Faktory ovlivňující kvalitu cukrovky

Eignerová, Aneta January 2015 (has links)
In a pursuance of a small-scale field experiment was to monitor the impact of extrarooted nutrition as one of the factors which influence the yield and technological quality of sugar beet. In the course of the vegetation was monitored for the growth and development of diabetes and the dynamics of change of its quality. On the basis of the observed results were evaluated by the following parameters - yield bulev, the yield shaw, sugar content, soluble ash, alpha-amino-nitrogen and MB factor. The highest yield of root was recorded after the application of fertilizers Yara Vita Bortrac (127 t/ha). At the time of harvest was the highest yield shaw determined after the application of the product Carbonbor On (39,6 t/ha). The highest sugar content was determined in the two years after the fertilization of the product Carbonbor. In the average of the two years has moved the content of soluble ash in the range of 0,68 - 0,75 %. The lowest was at the variants with the application of Yara Vita Brassitrel and highest in the variant, after the application of fertilizers Carbonbor K. The content of alpha-amino-nitrogen in different years differed, in the year 2012 amounted to the average of the value of 36,7 mg.100 g-1, and in 2013 was 26.3 mg.100 g-1. The highest value of the MB factor was determined for the variants with the application of fertilizers 3 Carbonbor K. Also there has been achieved a favorable value of 27. Most mature sugar beet has been harvested after the application of fertilizers Carbonbor.

Dieta při cukrovce II. typu a možnosti rozšiřování jídelníčku diabetiků / Diet for IInd type diabetes and possibility of enriching diabetic diet

SCHREIBEROVÁ, Tereza January 2014 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the diet during the diabetes mellitus type 2 disease and with possibilities of enriching the diabetic?s diet. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of this disease and the topic of the diet therapy ? what diets can be followed by diabetes patients and whether the diet is appropriate. The practical part of the thesis is dealing with the enrichment of the diabetic diets. Results of the questionnaire shown which meals are missed by the diabetics and for some of them were designed the recipes. According to the recipes were cooked diabetic dishes which were after that given to tasting and rating. Based on the statistic test and results of the rating dishes were evaluated to decide which are preferred to put in diabetic diet and which are not. I also prepared one exemplary menu including mentioned dishes.

Modelování vazby variant insulinu k insulinovému receptoru díky průlomům ve strukturní biologii / Modelling Binding of Insulin Variants toward Insulin Receptor Based on Recent Structural Breakthroughs

Černeková, Michaela January 2019 (has links)
Insulin receptor is a multi-domain signalling protein acting as a dimer. It comprises an extracellular ectodomain, a transmembrane domain and intracellular tyrosine kinase domain. Upon insulin binding, conformational changes in insulin as well as in insulin receptor occur and trigger the signaling cascade via the kinase domain. Abnormalities in insulin and insulin receptor function cause diabetes mellitus, a widespread disorder which can be consequence of genetic factors as well as lifestyle and is manifested by increased level of blood glucose. A common treatment of diabetes mellitus is via insulin analogues with different molecular properties. Insulin/insulin receptor interactions in the binding pocket are divided into two groups, so-called "site1" and "site2". The molecular details of the interactions in site1 are well known, while site2 residues are still not completely elucidated. It is important to shed light on the binding properties of insulin and insulin receptor, especially site2 interactions, because it could contribute to improved design of new insulin analogues. In this work, we used the very recent breakthroughs in the structural biology of insulin receptor to study the interactions by computational chemistry methods. It was thus possible to assess the noncovalent interactions and...

Mikrovaskulární a makrovaskulární komplikace diabetes mellitus 2. typu / Microvascular and macrovascular complication diabetes mellitus 2. type

Šnorová, Markéta January 2017 (has links)
In my thesis I dealt with the theme of very serious and widespread diseases of civilization posed by diabetes mellitus (diabetes), type 2. Incidence of the disease is considered a pandemic of the 21st century. I focused on macro- and microvascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the description of type 2 diabetes in terms of its origin, course, diagnosis and treatment, including komplkací. In the practical part I am devoted to a survey of diabetic patients in the waiting rooms of several diabetics. Through the questionnaire, I investigated how respondents have access to their disease. Whether they know their blood glucose levels as they are treated, whether they realize the seriousness of their illness if they have already expressed complications of diabetes and how to approach the treatment, if observe regime measures. The respondents' answers, I analyzed and processed using graphs.

Informovanost žáků 8. a 9. ročníků základních škol o chronických neinfekčních nemocech

KOLMANOVÁ, Aneta January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to assess the current knowledge of the pupils of 8th and 9th grades of primary schools about selected chronical non-infectious diseases (known as civilisation diseases). The pupils of rural and urban types of primary schools have taken part in the questionnaire survey. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of selected diseases, their causes and prevention. In the practical part, the results of the survey are processed and evaluated.
