The research explored the public support towards the political communication carried out during COVID-19 in India. Through the means of a structured questionnaire based on Easton's dimensions of public support, responses were collected from 200 respondents, 100 each from the academic background of journalism and psychology. To determine the support towards the government performance during the crisis times based on the political communication done by the current regime in India. The results suggested that the public support is quite less from the respondents of journalism background. However, the psychology respondents showed relatively high support towards the political communication done by the Indian government in the COVID-19. It suggests that the public support is not one but scattered and also the academic background could play a major role in one's understanding of the political communication and lending of the support. The research demonstrated how respondents from different backgrounds show almost the opposite support towards political communication in the times of crisis. The thesis deals with effectivity of support programmes in inclusive primary education. In recent years, inclusive education is a frequent topic throughout our society. Providing the support programmes leads to increasing quality of education and ensuring equal conditions. The target group of the thesis consists of pupils with communication disabilities. The thesis aims to gather relevant data about given problems. The main objective is to evaluate the effectivity of support programmes on the pupils with communication disabilities. The partial task is to find out which support programmes are used most often by the primary schools. Quality approach was used to fulfil the objectives mentioned above and semistructured interview as a method of data collection. Interviews with pedagogical workers, who educate pupils with communication disabilities, were broadened and verified by analysing relevant documents. Gathered data were processed into ten case studies. Results of the research are rather positive - they point out meaningfulness, usefulness and regular using of support programmes during lessons. The pupils improve, and so their self-confidence grows accordingly. The research proves using several support programmes at once. Samhället står inför utmaningar gällande den ökade mängden sjukskrivningar till följd av högre arbetsbelastning och nedskärningar inom olika yrkesområden. Detta innebär i sin tur prövningar för den psykosociala arbetsmiljön. Denna studie har för avsikt att undersöka före detta enhetschefers psykosociala arbetsmiljö och dess eventuella samband till egen uppsägning. En kvalitativ ansats med målinriktat samt snöbollsurval ligger till grund för undersökningen. Sex intervjuer med före detta enhetschefer i en kommun har genomförts och en bearbetning av det empiriska materialet har skett genom en tematisk analys med hjälp av valda teorier såsom IMGD-modellen samt krav-, kontroll och stödmodellen. Resultatet visar att chefstjänsten har förändrats och att det finns bristande möjligheter att påverka uppdraget. I studien dras slutsatsen att konsekvenser av organisatoriska beslut gett upphov till brister i den sociala och organisatoriska arbetsmiljön vilket i sin tur resulterade i enhetschefernas uppsägning. / The society is facing major challenges regarding sickness absence due to psychosocial work-related causes and increased workload as a result of austerity measures in different professions. This study intends to investigate the psychosocial work environment of the former unit managers and possible links with their own termination. The survey is based on a qualitative approach with a targeted selection. In addition, a snowball surgeon has been used to make contact with significant persons for the purpose of the study. Six individual interviews with former unit managers in a municipality have been carried out and a processing of the empirical material has been done through a thematic analysis using selected theories like the IMGD model as well "high demand - low control model". The results show that unit manager's duties has changed and that the ability to influence the assignment was inadequate. The study indicates that there is a connection between the psychosocial work environment and the unit manager's own termination.

Diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of communication streams in the process of application support also known under the term IT support. Thesis is divided into three main parts: In the first part outlines the topic of application support. The definition of term, relation between business and IT and defining the position of application support in the process of information system development along with support services methodologies. The second part is focused on description of typical user of application support, from the side of sponsor as well as from the side of supplier. The following are the main communication streams between both sides as well as inside the supplier team. The third, practical part contains an analysis of application support on a specific project. Discussed are communication barriers, their impact including suggestions for improvement.
