A review of existing theories of diffraction is presented, as well as topics of analysis of electromagnetic signals propagation and propagation models. In the sequence the assumptions of the proposition of the diffraction and propagation model are discussed in order to justify the proposed model. Finally comparative theoretical and experimental results are presented about this new model.
