The experiments were arranged in a completely randomized desing with 5 treataments and 4 repetitions. Patogenicity bioassays in the concentrations of 1x103, 1x104, 1x105, 1x106, 1x107 and 1x108 conidia/ mL + Tween® 80 for the isolate CCAE-7, ESALQ 447 and PL43 and, concentrations of 0.10; 0.15; 0.25; 0.40; 0.63 and 1.00 g/ mL + Tween® 80 for Boveril Organic® and Metarril Organic®. The mortality was assessed every day. The mortality indexes was calculated using the Abbott equation for each treatment. The CCAE-7 was the most efficient isolate for the control of Diaphania hyalinata L., with the highest correct mortality (69,27 %) in the concentration of 1x108 in the 2° larval instar. / Avaliou-se o efeito de dois isolados de Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo) Vuillemin (CCAE-7 e ESALQ 447), o isolado de Metarhizium anisopliae (Mestchnikoff) Sorokin: (PL43) e dois formulados comerciais (Boveril Organic ® e Metarril Organic®) no controle de Diaphania hyalinata (Linnaeus) no 2º, 3º, 4º e 5º ínstares. Os experimentos foram mantidos em condições laboratoriais, em câmara climatizada à temperatura de 25 + 1ºC, umidade relativa de 70 + 10%, e fotofase de 12 horas, conduzidos em delineamentos inteiramente casualizados, com 5 tratamentos e 4 repetições. Foram realizados bioensaios de patogenicidade nas concentrações 1x103; 1x104; 1x105; 1x106; 1x107 e 1x108 conídios/ mL + Tween® 80 para o isolado CCAE-7, ESALQ 447 e PL43 e, nas concentrações 0,10; 0,15; 0,25; 0,40; 0,63; 1,00 g/ mL + Tween® 80 para Boveril Organic® e Metarril Organic®. A mortalidade foi avaliada diariamente, calculando-se os índices de mortalidade corrigida pela fórmula de Abbott para cada tratamento. O isolado CCAE-7 apresentou melhor eficiência no controle, com maior mortalidade corrigida (69,27 %) na concentração 1x108 no 2° ínstar.
