The Thesis deals with a design and project documentation for the public library in Ivanovice na Hané. The construction was designed as the four-floor object with a partial cellar. The ground plan creates a rectangle. The object is roofed with a warm deck flat roof. In the basement, an archive area and a utility room prevail. On the first floor of above-ground, there is a space for public and employees. In the separated area, the Confectionery equipped with own sanitary facility for customers and employees is located. There is a spacious entry hall with the access to individual floors. On the second floor, the free library and the children´s department are situated including a lecture hall with own facilities above the Confectionery. On the third floor, there are the library headquarters and the reading area. You can find the sanitary facilities for public on each floor. The object structure is made of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton filled with the masonry from acoustic ceramic tiles on the above-grounded floors. In the basement, the structure is created by reinforced concrete walls and walls from the formwork. The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete prestressed panels. The object is based on the ground slabs. In the area of lift shafts, the structure is from the reinforced concrete slab. The walls in the basement are insulated with the XPS polystyrene; in the above-ground area by mineral wood boards and ventilated facades.

The diploma thesis is focused on the establishment of confectionery Lenka and also serves as a business plan for building it. The first part contains theoretical background completed by market analysis and marketing research. The proposal part is focused on the design of the concrete business plan which assesses the chance of successful project implementation.

The first floor and the second floor are designed for the accommodation of seniors in single and double apartments. There are also a common room and retirement home’s equipment. The bearing construction consists of ceramic masonry of thickness 300 mm and reinforced concrete columns. The masonry and the columns are based on a concrete bases and concrete beads. The retirement home is roofed with a mono-pitched roof. The object is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system.

The master´s thesis deals with the processing of business plan for foundation of confectioner ´s. First part of this thesis is focused on theoretical basis which are followed by analysis of market and marketing research. On the basis of these acquired information is created concrete business plan which define conditions for its successful realization.

The master thesis „ Administrative object“ is processed as a project for building construction. The object is situated on plots No. 651/1 and 652/1 in the Brno. The building is designed to use for administration, 1 st floor is used for gallery, sweet-shop, newspaper shop and garrage. The house hasn´t cellar, it has 3 aboveground floors. The skeleton of construction is designed from reinforced concrete, walls are from brick-walled POROTHERM. Roofing is designed from reinforced concrete board. The building will be roofed with arched trusses with metal roofing. In 2nd and 3rd floor are situated offices, meeting rooms, conference halls and social background. The work includes the study of building and heat considerations.

The master’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a flat building with sweet-shop in Brno - Štýřice. The object is designed as a detached building without basement with four floors. Floor plan of the building is L-shaped, fitted into the equal terrain. In the first floor is a sweet-shop, cellar, stroller storage, waste storage and two flat units. In the other floors are flat units. The structural system is bricks, two-way. The building is covered with a flat roof.

The master’s thesis deals with the processing of business plan for the foundation of the shop with healthy nutrition and raw confectioner’s in Šumperk. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge and processed analyzes of external and internal environment of the company is created a particular business plan, including financial and marketing plan.

The object is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system.
