The nursing perspective was also in focus, how the nurse can prevent unhealth caused by harmful stress among these females and how the nurse can help these women to help themselves. / En litteraturstudie om hur kronisk stress som är skadlig yttrar sig hos kvinnor och hur deras hälsa påverkas, samt att i ett omvårdnads-perspektiv fokusera på hur sjuksköterskan kan ta vara på dessa kvinnors egna resurser för att förebygga ohälsa relaterad till stress.
