Un Centro de Tratamiento y Prevención de Tuberculosis es aquel equipamiento arquitectónico que promueve cura y tratamiento de la enfermedad si como la capacitación para la población para evitar la propagación de la tuberculosis en Lima. Mediante el presente proyecto de tesis se presenta la propuesta del primer Centro especializado en el Tratamiento y Prevención de Tuberculosis, proyecto que nace de un previo análisis de la problemática y la fijación de objetivos, y del estudio del lugar donde este se emplazará, para lo que se buscaron referentes existentes a nivel mundial y nacional. Posteriormente, se procederá con el análisis técnico del lote, y con la programación arquitectónica del proyecto. / A Tuberculosis Treatment and Prevention Center is that architectural equipment that promotes cure and treatment of the disease and training for the population to prevent the spread of tuberculosis in Lima. Through this thesis project is presented the proposal of the first Center specialized in the Treatment and Prevention of Tuberculosis, a project that is born from a previous analysis of the problem and the setting of objectives, and the study of the place where it will be located, for that existing references were sought at a global and national level. La psicología y la psiquiatría, ayudan a entender al ser humano en un aspecto tanto médico como social (por su comportamiento). Es por esto que es importante contar con establecimientos dedicados al cuidado, seguimiento y tratamiento de las distintas enfermedades de salud mental. La tesis de grado en cuestión busca explicar y desarrollar en distintos aspectos, cómo se investiga, diseña y construye un hospital de salud mental, desde las necesidades generales y específicas de la ciudad de lima, y por qué no, del Perú. En la investigación se han evaluado puntos cruciales como: la investigación teórica, la evolución histórica y arquitectónica los establecimientos de salud mental; proyectos referenciales internacionales y nacionales, para así entender el funcionamiento las proporciones; el programa arquitectónico, con el cual se logra determinar el alcance cuantitativo del proyecto; el lugar, que según las directrices de la investigación determinan la ubicación ideal del proyecto; el usuario, para entender y determinar cuántas personas y qué tipos de personas habrá que tomar en cuenta en la edificación; y finalmente, la investigación y criterios referentes al diseño, usados como punto de partida para desarrollar el proyecto en lo que a arquitectura se refiere. / Psychology and psychiatry, help understand the human being in a medical as well as a social aspect (due to it’s behavior). This is why it is important to have facilities dedicated to the care, monitoring and treatment of different mental health diseases. This degree thesis seeks to explain and develop in various aspects, how to research, design and build a mental health hospital, from the general and specific needs of the city of Lima, and why not, from Peru. The research has evaluated crucial points such as: theoretical research, historical and architectural evolution of mental health facilities; international and national referential projects, in order to understand the proportions; the architectural program, with which the quantitative scope of the project is determined; the place, which according to the research guidelines determine the ideal location of the project; the user, to understand and determine how many people and what types of people should be taken into account in the building; and finally, the research and criteria related to the design, used as a starting point to develop the project as far as architecture is concerned. / Tesis

El colegio público de educación básica regular contempla los espacios necesarios para que se den las metodologías de enseñanza actuales que responden a las necesidades educativas de la población en crecimiento del 9.1% que tiene el Centro Poblado Quebrada Retamal en Pachacámac, localidad que se urbaniza a través de los años y cuenta con una alta demanda insatisfecha en educación. El 32% de la población se encuentra en edad escolar y para estas familias el colegio representa un centro de desarrollo y de futuro para sus hijos, que va mas allá de la formación escolar. En el diseño del colegio se ha considerado las exigencias de la pedagogía contemporánea, es decir, la funcionalidad, habitabilidad, flexibilidad, simplicidad constructiva, coordinación modular y economía. Se optimiza la iluminación natural para evitar usar la luz artificial, la ventilación cruzada controlada, el control de ruidos molestos, la protección contra los altos niveles de radiación, la seguridad y fácil evacuación del usuario en casos de sismos e incendios. El énfasis del proyecto es la flexibilidad espacial, que se aplica a los tres niveles educativos (inicial, primaria y secundaria) incluyendo las áreas comunes y se refiere al uso compartido de los espacios y equipamiento del colegio por los estudiantes y la comunidad de un centro poblado en crecimiento, es decir, ambientes como el auditorio, salón de usos múltiples, mediateca y comedor pueden ser usados en los horarios diferentes al de los alumnos. Asimismo, se contemplan ambientes flexibles físicamente como talleres que pueden crecer y reducirse según la función y el aforo requerido. / The public school of regular basic education contemplates the necessary spaces by the current teaching methodologies, which respond to the educational needs of the growing population of 9.1% of the Quebrada Retamal Center in Pachacámac. This place has been urbanized through the years and has an unsatisfied demand in education. The 32% of the population is school aged, for these families school represents a center of development and future for their children. The design has considered the demands of contemporary pedagogy such as: functionality, habitability, flexibility, constructive simplicity, modular coordination and economy. Architecture is focused on: using natural lighting to avoid the use of artificial light; crossed ventilation to control the air currents in spaces inside the building to provide a comfortable environment; controlling the noise levels, specially the noise coming from the main avenue; protecting the users against high levels of radiation; and generating a safe and easy evacuation in cases of earthquakes and fires. The project is focused on spatial flexibility. This applies to the three levels of the school (inicial, primary and secondary education), including the common areas. Spatial flexibility refers to the shared use of spaces and equipment of the school by the students and the community of the growing town. These spaces, such as the auditorium, the multipurpose rooms, the media library and the dining room, can be used at different times and for different activities by the students and community. Also, physically flexible spaces are contemplated, for example, workshops that can grow or shrink depending on the function and capacity required. / Tesis

El presente documento tiene por finalidad desarrollar el tema de tesis: Museo de la Música Criolla, el cual busca responder a la problemática actual de los museos del Centro Histórico de Lima. Asimismo, el proyecto busca reconectar uno de los barrios más patrimoniales y musicales del Centro Histórico: Monserrate, con las dinámicas y circuitos turísticos y culturales que existen en el Cercado de Lima. De esta forma, el proyecto potenciará la regeneración urbana del barrio a través de un equipamiento nuevo. La investigación está dividida en 9 capítulos: La Introducción, Marco Referencial, Marco teórico, El lugar, El Usuario, El Programa Arquitectónico y Los Criterios de diseño / The purpose of this document is to develop the thesis topic: Museum of Creole Music, which seeks to respond to the current problems of the museums of the Historic Center of Lima. Also, the project seeks to reconnect one of the most heritage and musical neighborhoods of the Historic Center: Monserrate, with the dynamics and tourist and cultural circuits that exist in Cercado de Lima. In this way, the project will boost the urban regeneration of the neighborhood through a new equipment. En el Perú, la música como profesión aún no tiene el valor que merece, esto parte principalmente por la falta de difusión y la falta de infraestructura necesaria para la enseñanza de esta. El Conservatorio Nacional de Música es la institución más prestigiosa del Perú en enseñanza musical, pero actualmente no cuenta con la infraestructura ni equipamientos adecuados. El proyecto busca diseñar la nueva sede del Conservatorio, que cumpla con todos los estándares técnicos y arquitectónicos para garantizar el buen aprendizaje de los alumnos. El partido arquitectónico se basa en reinterpretar el lenguaje musical en la arquitectura y unir el espacio público con el proyecto. Parte importante del proyecto es el gran espacio urbano al interior de este, que servirá para fomentar y difundir la música a toda la comunidad. En el aspecto funcional, el programa responde a una investigación de las necesidades específicas de alumnos, profesores y demás usuarios. La nueva sede del Conservatorio Nacional de Música en San Borja finalmente se plantea como un proyecto educativo y cultural para beneficio de toda la sociedad. In Peru, the musician’s career does not have the value that it deserves yet, which parts mainly from the lack of diffusion of the arts and the lack of adequate schools for it. The “Conservatorio Nacional de Música” is the most prestigious institution of Peru in music education, but currently, it does not have either proper infrastructure or facilities. This project seeks to design the new headquarters of the conservatory, achieving the technical and architectural standards the building needs in order to ensure the learning of its students. The architectural concept is based on the reinterpretation of the musical language in the architecture of the building and in unifying the public space with the project. A very important aspect of the design is the public plaza in it, which will serve to promote and spread the music to the entire community. On the other hand, the functional aspects of the project respond to an investigation of the specific needs of the students, teachers and every other user. The new headquarters of the “Conservatorio Nacional de Música”, located in San Borja, rises as an educational and cultural project for the benefit of society as a whole. / Tesis

Los Centros culturales aparecen en un proceso de reestructuración de la ciudad que va de la mano con el desarrollo integral de una sociedad y su calidad de vida. En este caso, en la ciudad del Cusco, se ha valorado el patrimonio material, es por eso que existen centros de reinterpretación y museos diseñados notoriamente y de calidad insuperable, sin embargo, el patrimonio inmaterial no tiene un espacio en sí, no existe un centro cultural óptimo, ya que son casonas adaptadas más no, proyectos diseñados. El CDIC, Centro de Difusión Intercultural Cusco, ubicado en la Av El Sol – Cusco, presenta diversos espacios en su interior que alberga actividades culturales (locales, nacionales e internacionales) y propaga su difusión con el fin de crear una atmosfera cultural rica y diversa. El partido arquitectónico se define con una propuesta clara de vincular el espacio exterior con el interior, que permite satisfacer las necesidades de la zona a corto y largo plazo, manteniendo siempre una relación armoniosa con el entorno. En cuanto a la parte funcional, se proponen niveles que facilitan e integran el recorrido, mediante el concepto de flexibilidad espacial, en la que identifica una serie de actividades culturales en cada nivel y se pueda garantizar espacios de funciones múltiples convirtiéndolo en un edificio espacialmente permeable. En conclusión, el CDIC se muestra como un proyecto imponente que cuenta de diversas actividades pertinentes a la necesidad de la población con el fin del desarrollo y aprendizaje de la misma. / The Cultural Centers appear in a process of restructuring the city that goes hand in hand with the integral development of a society and its quality of life. In this case, in the city of Cusco, the material heritage has been valued, that is why there are reinterpretation centers and well-designed museums of exceptional quality, however, the intangible heritage does not have a space in itself, and there is no optimal cultural center, since they are adapted mansions, not designed projects. The CDIC, Center of Intercultural Diffusion in Cusco, located in the Av El Sol - Cusco, presents diverse spaces in its interior that lodges cultural activities (local, national and international) and propagates its diffusion in order to create a rich and diverse cultural atmosphere. The architectural concept is defined with a clear proposal to link the outer space with the interior, which allows meeting the needs of the area in the short and long term, always maintaining a harmonious relationship with the environment. As for the functional part, levels that facilitate and integrate the route are proposed, through the concept of spatial flexibility, in which it identifies a series of cultural activities at each level and can guarantee multiple functional spaces turning it into a spatially permeable building. In conclusion, the CDIC is shown as an impressive project that has various activities relevant to the needs of the population in order to develop and learn from it. / Tesis

El Instituto Tecnológico del Mar ubicado en el distrito de Cerro Azul en la provincia de Cañete del departamento de Lima. Este instituto educativo tecnológico se encuentra muy cercano al mar por su relación directa a las actividades marítimas-pesqueras con espacios flexibles, didácticos y dinámicos, tomando en cuenta el espacio natural de su alrededor para 160 alumnos en las carreras de Producción Pesquera y Maricultura, Acuicultura y Procesamiento Pesquero, Operación Portuaria y Recursos Naturales Renovables - orientación Producción Acuícola, emplazado en un terreno de 17327 m y con 5835 m de área construida. Este Edificio-Muelle, unifica e integra las dos zonas dividas del distrito de Cerro Azul, funciona de remate visual e hito entre los malecones José Olaya y Los Reyes. Se aplican sistemas de arquitectura solar pasiva que reducen la necesidad de ventilación o iluminación artificial, aprovecha los recursos naturales, control de humedad, logrando el bienestar térmico con bajo consumo eléctrico y alto confort térmico. / The Technological Institute of the Sea located in the district of Cerro Azul in the province of Cañete in the department of Lima. This technological educational institute is very close to the sea because of its direct relationship to maritime-fishing activities with flexible, didactic and dynamic spaces, taking into account the natural space of its surroundings for 160 students in the careers of Fisheries Production and Mariculture, Aquaculture and Fishing Processing, Port Operation and Renewable Natural Resources - Aquaculture Production orientation, located on a land of 17327 m² and with 5835 m² of built area. This building-quay, unifies and integrates the two divided zones of the district of Cerro Azul, works as a visual auction and milestone between the junks José Olaya and Los Reyes. Passive solar architecture systems are applied that reduce the need for ventilation or artificial lighting, take advantage of natural resources, humidity control, achieving thermal comfort with low electrical consumption and high thermal comfort. / Tesis

Proyecto de Vivienda para reubicar a las familias del barrio “Venegas” que ocupan parte del área reservada para la ampliación de la vía Paseo de la República Sur en el límite distrital de Surco y Barranco. Asimismo, aprovecha la coyuntura de esta obra para regenerar y densificar el barrio deteriorado. Para ello, enfatiza en el diseño de la arquitectura como medio para la integración urbana, de manera que enfrente los desafíos de una nueva expresión para Lima compacta del futuro. / Housing Project to relocate the families of the neighborhood "Venegas" that occupy part of the area reserved for the extension of the Paseo de la Republica Sur highway in the district boundary of Surco. Also, take advantage of the conjuncture of this work to regenerate and densify the deteriorated neighborhood. For this, it emphasizes on the design of architecture as an oportunity for urban integration, in order to face the challenges of a new expression for the future compact Lima. / Tesis
