Kožušníková, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to define the position of an expert on an expropriating proceedings and creating an expert opinion for these uses. In the theoretical part the definitions connected to expropriation and expropriating proceedings are explained. An expert activity and an expert opinion are defined in other chapters in the theoretical part. Last two chapters deal with transportation infrastructure and evaluating of the immovable assets where there are the established price, the common price and the ways of evaluating. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the expert opinion in expropriating proceedings. The established price, the standart price of expropriated immovable assests and compensation for moving are set in a comparing way within the expert opinion.

Vliv rekonstrukce prvků dlouhodobé životnosti na cenu nemovitosti / Influence of Reconstruction of the Long-lasting Elements on the Price of Real Estate

Tomiczková, Monika January 2012 (has links)
My thesis deals with the influence of reconstruction of the long-lasting elements on the market price of the property, specifically on the family house. For a case study, I chose reconstruction of the roof, and its load-bearing part, because the reconstruction of this long-lasting element can be found in most cases. A case study is solved in the form of valuation of house before and after reconstruction, and it is done by two methods: according to the decree,by the comparison method and market valuation and also comparative method.

Prozaická tvorba současných japonských autorek / Prose Works of Contemporary Japanese Women Writers

Holeyšovská, Linda January 2014 (has links)
In this thesis I present prose works of contemporary Japanese women writers, who made their debut at the beginning of the 21st century. For a better understanding of the transition that a position of Japanese women and women authors has gone through - and how it prepared the way for their successors, I provide a summary of women's literature of the last two decades. To make the context clear, I also included an outline of significant changes within the realm of women's rights and the image of the role of women in society. Presentation of themes, that contemporary women writers focus on in their works and that reflect recent trends in modern Japanese society, follows. I also analyze aspects of language that are shared in works of young women writers. Lastly, considering the diverse range of critical reception of contemporary Japanese women writers, I would like to think about the future of Japanese modern literature. Mimořádně nízká nabídková cena s důrazem na judikaturu a rozhodovací praxi ÚOHS / Abnormally low tender price with regard to the case law of administrative courts and the Office for the Protection of Competition

Šulcová, Dagmar January 2015 (has links)
Abnormally low tender price with regard to the case law of administrative courts and the Office for the Protection of Competition Abnormally low tender price is one of the most problematic issues in public procurement law. The aim of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the concept of abnormally low tender price with regard to the case law of administrative courts and the Office for the Protection of Competition. The analysis is made both in relation to the Public Procurement act and the EU Directive on public procurement. After an introductory part the thesis is divided into seven main chapters. The first chapter outlines basic terms necessary for comprehensive analysis of further discussed issues. Chapter two deals with the concept of abnormally low tender price including its evolution in the former public procurement law. The third chapter focuses on the process of assessment of the tenders concerning the abnormally low tender price. This chapter deals with the request for explanation of the tenderer's tender price, with requirements of this explanation and with assessment of this explanation made by evaluation committee. Chapter four examines the zero tender price and the case law of administrative courts regarding the correct procedure in case of occurrence of this price. This chapter takes...

Analýza Krylovovských metod / Analysis of Krylov subspace methods

Gergelits, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
Title: Analysis of Krylov subspace methods Author: Tomáš Gergelits Department: Department of Numerical Mathematics Supervisor: prof. Ing. Zdeněk Strakoš, DrSc. Abstract: After the derivation of the Conjugate Gradient method (CG) and the short review of its relationship with other fields of mathematics, this thesis is focused on its convergence behaviour both in exact and finite precision arith- metic. Fundamental difference between the CG and the Chebyshev semi-iterative method is described in detail. Then we investigate the use of the widespread lin- ear convergence bound based on Chebyshev polynomials. Through the example of the composite polynomial convergence bounds it is showed that the effects of rounding errors must be included in any consideration concerning the CG rate of convergence relevant to practical computations. Furthermore, the close corre- spondence between the trajectories of the CG approximations generated in finite precision and exact arithmetic is studied. The thesis is concluded with the discus- sion concerning the sensitivity of the closely related Gauss-Christoffel quadrature. The last two topics may motivate our further research. Keywords: Conjugate Gradient Method, Chebyshev semi-iterative method, fi- nite precision computations, delay of convergence, composite polynomial conver-...

Analýza sortimentu spoločnosti Toyota Motor Czech, spol. s.r.o. / Product analysis of Toyota Motor Czech spol. s.r.o.

Kurucová, Barbora January 2010 (has links)
This thesis analyzes the products of Toyota Motor Czech spol. s.r.o. which is a company operating on the Slovak and Czech car market. The work is based on the theoretical knowledge described in the first part. The first part is then followed by a practical section, in which I first describe the current market situation in the automotive industry in Czech and Slovak Republic. Further I characterize the company Toyota Motor Czech spol. s.r.o. itself, then I describe the most important car models and related market segments. Later in the practical part I analyze the models of Toyota in terms of price and marketability over the competition. The final section summarizes the information obtained and gives some recommendations that the company could use in the future to improve the position of individual models.

Ekonomická analýza trhu s pervitinem v ČR / Economic analysis of methamphetamine market in the CR

Melíšková, Renata January 2010 (has links)
This diploma thesis brings theory, current knowledge and empirical analysis. It focuses on the methamphetamine market in the Czech Republic. In its theoretical part it follows individual schools of Economics with focus on the differences in expected behavior of the participants in the illegal market. The research is primarily oriented on finding the effects of the enforced prohibition on users, producers and sellers of pervitin. The main benefit of the diploma is the definition of as yet not published specifics about not only the whole segment, but also the comparison of characteristics of both an open and closed pervitin scene, where surprisingly there exists not only a difference in the quality of the product but also in the approach of sellers to customers. From a comparison with the heroin market one can see a trend of mutual exchanges of pervetin for heroin and also differences in competitive environments. The result of the economic analysis is the filling of gaps in the current understanding and elicitation of conclusions, which are compared to the economical studies and official overviews of the Czech drugs market.
