Financování rozpočtových deficitů v Eurozoně / Financing of fiscal deficits in the Eurozone

Hrušková, Karolína January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on fiscal deficits in the Eurozone and possible consequences of their existence. The current state of public finances caused by insufficient fiscal responsibility of member states is discussed in the context of the debt and finance crisis, and related actions of the European Central Bank. The economic stability of the Eurozone is assessed in accordance with the theory of optimal currency areas. Using a monetary approach, the thesis presents circumstances that allow for a rise in inflationary pressures, also as a possible consequence of a debt monetization. The possible development of the indebtedness in the Eurozone and the critical points of public finance sustainability are discussed in the final part.

Jiráková, Kamila January 2021 (has links)
JIRÁKOVÁ, Kamila. Speech Therapy Prevention for the Pupils in the Beginning of School Attendance [Diploma thesis]. Prague: Faculty od Education, 2020. 98 s. The diploma thesis deals with the speech therapy prevention for the pupils in the beginning of school attendance. It is based on theoretical knowledge in this field and linked to research. A part of the diploma thesis and the research survey is an author's guide for teachers which aims to improve the ability to analyse pupil's speech and deficits in the language levels and to focus on its development. The aim of the diploma thesis is to motivate first grade teachers to a targeted and comprehensive analysis of their students' speech and to verify whether the guide for teachers is a suitable tool for improving this competence. The theoretical part defines the concept of communication and deals with speech as a complex ability in their four language levels. Attention is paid to speech therapy prevention, especially to the basic areas of speech therapy prevention and the importance and benefits of primary speech therapy prevention. It also outlines the possibility of using current children's literature in relation to speech therapy prevention. The chapter itself is then devoted to the pupils in the beginning of school attendance, their speech...

Hospodářská politika České republiky na pozadí politického cyklu / The economic policy of the Czech Republic in the background of the political cycle

Pfeiferová, Andrea January 2013 (has links)
The aim of the thesis "The economic policy of the Czech Republic in the background of the political cycle" is to analyze whether the size of the state budget and revenue and expenditure is influenced by the political cycle or not. The main goal of this work is to find out whether the size of the state budget and its individual parts are affected by the political cycle and at the same time also make assessment of that whether the current political cycle is manifested in the selected macroeconomic variables or not. Next, I will analyze the evolution of the unemployment and inflation rates and then determine whether the individual variables are affected because of the ongoing political cycles or their development would have been comparable, if there would not be the functioning of the political cycle. The thesis will be taken into account the conclusions and outcomes of the theory that areas are involved in the political cycle. The aim of this work will be to confirm or refute the hypothesis political cycle in the Czech Republic and to find out whether there is a growing state budget deficits particular pre-election and election year, extensive easing of fiscal policy and whether budget deficits are a natural result of the struggle for votes between political parties or not. The influence of the...

Pedagogická diagnostika pohledem začínajících učitelů / The View of Beginning Teachers on Pedagogical Diagnostics

Juřičková, Libuše January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of beginning teachers in the field of pedagogical diagnostics. It is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part of the thesis contains three chapters. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge in the field of teaching profession and the requirements for a beginning teacher. Furthermore, the requirements for the theoretical readiness and competencies of the teacher are set with emphasis on the need for methodological guidance in its beginnings and the need for further education. The following chapter introduces the topic of pedagogical diagnostics and presents its definition, tasks and goals, the subject of pedagogical diagnostics and defines the diagnostic competencies of primary school teachers. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, the areas of partial functions are specified and their manifestations and deficits are characterized, which the teacher can observe in the pupil's speech during the educational process. The research part of the thesis is devoted to the practical readiness of beginning teachers for pedagogical diagnostics and their theoretical preparation. Through a qualitative procedure using a semi-structured interview technique, answers to research questions on the readiness of beginning...

Vliv Instrumentálního obohacování Reuvena Feuersteina na rozvoj kognitivních schopností dětí / Influence of Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment on the development of children cognitive abilities

Pokorná, Daniela January 2013 (has links)
In the theoretical part, this work deals with the problem of comparison between Feuerstein cognitive function and partial cognitive abilities which are mentioned at the Educational Interpretations of the WISC-III. Research study follows up changes in partial cognitive abilities which could be viewed as a consequence of FIE (Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment) intervention lasting several months. By comparison of pre-test and post-test, which is realized by WISC-III and processed with Educational Interpretations of the WISC- III the study tries to describe impact of the method to child's cognitive functions as well as its school successfulness, self-concept, and behavior. Study also pursues possibility to use factor analysis of WISC-III for planning of the FIE intervention. Information was taken from tests, questionnaires for teachers, videos and records of FIE lessons. Research was realized at the Elementary school in a small town with 1700 inhabitants, nearby to Prague. This was the only school in this town. We noticed more or less significant changes in all areas of interest. In some cases, there was agreement in the test results and teacher's evaluation whereas in other there were differences. KEY WORDS Reuven Feuerstein, modifiability of intelligence, deficits of cognitive functions, mediated...

Diagnostika školní zralosti v oblasti zrakového a sluchového vnímání / Assessment of school readiness in the areas of visual and auditory perception

Barešová, Eva January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of school maturity in the field of visual and auditory perception and its diagnostics in children in the last year of pre-school education. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of the development of the pre-school child and the conception of pre-primary education, the concepts of school maturity and readiness, risk factors of school failure, deferment of compulsory school attendance, partial functions and deficits of partial functions. Furthermore, the possibilities of diagnostics of phonological and visual perception and other methods of evaluation of the functions, which make the acquisition of school skills successful, are described. Also mentioned is the enrollment of a child into the first grade of elementary school. The objective of the empirical part is to find out whether it is possible to contribute to their maturation by regular stimulation of the partial functions in the field of visual and auditory perception in preschool children, thus improving the readiness of children to enter primary school. The research was carried out in two kindergartens through diagnostic and stimulating material. We predict learning disabilities (Sindelarová, 2016). Methods and tools of primarily quantitative character were used for the survey, incl....

Využití stimulačního programu Maxík u dětí předškolního věku při prevenci poruch učení / Utilization of a support program Maxik for preschool children in the prevention of learning disabilities

Havránková, Lenka January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the topic "Utilization of a support program Maxik for preschool children in the prevention of learning disabilities. " The aim of this thesis is theoretical definition of specific learning disorders, deficits of partial functions and relatively new trend of dynamic diagnostics. The object of the actual research is to assess the individual displacement of each of preschool children in response to the intervention by the stimulus program MAXIK and to assess the effectiveness of this program with each child in terms of prevention of specific learning disabilities. The problematic of specific learning disabilities in terms of etiology, occurrence and their manifestations is defined in the theoretical part. A big part of the theoretical part involves a chapter dealing with partial functions, their diagnosis, prevention and suggestions for development. Last but not least, the topics of dynamic diagnostics and stimulus programs are covered in the theoretical part. The empirical part contains qualitative research, which focuses on discovering the use and effectiveness of the stimulus program MAXIK with seven preschool children and particularly studying individual shifts within these children. The results are presented in the form of casuistry. Keywords: specific learning disorders,...

Variabilita vývoje počáteční gramotnosti u dětí s rizikem dyslexie: Predikční modely gramotnostních deficitů. / The early literacy development and its variability in children at risk of dyslexia: The prediction models of literacy deficits.

Medřická, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
In the context of both projects Enhancing literacy development in European languages, work package 2 and The early literacy development and its variability in children at risk of specific learning disabilities, we monitored child development of literacy in preschool age and during the first years of school attendance in a four-stage process. The research group (n = 76) compound of typically developing children (BV = 37), children with the family risk of dyslexia (RR = 22) and children with specific language impairment (NVŘ = 17). We evaluated development of phonemic/phonological, lexical/semantic and morphological/syntactic skills, preliteracy skills and early literacy skills. The last fifth test stage included the assessment of literacy development in 3rd graders. First, a group of children with literacy deficits (n = 9) was identified via the latent profile analysis method. Subsequently, four predictive models of literacy deficits for each stage were created by means of lasso or L-1 penalized regression method. Predictive models follows the trend that until literacy skills are fully automatized (preschool age and the 1st grade), phonemic and phonological skills predominate, but later - after the formal learning to read and write proceeds - early literacy skills are becoming more and more...

Analýza problematických míst při zvládání matematiky u žáků s poruchou autistického spektra (a jejich vztah ke kognitivnímu zpracovávání žáků) / Analysis of Solving Math Problems in Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (and its relation to cognitive processing of students)

Sotáková, Hana January 2019 (has links)
The dissertation thesis addresses the topic of mathematical tasks processing in students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and problematic points of their solution. The aim of this work is to delineate methods that ASD students use to approach these tasks and solve them. We focus primarily on whether it is possible to identify different procedures than those used by typically developing students, and whether these procedures show specifics corresponding to distinct cognitive processes. In the theoretical part we provide a theoretical background for the study. Firstly, we create a frame to understand the complexity of autism, furthermore we deal with psychological theories examining the topic, and describe specifics of development of ASD students during their adolescence. Thereafter, we reflect on studies addressing mathematical skills of ASD students. Mathematics is considered as their great strength, however is not sufficiently scrutinized, as highlighted by various international studies (for example Oswald et al., 2016). The empiric part is based on qualitative methodology and pursues comparisons of mathematical tasks processing between six ASD students and typically developing peers. We strive to document differences and common points in solutions as well as to analyze cognitive processes of...

Diagnostika školní zralosti / School adulthood diagnostics

Fuchsová, Romana January 2014 (has links)
School adulthood diagnostics Abstract: This thesis is devoted to the topic school adulthood and its diagnostics by the children in the pre-school age. In the theoretic part there are included basic information about the ontogeny of a child in the pre-school age and contemporary conception of pre-school aducation. There are explained the expressions school adulthood, school preparedness, postponement of obligatory shool attandance, partial functions and shortages of these functions here as well. There are also described the possibilities how to diagnose the functions that are neccessary for the sucessfull acquirement of school skills. You can find the information about the enrolment of a child to the basic school too. The aim for the empiric part is to find out if it is possible to contribute to the improvement of the choosen partial functions by the aid of their regular stimulation by the pre-school children and in this way to increase a change for the successful acquirement of school skills. I had made my exploration through four diagnostic tests focused on the choosen partial functions in two kindergartens in Prague.
