This master’s thesis deals with determination of the value of Samohýl group, a. s. company at 01. 07. 2017. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of valuation, such as business, value, strategic and financial analysis and valuation methods. In the analytical part, the analyzed company are basic information presented, strategic analysis, financial analysis including its assessment. The design part is processed by analysis and prognosis of value generators and the compilation of the financial plan and ultimately determination of the value of an enterprise using yield methods and accounting method.

This diploma thesis is focused on determining the value of the TURBOSOL SERVIS, spol. s.r.o. company at 1. 1. 2017 by using Income capitalization approach, especially the method of Discounted Cash Flow and Economic Value Added method.

This master´s thesis deals with the estimation of the value of company COMINFO, a.s. to the date 1.10.2016 using income based methods. Specifically using the method discounted cash flow in variant entity and economic value added in variant entity. In the theoretical part are described the basic theoretical starting points concerning the valuation of company. The practical part includes strategic analysis, financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and also the determination of the value of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with the valuation of the company STROJSTYL, s.r.o. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods related to the valuation of the company and mentions the procedure for performing the valuation of the company. Then follows the practical part, in which the company is introduced and theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected company in order to perform the final valuation of the company by 1 January 2019.

The diploma thesis deals with the estimation of the value of the company by using the method of discounted cash flow and economic added value. The thesis is divided into several parts the theoretical part, strategic and financial analysis, the prognosis of value drivers, proposal of the financial plan, the weighted cost of capital, and proposal of the resulting valuation. In conclusion, the company’s objectified value is estimated to 1.1.2019.

The diploma thesis focuses on the economic evaluation of the company acquisition project using methods of discounted cash flow, net present value and discounted payback period. The theoretical part of the thesis uses comprehensive view on modern methods of strategic and financial analysis, financial planning strategy and investment decision-making methods. The second half of the work contains practical part of strategic and financial analysis, calculated cost of equity, weighted average cost of capital and economic evaluation of the acquisition project itself.

This diploma work focuses on the issue of valuation of a company and implementing the theoretical findings obtained through various methods into the specific situation of CS Expres joint-stock company which transports individual packages. The practical part of the work provides financial and strategical analysis of the company. The valuation of the company suggestion is carried out with the help of theoretical methods, but also by establishment of specific criteria which can be used to estimate the real price of the company.
