Žmogaus santykis su sakraline muzika ir raiškos savastis: pagal Vilniaus katalikiškų parapijų vargonininkų bei IX–XII klasių mokinių patirtį / Man‘s relationship with sacral music ant the identity of its expression according to the experience of Vilnius parishes and senior schoolchildren (forms 9 – 12)Zašauskaitė, Rita 27 June 2011 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Church music, its character and its performers have to conform to the norms provided by the documents of the Church. The laws and recommendations found in these documents are obligatory for every parish.
This master paper has been inspired by the regret of the Church documents about some deviations from the aim and the true role of sacral music, such as concert–like style, the shade of pop music, prolonged composition, lack of taste, etc. This can lead people to absent-mindedness and superficiality in prayer.
Nothing in the church should decrease people’s concentration or the holiness of the liturgy. Music must be second to liturgy, it must lift people’s souls to pious communication with God. Therefore, man’s relationship with sacral music and its expression influence one another. The quality of this relationship and of the music in church is the responsibility of the parish, of composers, organists, choir directors, singers, instrument players and of the community as a whole. Thus, this paper deals with all of these ministries and their role in helping church music to increase people’s piety.
The paper aims at showing people’s relationship with sacral music according to the documents of the Catholic Church, as well as the role of the singers in the liturgy and the most frequent mistakes they make. The paper also tries to formulate the requirements for musical service and the use of instruments in the liturgy. We have investigated into the opinions of church organists in... [to full text]

Svátost manželství v současné teologii / The sacrament of marriage in contemporary theologyHEJDA, Josef January 2019 (has links)
The thesis, on the background of biblical and historical origins, gathers some of the present theological views, formed in particular by the papal documents that commend on marriage. It emphasizes the essential elements of this sacrament, with regards to their comprehensibility to the present recipients. It also deals with the problematic situations arising after the disintegration of the sacramental bond, and mentions possible approaches to addressing the issue of birth control. It also reflects some of the critical views and compares them with the Church's current teaching, in order to indicate the desirable plurality of views containing the potential for future solutions to the conflicts that have arisen. Specific attention is paid to the integration of Catholic Christians living in illegitimate relationships into full communion with the Church and the resulting tasks of particular Catholic communities.

Multicultural living in the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception: a prophetic witnessMoyo, Thandi Elsie 28 February 2004 (has links)
Globalization has turned the world into one ”huge village”. Various nations and cultures have integrated during this process and multiculturalism has resulted. Yet, many people are struggling to accept one another as members of one ”global village”. The difference in culture, race and ethnicity are creating barriers amongst the various nations. These hurdles prevent many communities from living in peace and harmony. Religious community are also facing similar struggles. The Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception (FIC) and other international congregations are called by the Bible and the church to give hope of unity in a diverse cultural context. These congregations are challenged on a continuous basis to search for processes that will assist them to take up their prophetic dimension in witnessing the possibility of living multicultural life in unity. / Christian Spirituality, Church History and Missiology / M.Th. / Confessional religious education for students coming from secular environment?KOHOUTOVÁ, Alena January 2013 (has links)
The main topic of this work is an effort to answer the question, whether confessional teaching of religion is the right way to approach pupils from secular environment. In the first part of my work I follow up the definition of catechesis and its history. Next I compare confessional and unconfessional way of teaching religion, and as an alternative to it, I propose the teaching focused on cultural context. I also give attention to the term ?secular society? and consequences from that in religion teaching. I look for goals and contents of religion teaching in individual church documents with consideration to non-religious pupils. In the last section of this work I pay attention to developmental psychology, development of religious judgment and the character of educator. In the very end I try to find solutions to teachings focused on cultural context.
