Adaptace a dostavba domova důchodců / Adaptation and completion of retirement home

The subject of this diploma thesis is the construction of Adaptation and completion of retirement home. The building is located in Otovice, district of Karlovy Vary. The building is divided into two building objects. The first is a single-storey new building with a double-decker connecting neck. The new building serves as an office building and provides 24 hours care. The second building is the existing building in which the rooms are located. The new building is designed in combination with several building materials - monolithic reinforced concrete walls, Porotherm blocks and steel columns and beams. The track construction is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab.

Horský penzion s restaurací / Mountain guest house and restaurant

The title of my diploma thesis is Mountain Pension with Restaurant and is written in English. My task was to create a mountain guesthouse that would serve as a background for other cottages in the neighborhood. I designed a wellness center as well as a restaurant and accomodation in the building. It is a two-storey with basement. The ground floor is reserved for the restaurant, the basement for wellness and the attic is designed for temporary accomodation. From a technical point of view, the construction system consists of a brick walls and monolithic ceilings. The main vertical supporting elements are ceramic walls and the main horizontal elements are one-way reinforced slabs which are reinforced using reinforced concrete core. The roof is made of wooden trusses.

The goal of this thesis is to create a design documentation for a kindergarten. This building is situated in the city called Brtnice – more specifically in its newly established location Nová Čtvrť. The kindergarten has two floors. Walls of the first one are partly sunken under the surface level. Each floor is divided into an operating section and part for a preschool education. The building has a foundation made of plain concrete bands, built from an aerated concrete and has a flat roof. Following building project puts an emphasis on a spatial and architectonical layout, energy savings and overall safety.

This diploma thesis deals the project documentation for the new main building of the sports complex. The building will be built on brownfield between the football field and the pond. The building has three floors. The floor plan is rugged. It is built of ceramic blocks with horizontal reinforced concrete structures. The building is based on foundation strips and is covered by a flat roof. It will primarily serve the local football club and their fanclub. The building also has a small cafe.

The object of this work is the preparation of project documentation for construction of a block of flats building containing all requirements in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. The building is located on sloping terrain on land 553/14, 553/15, 553/16 and 553/17 in the cadastral area Nemošice. The building has three overground floors containing a total of eleven residential units and one underground floor, which is partially below ground, where the six individual garages and cellars. Perimeter walls floors are made of ceramic bricks, underground floors of concrete bricks. Masonry is fitted with contact system. Ceilings are made of prestressed concrete ceiling panels, flat roof single casing.

Betondecken sind materialintensive Biegetragwerke, wenn sie, wie derzeit üblich, eben und aus einer Betonsorte hergestellt werden. Die Materialien sind dadurch nur an wenigen Stellen maximal und effizient ausgenutzt. Die vorliegende Dissertation greift ein daraus resultierendes Optimierungspotential auf. Eine verbesserte Ausnutzung der Baustoffe Beton und Stahl gelingt durch einen dreischichtigen Querschnittsaufbau. Dabei nehmen die beiden äußeren Betonschichten mit der eingebrachten Stahlbewehrung vor allem die Beanspruchungen aus Biegung und die Kernschicht aus Schub auf. Als Kernschichtmaterial kommen dabei Leichtbetone zur Anwendung. Der Fokus liegt auf der Untersuchung von schlaff bewehrten, einachsig gespannten, einfeldrigen Flachdecken des gewöhnlichen Wohnungs- und Bürobaus. In der Arbeit wird ein Überblick über den aktuellen Entwicklungsstand und die bereits vorliegenden Forschungsarbeiten zu geschichteten, sandwichartigen Betondecken gegeben. Sie geht auf die Eigenschaften von Beton, Stahl und Stahlbeton und ausführlich auf den Verbund zwischen Betonschichten ein, der die Tragfähigkeit geschichteter Betondecken besonders beeinflusst. Anschließend werden verschiedene Bauteilzustände erläutert und die Versagensarten, die bei geschichteten Elementen auftreten können, vorgestellt. Dazu gehören maßgeblich das Biegezug- und Biegedruckversagen sowie das Biegeschub- und Fugenversagen. Es werden sowohl Formeln zur Berechnung von Durchbiegungen im Gebrauchszustand als auch von Bruchlasten in Abhängigkeit der Versagensart bereitgestellt. Auch sind Rechenansätze zur Beurteilung des Bauteilzustandes infolge des unterschiedlichen Schwindens der Betone aufgeführt.

Construction system is made by column with monolithic ferron concrete ceilings and monoplane roof. In underground floor is a garage. In First floor on south side is a space designated for commercial activities. Next on the floor is technical facilities and 7 flats. In next floors there is always 11 flats. Building is located in straight terrain in the development area of new houses in Zlin in area Bonecko.
