Průmyslový objekt / Industrial Building

Tretyakov, Alexey January 2016 (has links)
In this thesis is solved detail design of industrial building. It is a new storage hall and connected to it the two-story office building. Building is located in the production area of factory, on the cadastral area Holice u Olomouce. The purpose of the building is storage and expedition of the products. In areas of an office building is located facilities for staff of hall and office workspace. Handling products in the hall will be performed by a forklift. The building is designed for a capacity of 15 employees. The office building has a load bearing structural system. Walls and ceiling structures are made up of panels of filigree. Foundations, including flooring of the first floor, are constructed from waterproof concrete. The office building is roofed by flat roof. The main supporting structure of the storage hall is designed as precast reinforced concrete frame. Cladding consists of insulating panels. Like in the office building, the hall is roofed by flat roof. Due to anticipate of the differential settlement of the office building and the storage hall parts are separated by a dilatation joint.

Rekonstrukce 3D objektu z obrazových dat / 3D Objects Reconstruction from Image Data

Cír, Filip January 2008 (has links)
This paper deals with 3D reconstruction of objects from image data. There is describes theoretical basis of the 3D optical scanning. Handheld 3D optical scanner setup is described composed of a single camera and a line laser whose position is fixed with respect to the camera. Set of image markers and a simple real-time detection algorithm are proposed. Detected markers are used to estimate position and orientation of the camera. Finally, laser detection and triangulation of points lying on object surface are discussed.

Statické řešení parkovacího domu / Static solution of parking house

Tvrzník, Jakub Unknown Date (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the design of the supporting structure of a multi-storey parking house. Part of the work is also a search of three parking houses in our country and in Slovakia. The content of the work is a preliminary design of 3 variants of a typical ceiling structure. Subsequently, one variant is selected and processed in detail. A flexurally supported slab-wall model was created in Scia Engineer for the analysis of the structure. Selected structural elements were modeled separately. Additional assessment is performed in GEO, FINE, IDEA Statica, JORDAHL and MS Excel software.

Úloha variabilních řetězců na rozhraní podjednotek ve formování ATP-vazebné kapsy a funkci P2X4 receptoru / Role of variable chains at the interface between subunits in forming ATP-binding pocket and function of P2X4 receptor

Tvrdoňová, Vendula January 2014 (has links)
7 ABSTRACT Crystallization of the zebrafish P2X4 receptor in both open and closed states revealed conformational differences in the ectodomain structures, including the dorsal fin and left flipper domains. The role of these domains in forming of ATP-binding pocket and receptor function was investigated by using alanine scanning mutagenesis of the R203- L214 (dorsal fin) and the D280-N293 (left flipper) sequences of the rat P2X4 receptor and by examination of the responsiveness to ATP and orthosteric analog agonists 2- (methylthio)adenosine 5'-triphosphate, adenosine 5'-(γ-thio)triphosphate, 2'(3'-O-(4- benzoylbenzoyl)adenosine 5'-triphosphate, and α,β-methyleneadenosine 5'- triphosphate. ATP potency/efficacy was reduced in 15 out of 26 alanine mutants. The R203A, N204A, and N293A mutants were essentially non-functional, but receptor function was restored by ivermectin, an allosteric modulator. The I205A, T210A, L214A, P290A, G291A, and Y292A mutants exhibited significant changes in the responsiveness to orthosteric analog agonists. In contrast, the responsiveness of L206A, N208A, D280A, T281A, R282A, and H286A mutants to analog agonists was comparable to that of the wild type receptor. These experiments, together with homology modeling, indicate that residues of the first group located in the upper part of...

Krytý městský bazén - betonová konstrukce nádrže / Indoor swimming pool - concrete tank construction

Pőthe, Péter January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to design reinforced concrete construction of the indoor swimming pool and ensure impermeability of the construction, to ensure behavior as concrete tank construction. Static analysis was done by using program Dlubal RFEM 5.12, where interaction of subsoil with construction was taken into account. Slabs around the swimming pool area were divided into expansion section because of temperature changes from glass façade an after that the sealing of expansion gap was solved. Construction system under the swimming was designed and was tested the behavior of walls and slabs. Analysis was done also to considerate of hydration heat. The drawing was done by software CADKON RCD.

Kompozitní stomatologické biomateriály - struktura, analýza a vlastnosti / Composite Dental Biomaterials - Structure, Analysis and Properties

Matoušek, Aleš January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this work is to define relations between grain size and bioaktivity of oxide ceramics, specifically ZrO2, Al2O3 and HA. Ceramic materials with grain size from 100 nm up to 10 m, with various surface roughness, were tested for its bioactivity. Ceramography analysis was performed for all tested materials to precisely describe microstructures. Biological properties of the ceramic materials were tested via dilation tests directly in-vitro and by in-vitro extraction. Three cell culturing lines: osteoblast MG63, fibroblast L929, and epithelioid HeLa, were used for our testing. An influence of the grain size on the biological response was only found for the ceramic materials which had been thermally etched. The thermally etched nanocrystalline samples had larger areas covered by cells than ceramics with coarse grain microstructure. Biological tests on layered composites Al2O3×ZrO2 showed the cell selection determined by the type of material, where ZrO2 surfaces were preferably covered. Improved biological response of nanocrystalline ZrO2 was demonstrated on ceramic ZrO2, Al2O3 and SiO2 substrates with nanocrystalline coating of ZrO2. In this work a novel technological process for the formation of defect-free coatings was developed. Sintered coatings were tested using in-vitro technique with cell line HeLa, L929 and MG63 for up to 72 hours. The results of the biological tests of nanocrystalline coatings were consistent with results from the bulk nanocrystalline thermally etched ZrO2 ceramics.

Morfologické operace ve zpracování obrazu / Morphological Operations in Image Processing

Kolouchová, Michaela January 2008 (has links)
Mathematical morphology stems from set theory and it makes use of properties of point sets. The first point set is an origin image and the second one (usually smaller) is a structuring element. Morphological image transformations are image to image transformations based on a few elementary set operators. Fundamental morphologic operations are dilation, erosion and hit or miss. Next operations described in this work are opening and closing. Originally morphological operators were used for binary images only, later they were generalized for grey tone and color ones. This work describes the basic morphological image processing methods including their practical usage in image filtering and segmentation.
