Minující hmyz na dřevinách ve vybraných parcích v Brně a okolí

Flajzarová, Andrea January 2019 (has links)
In the three parks in Brno and its surroundings (arboretum of the Mendel university in Brno, the arboretum Křtiny and the forest park Kalvárie in Bučovice) the diversity of mining butterflies on ornamental trees was monitored in 2017 – 2018. The aim of the final thesis was to find out the spectrum of the mining butterflies, to determine a differences in species composition of the mining butterflies on the individual study areas and measure the degree of attack in host trees. A total of 47 species of mining butterflies were found. The most species were found in the arboretum of the Mendel university (31 species), the arboretum Křtiny (19 species) and at least species were found in the forest park Kalvárie (15 species). The most species who were found belong to the family of Gracillariidae (21 species) and Nepticulidae (20 species), the less species was from the family Tischeridae (2 species), Yponomeutidae (1 species) and Coleophoridae (1 species). The most abundant were the species of lithocolletinae, especially Cameraria ohridella on Aesculus hippocastanum, Phyllonorycter platani on Platanus acerifolia and Phyllonorycter issikii on genus Tilia. Against these species should be targeted a possible protection of host trees. The most species of mining butterflies were found on the wooden plant: Quercus robur, Fagus sylvatica, Quercus faginea, Quercus pubescens, Carpinus betulus a Ulmus glabra.

Očekávané dopady změny klimatu v ČR a jejich vztah k rozšíření, růstu a vývoji teplomilných druhů ovocných dřevin / Expected impact of climate change and their relationship to distribution, growth and development of thermophilic fruit trees in the Czech Republic

Ciprová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The main objective of the Master's thesis is to collect and evaluate scientific information and processing datasets of expected impact of climate change and their relationship to distribution, growth and development of thermophilic fruit trees in the Czech Republic. The first and second parts of the literature research are focused on the impact of global warning and economic/agricultural conditions on growth and development of the thermophilic species of fruit trees at the global, regional and local levels. The next section deals with the relationship of thermophilic fruit trees production with climatic, soil conditions, phenology and economic factors, which greatly affect yields in the Czech Republic. This study was conducted on daily meteorological variables (sum of global radiation, maximum and minimum temperatures) and annual yield datasets of Apricot (Armeniaca vulgaris) and Peach (Prunus Persica) trees at the country level for the period 2005-2015. The obtained new results can be divided into 3 parts: (1) catalogue of meteorological phenomena during the growing season, (2) catalogue of meteorological phenomena during the period of dormancy, and (3) statistical analyses of meteorological extreme events during flower/flowering formation of the Apricot and Peach trees. Results based on the analysis of historical phenological observations and descriptive statistics of yield parameters of thermophilic fruit trees over the study period shown that (i) mainly spring phenological stages of the thermophilic fruit trees shown a tendency to an earlier onset, (ii) the highest variability in the phenophase onsets of Apricot and Peach are in the inflorescence emergence and beginning of flowering, (iii) the coefficients of variation were higher for Peach with year-to-year variations in crop yields, and (iv) Peach had the largest fluctuations in average annual production (from 0.48 to of 0.72 tha-1 year-1).

Vývoj využití území v oblasti centrální Šumavy v kontextu socio-politických změn / Development of land use in the central part of the Bohemian Forest in the context of socio-political changes

FLUKSOVÁ, Hana January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of land cover changes in twelve cadastral areas in the central part of the Bohemian Forest. This area was gradually abandoned due to political changes in the 20th century. For the purpose of this study, the historical Stabile Cadastre maps from 1837 and aerial photographs from 1949 and 2008 are used. The work follows both the development of the area as a whole and the development of the individual segments around the "Iron Curtain ", built after the World War II. Another aim of this work is to determine the spatial distribution of trees in an open countryside. Field data are supplemented with the features calculated from the digital elevation model and the distances of each species to man-made landscape elements present in the area around the time of displacement (aerial photos from 1949).

Štípací stroj na dřevo / Wood-splitting machine

Důrek, Milan January 2017 (has links)
The master thesis done within the master study programme Transport vehicles and handing machinery presents a design of a wood splitting machine. The first part of the thesis is a literary review focused on current state in the field of wood splitting machines and on the overview of the most common wood species including their technical parameters. In the second part of the thesis, suitable machine components were chosen for the conceptual design of the wood splitter, taking into account predefined parameters. Then a machine frame was designed and its strength was verified by analytical and FEM method. Finally, drawing documentation for the machine, machine frame and splitting tool was created.

Listnaté dřeviny ve výuce botaniky na ZŠ / Deciduous Trees in the Teaching of Botany at Primary School

Turynová, Kateřina January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on deciduous trees in the teaching of botany at primary school. In the introduction, deciduous trees and their position in curricular documents are characterized. Theoretical-research work further describes selected forms and methods of teaching used in the teaching of deciduous trees, which were found by own observations during practice or by qualitative research by survey conducted in this work. On this basis, a semi-structured interview with three selected science teachers was created. The aim of the survey was to map and compare the teaching of deciduous trees and the collected data, but especially the opinions and attitudes of individual teachers. Of course, each teacher is an individual and the data obtained cannot be perceived as globally valid for all teachers. Only a more in-depth and wider examination would make demonstrating survey results more accurately possible. The aim of the work also was to analyse selected textbooks of science at the 2nd stage of elementary school in terms of the representation of deciduous trees, which are also used by the interviewed teachers. In the practical part, based on the data obtained from the interview, practical activities for teaching of deciduous trees were proposed. The last part of the work consisted of creating a...

Uchycování spontánní dřevité vegetace na Sokolovských výsypkách / Spontaneous establishment of woody vegetation in post mining heaps near Sokolov

Reitschmiedová, Erika January 2015 (has links)
Surface coal mining heavily disrupts vast areas of landscape. Previous studies conducted in these areas reveal that succession processes on unreclaimed sites support close to nature community. It's crucial to understand and be able to predict these processes in order to include spontaneous succession into restoration plans. The aim of my thesis is to clarify establishment and dispersion mechanisms of dominant pioneer woody species willow (Salix caprea), birch (Betula pendula) and aspen (Populus tremula). Study carried out on unreclaimed sites on a large colliery spoil heap near the town of Sokolov. I have studied establishment and growth of pioneer woody species on both graded and ungraded sites, representation of individual woody pioneer species was on sites in different distance from the edge of the spoil heap, birch's population age structure and reproduction potential of willow in accordance to age. All pioneer woody species establish and grow better on ungraded sites. The amount of willow decreases while the number of aspen individuals remains the same and the amount of birch increases with growing distance from the edge of the spoil heap. Birch's population age reveals establishment of new individuals in favourable climatic conditions. Willow is reproductively capable at the age of 10 years...
