Cihla v kontextu moderní architektury (Proměny a významy) / Transformation and meanings of brick architecture in the context of modern architectureZahrádková, Nikola January 2021 (has links)
(in English): This thesis focused on the phenomenon of unplastered brick through the work of Czech architects Jan Kotěra, Josef Gočár, Otakar Novotný and Jaroslav Rössler, who began working with this material between 1906-1913, and then during the 1920s, when they discovered Possibilities of gray masonry also architects Pavel Janák and Jaroslav Vondrák. Selected architects, working mainly in Prague and other Czech cities, belong to the circle of pupils and collaborators of the architect Jan Kotěra. The method of work consists in the knowledge of brick material through a formal analysis of a specific architectural work and its placement in a broader art historical and socio-historical context, which allows its interpretation. My research questions include how architects work with brick material and how these manifestations change. I am also interested in which buildings are designed in gray material in terms of typology. The work considers the changing relationship of architecture to brick material, as it can be perceived as a purely traditional and modern material. Therefore, the first chapters are devoted to the topic of brick and a brief explanation of its characteristics. I also consider it essential in the local context to deal with the tradition of using gray masonry in historical and...

Měření emisivity vlhkých a suchých povrchů / Measuring of emissivity of wet and dry surfacesBrzobohatý, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
The objective of this thesis is to create summary of emissivity of wet surfaces, emissivity of rime surfaces and emissivity of dry surfaces. The next objective is to create materials for termovision measurement and find the use for this materials for practice. Theoretical part of thesis deals with a theory of ways of heat transfer (radiation mainly), description of emisivity concept, description of emisivity finding ways and the show emissivity of mesuared materials from avaible sources for working hypothesis. Emissivity of dry, wet and rime samples were measured as the experimental part of thesis. Experimental part of thesis consist of experiment description, working hypothesis, measuring instruments and measuring area description, measuring proces description and presentation of measured results. Obtained dependences are benefits for termovision measurent, energy evaluation and the thermal state microclimate simulations.

Polyfunkční dům Veveří v Brně, urbanisticko-architektonická studie / Polyfunctional house at Brno Veveri - Urbanistic-architectonic studyMezei, Peter January 2018 (has links)
Following the surrounding local urban structure I have designed the block structure of buildings. One of the blocks were chosen for polyfunctional building that include mix of urban dwellings – shopping floor in ground floor and offices in the second floor. These functions are supplemented by three floors of rent apartments, senior living and apartments in public ownership. The central part of building is courtyard surrounded by porch, terraces and balconies.

Mateřská škola / Nursery SchoolDošlík, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
Subject of my diploma thesis is design of new kindergarten for approximately 75 children in village Velký Týnec near Olomouc. Design is made in level of detailed design. The purpose od desing is hand in hand with the concept of preschool education - it is based on the fact that a younger age child has acquired the basics of key competences and thus has the prerequisites for his / her lifelong learning that would allow his / her easier and more reliable application in society. The architectural concept is based on a mutual dialogue between investor (supervisor) and designer (student) and takes into account the territorial, property, historical and other relationships in the given locality. Proposed building is an arched, non-duplex, two-storey building. The facades of the building are designed as ventilated, with wooden tiles, the roof is single-faced with a sloping attic. Entrance to object is from north side. First floor is divided into three parts - central part with entrance atrium and two side wings with nursery schools. Second floor consists of the third department of kindergarten, headmaster office and the quarantine room. The static desigh of object is made up of ceramic blocks on the first floor, and on second floor, the system is combined with cross-sections which are led by columns. The ceilings are designed from pre-stressed spiroll panels. Park landscaping was designed on the surrounding site.

The facade of the building is designed as ventilated with wooden cladding, the northern part of the building is with contact thermal insulation system. The building has two single-layer flat roofs, one with a vegetation layer, the other with a PVC roofing with an attic. Entrance to object is from south side. On the first floor there are two separate departments for education of children with facilities and there is a technical-economic background in third part. On the second floor there are special classrooms that can be used by both the kindergarten and the adjacent elementary school, as well as the public. There is also a central office, a meeting room and a special speech therapy room. On the underground floor there are warehouses and technological facilities. Komplexní diagnostika objektu rodinného domu / Complex diagnostics of the family houseTomanová, Jana January 2018 (has links)
This master´s thesis deals with the issue of the building from a clay. It is focused on defects and rehabilitations of these constructions. The introductory parts concerns with probable defects especially of clay buildings, furthermore with causes of the creation of defects, its depictions and the relevance. In the following part the methods of rehabilitation not only of clay buildings are presented. In this part the rehabilitative methods of foundation, vertical and wood constructions, which create mainly the structural support of the buildings, are described. In the second part, the structural and technical research of the current structure with farm part – barn is executed. The part of research is creation of the drawing documentation, description of disposition and structural and constructional solution of building, structural calculation of a part of construction, assessment of actual state of structure and prospective plan of proceeding and rehabilitation.

Gelový infuzní clonový systém pro dodatečnou hydroizolaci různých druhů zdiva s využitím druhotných surovin / Gel infusion screen system for additional waterproofing of various types of masonry with share of secondary raw materialsMelichar, Jindřich Unknown Date (has links)
Virtually any construction project in our climate zone is facing some form of moisture. Older and historical buildings are mostly affected by the negative impact of water. Previously, the additional reduction of the moisture was executed only by mechanical methods, pushing insulating sheets or breaking through and cutting of masonry. Over time chemical methods were also invented, which are compared to the mechanical considerably simpler and user friendly applications to statics of treated buildings, making them ideal for the treatment of historical buildings or buildings that would not bear significant disruption. The main principle of chemical methods of redevelopment of wet masonry is the application of special material into the line of drilled holes with a given pitch. Subsequent penetration of the grouting material is believed to intersect an arc of individual drill holes, and thus to create so-called grout curtain that prevents the accumulation of water above it. Injection material may also contain a proportion of secondary raw materials, thereby reducing the influence of the impact of production on the environment. Efficiency infusion materials in masonry affected by many factors, such as temperature, humidity, or the type of material treated. It is also an important factor to determine the effectiveness of the remediation of the material, proving its ability to penetrate the building material by identifying its presence in it.
