Aplikace business dynamiky na firmu MALPRO spol. s r. o.

Fahian, Martin January 2008 (has links)

Hubálková, Irena January 2016 (has links)
The results of Dracaena sub-populations research are submitted in this dissertation. Dragons Blood Tree is an endemic plant species growing on the Socotra Island. The thesis contains four scientific papers published or submitted for review in journals with impact factor and in peer-reviewed journal. The first article predicts sub-population dynamics on Firmihin where the ha sample plot inventory was carried out. Tree growth and mortality simulation has been created using a time horizon of 100 years. The second article is focused on growth dynamics of seedlings growing ex situ under controlled conditions. One hundred plants from Firmihin and Skand have been measured once a week for two years. The differences in growth dynamics and mortality for both groups of young plants in ex situ were evaluated. The third article also relates to Dragons Blood Tree regeneration and deals with a possibility of in-situ regeneration in the fenced area on Shibehon Plateau compared to Oam al-Cora school grounds. The team from Mendel University in Brno planted hundreds of seedlings in 2006, ever since the monitoring of growth dynamics and mortality continues. The fourth article deals with anatomy of secondary thickening plant organs. Xylem, phloem, parenchyma and vessels area of root, stem and branch was determined using 70 permanent microscope slides and processed by image analysis. The results were evaluated, compared and graphically interpreted.

Vliv struktury temperátního lesa na jeho dynamiku

Mucha, Martin January 2014 (has links)
Martin Mucha: Effect of the temperate forest structure on forest dynamics. A main goal of the study was examination of the effect of the two temperate coppice forest structures, micro-relief and nutrient content of soil on coppice dynamics. Rich literature on coppice forests was studied before a literature list has been compiled. In practical part of the study, increment cores and soil samples were taken from oak and hornbeam trees on 46 experimental forest plots owned by Istanbul University. Based on radial increments measured, statistically significant effect of management-based structure, mic-rorelief and soil nutrient content in a soil was examined. The main increment of trees growing on top plateau was significantly higher than increment of trees growing on south and north-facing slopes. The main increment of coppice with uneven structure (abandoned coppice) was significantly different from actively managed coppice oak stands. In addition, effect of different soil nutrient content was not significant.

Skupinová dynamika školních tříd / Group dynamics of school class

Kozel, Martin January 2011 (has links)
This work focuses on clasroom group dynamics and it's aim is to develop a comprehensive concept (model), which will be able to explain the socio-psychological processes within the class. It could be used for diagnostic purposes (measurement) and intervention. The author first defines the group dynamics as a field of forces aiming to reach goals, or preventing their fulfillment. Based on three sources of literature (research of small groups, pedagogical understanding of group dynamics and psychoterapeutiacl understanding of group dynamics) the author describes all reflected forces in group dynamics. Based on in-depth interviews with seven experts,he creates seven different perspectives on the context and choses the key forces of the group dynamics. By a synthesis of the information sources, the author creates the final model. It's validity due to data and potential future use is discussed.

Historie narušení horských smrkových pralesů v temperátní zóně (Evropa) / Disturbance history of the primary mountain spruce forests in Temperate Zone (Europe)

Hanousek, Jan January 2016 (has links)
This thesis is about the development and structure of mountain Norway spruce forest in location Koprová dolina, which is part of Tatras national park. Forest dynamic were monitored on 13 permanent research plots, every plot takes 1000 m2. Study was based on the analyses of the thicknes and age structure and the dendrochronologal analysis, which detects releases during growth. Based on results we confirmed that locations have character of natural forests, these locations are formed by strong and big-scale disturbances, but also by disturbances of medium and small strenght and scale. Results are similar with other papers and historical texts, which describes disturbances events in Koprová dolina.
