Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou úrovní společenské odpovědnosti firmy Deloitte v České republice. Teoretická část práce podává obraz o tom, co společenská odpovědnost firem vlastně je a jakých oblastí se dotýká. V praktické části je popsána stávající úroveň společensky odpovědného podnikání společnosti Deloitte. Největší prostor je zde věnován jednotlivým aktivitám firmy a hodnocení současné CSR strategie a také konkrétním návrhům na zlepšení. Závěrem celé práce je pak návrh na vytvoření nové strategie v oblasti CSR, která kombinuje stávající prvky s prvky novými a u stávajících projektů se snaží navrhnout jistá zlepšení a eliminovat tak problémy, se kterými se firma v současnosti stále potýká.

The Church always shown interest in the world of sick and those suffering. In its activities it was inspired by opinions and example of Jesus Christ. Help to those in need was considered as integral part of Churches mission. It responded to this challenge by organising help and care. Middle Ages were hard period afflicted by famine, epidemics or wars. Many due to these adverse conditions therefore found themselves in need of Churches care and cried for its help. The first part of the thesis was tasked with defining the term charity and focuses on the problematic of charity in period of early Christian Church. It briefly elaborates on Christian charity as a history of love, with Jesus Christ in its beginning as an impulse for apostles, first Christian communities, Christians living in age of persecution and later in times of free Church. The second part is dedicated to Middle Ages. It attempts to provide intellectual and social frame in which charity in this time found itself. In sub-chapters it determines the historical period of Middle Ages, characterises living conditions in that period with focus on social and economical aspects. The aim of my thesis is to consider a contemporain concept of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and all relative activities in the international company and to propose a potential development of this concept for a specific region. Theoretical part explains fundamental features of the corporate social responsibility, its' history, three pillars and organizations which are dedicated to this concept. Practical part of this paper analyses the system of CSR in the international company. In this part there is a history of the CSR applicated in the company, the rating and the contemporain status of the corporate social responsibility. There are mentioned also the methods of measurement of CSR which proclaim the level of corporate social responsibility in the company. There is a focus on the concept of CSR applicated in the Czech republic and some new ideas how to improve it.

My diploma thesis "Catholic Charity in the Czech Republic after 1989" succinctly reflects the origin and evolution of charity care within the Catholic Church. It discusses the establishment and activities of a number of religious orders and the organization Česká katolická charita. It also presents important documents of Vatican Council II., especially Gaudium et spes, and some other social encyclicals. The core part focuses on how charitable activities of the Catholic Church in the Czech Republic have developed after 1989. It subsequently describes the development and activities of the organization Caritas Czech republic and selected orders and congregations working in the area of charity in the Czech Republic.

Title: The analysis clubs in Mattoni NBL and their work with fans Objectives: The main objective of the work is, how the clubs work with their fans. The thesis also shows the marketing of the clubs, marketing mix, promotion, promotion actions and fan base. The data, which I recieved from the clubs, I compare and analyse. From this data I deduce conclusions, which can improve communication and the presentation of the clubs to the public and can help improve attendance. Diplomová práce pojednává o fundraisingu neziskových organizací. Zaměřuje se především na stránku komunikace a strategie fundraisingu. V teoretické části seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy použivánými ve fundraisingu, dále popisuje metody a nástroje fundraisingu. Praktická část se věnuje zhodnocení a srovnání australské charitativní organizace Anglicare Sydney a české charitativní organizaci ? Arcidiecézní charita Praha. V dipl. práci jsou popsány a zhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky kampaní a některých komunikačních materiálů. Autorka využívá vlastních zkušeností z odborné pracovní stáže v Anglicare Sydney a získáných poznatků z návštěv pracovníků Arcidiecézní charity Praha.

Thesis "Christian faith in relation to disabled people" is about the life of the physically or mentally disabled people and their position in society throughout history. Displays a change of view on them, which occurred with the advent of Christianity, when Jesus's miracles of healing and love for your fellow man was a charity activity of the Church and its institutions. The work is also focused on the relationship of people to the Christian faith as a potential resource recovery. Listed are the characteristic species of folk belief, which may change in superstition. Mentioned is the current view of the Church on disability and mental illness from the point of view of Canon law and practice and the role of religious communities in the healing by faith. Project Proposal of Development Aid - Educational Program dedicated to Former Youth Prisoners Released from Prison, Cuenca - Ecuador. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno. Jaroslava Rajchlová, Ph.D. In this Diploma Thesis, a Project Proposal of Development Aid based on Results of an Analysis of Criminality in Ecuador is elaborated. The Thesis is divided into Three Parts. The Theoretical Part is dedicated to Explaining Terms such as Development Aid, Non-governmental Non-profit Organizations, Project Tools and Criminality. The Analytical Parts contains Socioeconomic Characteristic of Ecuador, its Development Problems with an emphasis on Criminality and Project Funding Possibilities. In the Practical Part, a Project for Local Organization Somos Familia Ubuntu is designed.

The thesis deals with the organization structure of the Diocese Charity in České Budějovice (DCH ČB) as viewed through the eyes of social workers who are involved in the projects which DCH ČB arches over. In the introductory part of the thesis there is a description of the contemporary state of social work and the position of social workers in our post-modern society where social workers prefer to work in smaller communities where they can more easily adapt and co-form the rules for the organization and share ideas with people who have similar attitude to social work and how to control and carry it out the best. In connection with the outcome of the study there is a more detailed description of the organization structure of the DCH ČB which was set up according to Scheiner's formation of organization structures. In accordance with the organization structure there is a contemplation whether the DCH ČB does not have a tendency to incline towards ideological management without a possibility for the social workers to co-form the rules and have some autonomy in the projects of the DCH ČB, while the DCH ČB is in a position of an Ideological Hegemon.

To make a survey of this issue qualitative approach was chosen, using the method of semi-standardized interviews by Diocesan charity in České Budějovice. 6 female volunteers, who are active pen pals with prisoners, took part in the research. The coordinator of this project was also interviewed to get general view of this issue. The objective of the thesis was to find out how is the project Prison correspondence being developed in Czech prisons. Another objective was to find out how female volunteers view the risks associated with participation in the project.
