Main goal of the Master thesis is comparsion of present pension systems in Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. It compares not only compulsory pay as you go pillars but even structural reforms of past twenty years, implementation of the 2nd funded pillar in post-communist countries and motivational schemes of the 3rd pillar. The Master thesis briefly touches history and development of pension systems in the region of Central Europe. Using the metod of on-line survey it discovers base kowledge bound with pensions, demographical issues and future problems of the system. Analyse of the written and on-line sources and results of the survey followed by synthese closes the Thesis with set of recommendations how to upgrade all three pillars of conterporary pension system in Czech Republic.

This report provides a comparison of discrete-event simulation tools for supply chain models. We use different simulation tools (Arena and AnyLogic) to analyze and inspect the C14 supply chain management benchmark, as well as, a real-world business supply chain model that is provided by Vantai company in China. In this study, we consider different aspects of these simulation tools (such as, the capability of discrete-event simulation, visualization, simulation efficiency and accuracy, and debugging) to explore their advantages and disadvantages. We hope that our simulation results will have a positive impact on the supply chain management of the companies that provided us with data for this study; furthermore, the comparison results may be useful to developers and researchers in future simulation studies.

Title: Analysis of percentage representation and success of various kinds of offensive hits in beach volleyball The aim of the work: The aim of the thesis is to find out the percentage success and representation of various offensive hits in the FIVB Beach volleyball World Tour series of men and women teams. Method: The research method was the observation of 24 videos during which I wrote down the necessary data in to a specially prepared chart. By observation and wrote down in to the chart has been gained necessary data for evaluation. Results: The results present the success and representaiton of various offensive hits in the men and women categories. They are summarized in text and charts. In addition, the results informed about the proportions of beach volleyball spike hits and beach volleyball technicals hits, or about representation of blocked offensive hits. This diploma thesis deals with Moravian Duets op. 32 written by Antonín Dvořák. Including comparsion of manuscript and contemporary edition of notation and comprehensive chapter which analyse recordings of this piece. Recordings are from different types of choirs. They are represented by children's choirs, women choirs and by female component of mixed choirs. Next chapters focus on analysis of each duet from perspective of interpretation, draw attention to difficult parts and gives recommendations for the interpretation. The analysis is mainly focused on the difficulty of interpretation in terms of vocal technique. The final chapter describes vocal exercises and recommendations for easier practicing and more convincing interpretation of this piece.

Title of thesis: Comparison of indicators of the team game performance between the U.S. team and teams of its rivals at Men's Basketball at the Olympic Games 2012 and against the performance of the U.S. at World Championship 2010. Aim of thesis: The main goal of the thesis was to find out the difference between the U.S. team game performance and its rivals after the confrontation and comparsion of the indicators written down. Another point was to detect how the USA performance at the Olympic Games 2012 resembled to or differed from its performance at the World Championship 2010. This comparsion signifies some specific tendency in conception of the american elite man' s basketball. Methods of thesis: The main approach of the thesis was the quantitative analysis of video recordings of all matches between the U.S. team and its rivals at the Olympic Games 2012. From the video recordings we registered the characteristic of the match by the method of observation and subsequently we compared the achieved values in terms of the teams involved. In the next part the achieved values of the indicators of the USA at the Olympic Games 2012 were compared to the values of the World Championship 2010. The work deals with the resistance of the VeriFinger comparison algorithm to synthetic fingerprints. The basics of fingerprints, comparison algorithms and synthetic fingerprint generators are gradually analyzed. In total, three experiments were designed to test the resistance of the algorithm using synthetic fingerprints. An application using the VeriFinger algorithm was implemented to evaluate individual experiments. A total of 2 800 000 synthetic fingerprints were generated across all experiments. The first experiment showed that random fingerprint generation was not effective for real fingerprints, but was somewhat sufficient for synthetic fingerprints. The second experiment proved that comparison and the comparison score could be used to estimate the class of the identified fingerprint, and in the third experiment, by narrowing the generation to one class, it raised the total number of matched fingerprints. The results of individual experiments were written and their possible extension was suggested.

Diploma thesis introduces two different options for property valuation. With an emphasis on the different ownership of the apartment building. In the first case, the building seen as a whole and used the combination of yield and cost method of valuation. In the second case, a building is divided into individual residential units and valued method of comparison. Both methods are conducted in accordance with Decree No. 3 / 2008 digest Implement certain provisions of Act No. 151/1997 digest., Valuation of property and amending certain laws, as amended (Decree valuation), as follows of the changes made by Decree No. 456/2008 digest. and No. 460/2009 digest. In conclusion, the following derived values were compared and evaluated.

The master´s thesis „Comparison of selected methods of valuation of the property type of family house in Telč and its surroundings” explains three curently used valiation methods. The main objective of this master´s thesis is use cost method, comparsion method and cost aprroach to eight selected family houses in picked location and compare them. Second objective is to find out, how selected aspects involved compare method´s prices.

The main objective is assessment to which extent the usual price of selected houses is affected by the location and type of structure. Further tasks are finding the cost price of houses according to the valid valuation regulations and finding approximate price comparison method according to the valid valuation regulations, including the price of land in a single functional unit. Another task is to create a database of offered prices of comparable objects through which is determined by a direct comparison of the market price of houses. In the final part of the thesis is a price comparison of observed houses.
