Archeozoologie neolitu Čech / Archaeozoology of the Neolithic of Bohemia

KOVAČIKOVÁ, Lenka January 2011 (has links)
An archaeozoological analysis of the assemblages of animal bones and teeth of Neolithic (Linear and Stroked Pottery cultures; approx. 5500-4200 BC)settlements in Bohemia, provide new elements on the way of life of early farmers. By means of study of animal bones and teeth we can specify the role of domestic and hunting animals in the Neolithic economy, define the herd management strategies for main domestic animals and focus on the environmental reconstruction and investigation of births distribution of domestic animals (for exemple of cattle in the case of this study) through the analysis of the carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions of fossil tooth enamel bioapatite. To achieve these objectives, we can use, except standard archaeozoological methods and stable isotope analysis, more specific procedures, e.g. determination of damaged bones of animals using the ELISA test.

Statistická analýza vad ve stavební praxi / Statistical analysis of defects in construction practice

Luska, Zbyněk January 2016 (has links)
This thesis on statistical analysis of defects in construction practice deals with the assessment of defects which are monitored within the system of construction and technical prevention in the period from 2010 to 2013. We cannot consider as defects such matters arising from non-compliance with the contractual relationship between the sponsor and implementer of the building work, and that this does not contradict the building Act. This thesis aims to determine the defects in construction practice and the right tools, statistical analysis, and quality control methods to assess the state and evolution of defects, as well as to find links and dependence of defects on defined factors. The methodological part of the thesis is based on an exploratory statistical analysis of qualitative data, Pareto analysis, and also statistical testing of the hypothesis of independence using the chi-square test of independence in the pivot table. The strength of any relationship is tested under Cramér V. The output of the thesis is a list of the most frequently occurring defects in construction practice, a description of the defects, and their evaluation in terms of occurrence in time, within a defined territory, and the occurrence of a specific building construction.

Kategorie determinace: strategie překladu španělských literárních textů do češtiny. / Category of Determination: Translation strategy of Spanish literary texts into Czech.

ZEWELOVÁ, Andrea January 2014 (has links)
My thesis consists of two parts. First part is theoretical in which I´m introducing meanings of reference and determinant as described by eminent authors, followed by description of the main uses of definite and indefinete articles and I´m finishing the first part by introducing the current Sentence Segmentation. The second part of the Thesis is practical and here I´m working on quantitative analysis of determination and its translation itno Czech. I´m analyzing a tale called La tortuga gigante from the book Cuentos de la Selva written by Horacio Quiroga and its further Czech translation by Ada Vesela. Determinants are my main focus, articles in particular and their translation into Czech.

Stochastická předpověď průměrných měsíčních průtoku ve vybraném vodoměrném profilu / Stochastic Prediction of Mean Monthly Flows in Selected Hydrometric Profile

Jansa, Jakub January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the average monthly flows forecast in the selected hydrometric profile. Aim of this work will be evaluation of the calculated values and the interpretation of the results in understandable form. The next step will be find an appropriate connection between randomly-generated inputs in the form of random real flow series using the standard hydrological prediction models. This models are based on the principles of artificial intelligence and probability model. The result of the work will be verification of procedures and compilation of mean monthly flow stochastic forecast in selected hydrometric profile, which would be used for a reservoirs management, respectively for water systems management.

Posouzení vybraných ukazatelů firmy pomocí analýzy časových řad / Assessing Selected Indicators of a Company Using Time Series Analysis

Petrlíková, Petra January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with an assessing selected indicators of a KAVALE company s. r. o. using time series analysis. Issues of financial analysis, analysis of period lines, regressive analysis and correlative analysis are described in a theoretical part. Practical part is focused on statistic analysis of selected indicators of financial analysis. Its aim is to reveal dependance between indicators and prediction of their future development for the next two periods of time. Comparison of the analyzed company with an average sector and with two rival companies is also part of the practical section. On the basis of these analyzes I recommend proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

Projektivní architektura z pohledu sociologie / Projective Architekture in Sociological View

Filová, Tereza January 2015 (has links)
The thesis is about relation of society to its material environment including its cultural product which is architecture. This is the reason why it is using viewpoints of sociology of culture and art. The thesis focuses on the contemporary projective architecture and brings its characteristics having a relation to society. The main starting-point is uncritical nature of projective architecture. This nature is set into the historical development of the architectural styles of the twentieth century. The picture of development of those critical and uncritical phases is assembled with emphasis to their specific relation to society. In the conclusions the detected relation of projective architecture to the society is assembled to this development. It is compared with former stages. Sociologický pohled na charakteristiky současné architektury / Characteristics of Contemporary Architecture in Sociological View

Filová, Tereza January 2014 (has links)
The thesis is about relation of society and its material environment - architecture. It focuses on current architecture and its characteristics with relation to society. The emphasis is placed on influence of constructions, interaction with users and transmission of meanings. The thesis is characterizing contemporary architecture using theories of Marshall McLuhan. Today's architecture is distinguished by projective character which enables higher participation of users than former architectural traditions. New interconnection of society and architecture appears. It is characterized by higher degree of interaction. At the same time, higher relativization, individualization and virtualization of meanings emerge. Currently, architecture is cool medium through the lens of Marshall McLuhan theories. It is characterized by low definition. On the other hand, former architectural traditions were hot mediums with high definition. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Nízkoteplotní vlastnosti asfaltových pojiv a směsí / Low temperature properties of asphalt binders and mixtures

Veselý, Petr Unknown Date (has links)
Today’s society is highly reliable on a working road infrastructure, which is because of collective efforts already built in terms of main net of roadways, and the attention is now paid to its service life primarily from a point of view of a climate change which is causing more frequent temperature extremes. This thesis sets its goal to perform basic tests for bitumen, especially ones dealing with low temperature properties, on types of bitumen usually used in out day to day world and asphalt mixtures made with those types of bitumen. The theoretical part talks about the basic definition of bitumen and studies performed on the similar issue. Practical part of the thesis is focused on performing the tests of bitumen and asphalt, which include but are not limited to, penetration test, softening point test, critical temperature detected by method by Fraasse and the bending beam rheometer and the test to set critical temperature of asphalt by using TSRST. At the end of the thesis the evaluation of results and its mutual correlation is performed.

Kriminalistický význam způsobu spáchání trestného činu / The Forensic Significance of Modus Operandi

Lukášová, Tereza January 2016 (has links)

The aim of the thesis is to provide a complex view including all the important aspects of this phenomenon. The object of the thesis is filled within particular chapters. The definition of the concept modus operandi is solved at the beginning followed by the analysis of the components of modus operandi. The most comprehensive passage is focused on the determination of the modus operandi including its objective and subjective determinants. Than follows the description of the mechanisms forming the modus operandi. Eventually is given the analyses of the importance of findings about the modus operandi for various spheres of criminology. The main benefit of this thesis is to provide the summary of the facts regarding the modus operandi, which allows us to describe this phenomenon in details and then use these findings in forensic practise.
