consolidated group. The main part deal with scien-characterization methods consolidation, procedure for the pre-paration of consolidated financial statements and exclusion relations. Theoretical knowledge is then ap-forged to a specific preparation of the consolidated financial sta-tements of the company.

This thesis focuses on accounting and tax issues of local government, to develop methodologies and guidelines for a practical example in the selected village. Local government unit is introduced at the position of the tax, the recipient of tax revenues, but mainly as an accounting unit. The first part focuses on public administration, local government unit and its economy. Another chapter is devoted to legal regulations and accounting as well as tax matters. The last part is the analysis of budget revenues and expenditures of selected municipalities and way of dealing with procedures for accounting methods and tax issues.

This diploma thesis deals with the consolidated financial statements. The thesis includes theoretical basis for the preparation of consolidated financial statements, the individual process steps consolidation methods and evaluation approach. Then theoretical knowledge is applied in preparing the consolidated financial statements of the chosen company.

This master thesis deals with the issue of consolidated financial statement. It is focused on incorporating of a new subsidiary item into the consolidation using the equivalent method. Subsequently, the performance of the newly formed group is assessed in comparison with the original consolidation unit. Throughout the theoretical part chapters, all significant principles, procedures and methods of the financial statement consolidation are described and analyzed. In practical part, the results of the consolidated financial statement are inerpreted and analyzed. The very last part of the thesis contains proposals to improve and increase effectivity of the group of companies.

The aim of thesis "Financial assurance of public investment project" is to find a suitable way of financing public investment project for the reconstruction of the Municipal Office Řečany nad Labem, dealing with thermal insulation cladding, ceiling construction, replacing the openings and new covering. The theoretical part deals with municipal budget, structure budget and possible funding sources for the investment project. The practical part focuses on the possible ways to finance the investment project and grant programs using the most suitable option and an overall assessment of the results.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess to what extent does an reconstruction of houses affect the usual price. The theoretical part is focused on the basic therms and description of used methods in valuing of family hauses and the practical part deals with creating of database from bid prices of comparable objects and then by calculation the direct comparison of the market price of family houses. Further tasks are to find the cost price in accordance with the valid valuation regulation and also to find the comparative price in accordance with current pricing regulation. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis there is a comparison of prices according to the used valuation method.

The master’s thesis focuses on the issue of the consolidated financial statement of WOOD-FOREST GROUP a. s.. On the basis of theoretical knowledge referred to in the first part of the work is then reviewed consolidated group and its changes are made. Due to insignificance selected subsidiaries not included in the consolidation and the preparation of a new consolidated financial statements is made. At the conclusion are evaluated the impacts of the changes by using selected indicators.

B+B Barcelona/master’s thesis/Iva Křikavová/studio of Ivan Koleček/2010 Urban Plan of Poble Nou district of Barcelona in the past was strongly defined, factory halls fully built the block, streets and squares had a clear structure. Industry terminated operations and adjacent diagonals became attractive for various companies, hotels and developers, who started to build. Thirty-storey houses with undefined environment, the structure is lost, chaos prevails. To preserve the character of the plan, the old and the newly formed buildings, became a clear definition of the school block. Definition of block one hundred years ago lay in the absolute middle of the courtyard, but how to behave now in 2010? The answer is to define a block with three houses, each of then has its function - school, sports, library and dining room. Among them are moving teachers and students, experiencing the way, change the focus away leaving behind the school building and coming to do sports, eat or read a book. Actual volumes, however, could not become the answers, they could not become to be an integrated bloc. The space between them must band them together to give a complete character, followed by the part-built and connect everything to each other, gain mobility system common to all three. The solution became a principle belts - belt bound outdoors, belt inner freedom (hall, path to the target classroom, a room) and the target belt in the form of classrooms, gym and multipurpose halls. This thesis deals with the possibilities of application of Zdenek Sverak's work in a kindergarten drama education. The theoretical section summarizes the information about the life and works of Zdenek Sverak and the findings regarding the possibility of using a literary narrative in a kindergarten, while applying the methods of drama education. There follows a description of the developmental patterns of preschool children and their significance for the drama education. The practical part of the thesis uses the books of Zdenek Sverak to process and reflect upon thematic units, in which the drama education methods were used. At the conclusion of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the research observations, obtained during my implementation of the thematic units.
