Mémoire en recherche-création / Dérive(s) cinématographique(s) est une recherche pratique et théorique de la dérive au cinéma. Elle concerne à la fois des œuvres et des pratiques déjà existantes aussi bien qu’une expérimentation esthétique, formelle et structurelle que je mène personnellement. L’identification d’un cinéma de la dérive a pour but de dégager les motifs, les mouvements et les dynamiques principalement engagés dans ce geste. Il s’agit alors de concevoir la dérive comme un potentiel de fuite qui agit, transforme, et déterritorialise l’espace filmique. / Cinematic drifting(s) is a theoretical and practical research project that explores drifting (la dérive) in cinema. It involves both looking at existing works and practices, as well as aesthetic, formal and structural experimentation in which I am personally embarking. The aim of identifying a cinema of the drift (cinéma de la dérive) is to extract the main patterns, movements and dynamics engaged in this gesture. Drifting is thus conceived in its potential of flight as a force that acts, transforms and deterritorializes the cinematic space.
