41	Wellness Čeladná / Wellness Čeladná Kozumplíková, Markéta January 2022 (has links) The aim of this master thesis is to design a low-energy building for civic amenities, specifically the design of a recreational wellness centre. The building has an L-shaped floor plan with a flat roof and is designed with two above ground and one underground floor. The ground floor will serve as a wellness centre with a swimming pool and saunas. Massages and solariums are proposed on the 2nd floor. Technical facilities are located in the basement. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the architectural and structural design. Structurally, the building is divided into two parts. The part of the administrative facilities and the massage rooms consists of a construction of the character of a transverse wall system made of cut brick blocks and insulated with ETICS. The internal masonry is designed in ceramic ground bricks. Ceiling structures are in the form of continuous reinforced concrete slab. The building is based on footings and waist foundations. The roof of the building is single-skin flat with a gravel. The wellness part is made up of a monolithic diaphragm skeleton with high slenderness columns. The horizontal load-bearing structure in this case again consists of a continuous monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The second part of the thesis deals mainly with the environmental engineering of the buildings. The building will be heated by a pellet boiler and will also use energy from photovoltaic panels. Ventilation in the building is provided by air handling units with heat recovery. The third part of the thesis deals with the assessment of solar gains in the indoor environment of the pool hall. Three variants are proposed with multi-criteria evaluation and the optimal option is selected. The thesis is mainly elaborated in Archicad, Deksoft, MS Excel and Word software.

Further there is financial and time demand comparison of existing and alternative design of vertical load-bearing system in the connection with thermal insulation.

In my work I solve the study of the main technological stages, technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and the green roof of the Smart Roof Solutions system together with inspection and test plans, design of the main construction machines, time and a financial plan for the main building of the kindergarten, the building time and financial plan for the entire construction plan, the balance of workers and the deployment of construction machinery and the construction site equipment project. The build has three ground floors, without partial basement and it is roofed by flat roof with pea gravel. A build has 2 parts. First part si for guests and second part is for employees. The build has 2 entrance. In the first floor is reception with facility, toilet, restaurant with kitchen, food warehouses, untility room and background for employees. From a restaurant is access to the terrace. In the second and third floor are rooms for 34 guests (of which 2 for handicapped) and background for cleaning women. A Hotel has car park for guests with 13 places ( of which 2 fort handicapped) and car park for employees with 4 places. The construction system is mostly made of polished ceramic blocks Porotherm. Horizontal construction is made up as Porotherm ceiling with brick inserts MIAKO and ceramic-concrete ceiling beams. Part of the proposal is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessments in terms of acoustic and daylight.

47	Sportovní centrum Hodonín / Sports centre Hodonín Svatek, Michal January 2018 (has links) The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a sports centre. The building is situated in Hodonín in flattened terrain. It is a building with two floors, non-cellar, flat vegetation roof and sloping roof of the wooden glued laminated trusses. The building is based on plain concrete strip foundations and concrete foundations footing. Both peripheral and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In open spaces, reinforced concrete columns are designed. The ceiling structure is designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The peripheral walls are insulated with the ETICS external thermal insulation system in the western part of the building. On the rest of the building there is a ventilated facade with a cladding made of wood and Cetris tiles. The building is functionally divided into two parts with a common entrance. On the north and south side there are sports grounds. The rest consists of a restaurant, a kitchen with facilities, a hygienic background for employees and visitors. The whole building is barrier-free.

These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.
