The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The hotel is situated on the edge of the golf resort Kaskáda near to Jinačovice. It’s a brick building with two above – ground floors and one underground. There is the staircase in the building that creates protected escape route. The perimeter wall is designed of ceramic bricks Porotherm T Profi. They are filled – in by mineral wool. The hotel is divided into three dilatational parts. There are 35 guest rooms in the hotel; two of them are barrier – free, in total 63 beds. In the ground floor there are entrance, reception, restaurant, bar, kitchen with the background. In the basement there are technical equipment, a fitness room, a wellness, changing rooms, washrooms and a bar. The roof of the hotel is flat. There is the terrace accessible from the apartments in the second floor above the restaurant.

The aim of this diploma thesis is trying to solve difficulties connected with administrative buildings. In this thesis we are talking about possibility that administrative building can have low energy footprint. Most of energy consumption of administrative building is not created by heating but mostly by cooling and by consumption of office equipment. That is why there have been used modern equipment of the building as well as automatic control of building equipment.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. The diploma thesis processes project documentation in the stage of construction for modernization of an apartment house near the center on the street Vlhká 22 in Brno. The building is divided into four residential floors and nonresidential basement and attic. On the first floor there are two residential units and the other four residential units. The foundation structures are made of solid bricks. The vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are also made of solid bricks. Exceptionally drywall partitions. In the basement, the ceiling structures are made of brick barrel vaults, above the above-ground floors there are wooden beamed ceilings. The roof structure of the building is made of purlin system with standing stool and covering of ceramic roof tiles. Three additional housing units will be built in the attic. In the basement, the masonry will be undercut by a chain saw, partly by pressure grouting and partly by a new layer with a waterproofing layer. All wood-beamed ceilings will be replaced with prefabricated ceiling beams with aerated concrete inserts without overhead slab. The garden part of the building will be insulated with mineral wool. The roof structure will be constructed from the street side as a shed roof and in the garden part a flat roof with a gradient layer of expanded polystyrene thermal insulation and a waterproofing layer of thermoplastic poleolefin.
