Proces sbírání bodů na politickém trhu České republiky / Process of collect points on the political market of Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to answer the question of how to influence the votes promises of the votes results of selected political parties.. Investigated periods are covering the years 1992-2010. Work first clarifies the votes issue as such, it focuses on the theoretical basis for creating a decision-making model. The analytical part is focused primarily on specific promises, their measurement and evaluation of occurrence. To confirm or refute the fact that they have had election promises to influence the election model is used multicriteria analysis. Finally, the promises are evaluated along with their performance and the model is enhanced of their performance.

This diploma thesis deals with economic relations between the Czech Republic and the People's Republic of China. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part involves two chapters which deal with bilateral relations of both countries on general level. In the first chapter I compare the czech and chinese business environment and mutual economic cooperation using main economic indicators. This chapter is also dedicated to political relations and the problems which China is facing nowadays. The second chapter deals with current economic and export strategies of both countries and their penetration. The last part of this chapter is dedicated to czech institutions which support czech export. The third chapter is the practical part of this thesis in which I focused on putting knowledge of the theoretical part into practice using case study of czech company Škoda Praha, a.s.

This Master thesis' aim is to compare the export policy in the Czech Republic and Finland. The foreign trade of the Czech Republic and Finland is analyzed in the first chapter with respect to the territorial and commodity structure. The second chapter deals with the export policy of the Czech Republic, its development, conceptual solution and institutional background. The third part describes the export policy in Finland. Both policies are compared in the fourth chapter based on their defined goals, priorities and tools that are being used. The final part of this chapter analyses the export promotion from the Czech and Finnish SME's point of view.

The main objective of the thesis is to analyse different presence and perception of Russia in discourse of political figures in Slovakia and the Czech Republic since accession of both countries to European Union till 2013. First part of the work is theoretical and introduce main methodological foundations of the thesis, i.e. basics of discoursive analysis and selected approaches to discoursive analysis. In second part of the work, the author identifies main individual discourses intepreting Russia in various positions, which can be found in public discourse in selected countries. Third part of the work provides chronological overview of development of discourse on Russia in relation to various historical events explicitly or implicitly concerning Russia. Final chapter then provides comparative analysis between the discourse in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The mutual cooperation and economic level are monitored in this work during last three decades. Macroeconomic figures of two countries -- of the Czech Republic and of the Russian Federation have been studied as well. This work presents the development of commercial and innovation activities and participation of the Czech Chamber of Commerce. There is practical experience included describing the position of the Czech companies operating on Russian market. Finally, the commentary of the future trade development cooperation with the Russian Federation is investigated.

This diploma thesis is concerned with the issues of refugees with a focus on refugees living in the Czech Republic. The thesis analyses the current situation concerning the life and work of refugees in the Czech Republic and assesses the impact of the refugee and asylum policy on the Czech Republic's economy and labour market. The thesis is divided into three chapters. On the basis of general introduction the first chapter examines the basic terminology and categorical definition of the refugee status. The chapter distinguishes legal and institutional framework of refugees under international, European Union and Czech Republic law. Moreover, the first chapter emphasises the global economic and social impacts of the migration of refugees on both host and source countries. The second chapter is narrowly focussed on the issue of refugees and the position of the Czech Republic. It describes the core of the Czech Republic asylum system policy and the governmental and non-governmental institutional frameworks. Considering the established facts, the second chapter analyses the socioeconomic impacts of asylum seekers on the economy and society of the Czech Republic. The third chapter is the practical chapter and analyses the overall processes of economic adaptation of refugees and deals with the difficulties of the assertion of the refugees on the Czech Republic labour market. Furthermore the final chapter highlights the essential obstacles associated with employment of foreigners and the matter of illegal labour market. On the basis of personal research, the third chapter analyses the attitude of Czech Republic employers towards employing foreigners and in particular refugees staying in the Czech Republic.

The practical part consists of a comparative analysis of Czech and German balance of payments, which is followed by a regression analysis, which purpose is to determine the dependence of the Czech economy to German one. The work also deals with the dependence of individual sectors of these economies to each other and outlines the resultant benefits and risks.

Minimální mzda v České republice a v Evropské unii. / Minimum wage in the Czech Republic and European Union

The Master's thesis deals with analysis of the minimum wage in the Czech Republic and European Union. The first three chapters describe the function and development of the minimum wage, as well as the theoretical approaches of the minimum wage. Furthermore the arguments for and against the minimum wage are summarized. In the practical part the development of the minimum wage in the Czech Republic from 1991 is analyzed and the minimum wage across the EU countries is compared. The last analysis follows minimum wage based on further criteria: unemployment rate and poverty. The results show that during the years, in which the minimum wage increases more than average wage, the unemployment rate in Czech Republic is higher. Moreover, the countries with higher minimum wage have lower in-work-poverty rate.
