No. of bitstreams: 1 349489.pdf: 1300803 bytes, checksum: 318375bb686760a6de84114d63b6cd7c (MD5) Previous issue date: 2017 / Esta dissertação aborda informações inéditas sobre a Apropriação das Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação (TIC) nas Escolas Públicas do CEFAPRO de Diamantino/MT visando conhecer a realidade das TIC, em especial as estratégias utilizadas pelos Gestores, Professores e Alunos para seu envolvimento nas práticas pedagógicas e nos espaços educativos. Tal levantamento foi obtido por meio de três questionários destinados a cada segmento representativo da Escola Pública para identificar, por meio dos indícios, a real situação da apropriação das Tecnologias na Educação, com referência à Disponibilidade, Organização, Formação e Presença na Proposta Pedagógica da Instituição. Essa análise permite agregar Programas Educacionais que possibilitem suprir ou contribuir para o desenvolvimento educacional dos municípios pesquisados e evidenciar os benefícios que a análise dessa dissertação possa indicar. Esta pesquisa se adéqua ao estudo por permitir a utilização de informações e processos de investigação que identificam a estrutura e a dinâmica de um sistema complexo cujas fronteiras e elementos integrantes não estão perfeitamente definidos, buscando identificar as inter-relações entre fatores técnicos, organizacionais, humanos e culturais. Enfatiza-se aqui o apoio ao entrelaçamento das tecnologias no processo educativo, garantindo à disponibilidade e o acesso às condições necessárias para que todos possam desfrutar seus benefícios, de modo administrativo e como ferramenta importantíssima que proporciona recursos educacionais e provê maior visibilidade ao contexto educacional. Em suma, esta dissertação apresenta um panorama da apropriação, na região geográfica alvo da pesquisa, assim como alguns obstáculos enfrentados pelos pesquisados que dificultam o melhor desempenho das mesmas, descrevendo assim algumas iniciativas que precisam ser averiguadas para que o desenvolvimento possa ser pleno e consolidado, assegurando melhores resultados aos índices educacionais almejados pela Educação Nacional. / Abstract : This Master´s thesis addresses unprecedented information regarding the Appropriation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the schools of CEFAPRO in Diamantino, Mato Grosso, Brazil. The objective is to understand the realities of ICT, especially the strategies used by Managers, Teachers and Students for their engagement in pedagogical practices and/or education spaces for the development of quality indications that describe the appropriation and that contribute for the obtaining of better results from the institutions in external evaluations. Such survey was conducted by means of three questionnaires destined to each representative sector of the Public School to identify, by means of these indicators, the true status of the appropriation technologies in education, concerning the availability, organization, formation and presence in the pedagogical proposal of the institution. This analysis allows us to aggregate educational programs that provide or contribute for the educational development in the researched municipalities and to demonstrate the benefits that this analysis can express. This research fits the study for allowing the use of information and investigation processes that identify the structure and dynamics of a complex system of which frontiers and constituent elements are not perfectly defined, seeking to identify the interrelations between technical, organizational, human, and cultural factors. We emphasize the support to the interweaving of the technologies in the educative process, guaranteeing the availability and access to the necessary conditions for all to experience its benefits administratively and as an important tool that provides educational resources and the highest visibility to the educational context. In addition, this Master´s thesis presents a panorama of the appropriation in the geographical region targeted by this research, as well as a few obstacles faced by the researchers and that hinder the better performance of the same, thus describing a few initiatives that must be verified to ensure a full and consolidated development, securing better results for the educational indexes sought by national education.
