This mastert's thesis is engaged in internet business, specifically in e-shops, which are still more popular in these days of internet technologies among businessmen and also ordinary internet users, who are potential customers. The first part provides theoretical basis for familiarizing readers with the specifics of internet business and explains the basic terms and relationships in this branch. Second, practical part describes, analyzes and evaluates particular procedures and possibilities of running e-shop in practice. Particular steps and procedures are described on the basis of e-shop Drevokryty.cz. The thesis is conceived as a whole, which provides a complete picture of running e-shop from the view of entrepreneur.

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides basic theoretical knowledge needed to develop the business plan. The practical part is focused on writing the business plan for the e shop BusinessStyle.cz. The plan includes an introduction, purpose and position of the document, summary, description of business opportunities, company and key personalities and analysis of market, customers, competitors and suppliers. Marketing and sales strategy and implementation project plan is based on this information. The thesis is closed by financial plan that allows evaluation of the project.

The final thesis Analysis of a marketing approach of selected e-shops providing food on the Czech market aims to examine and evaluate the quality of customer service provided by selected food e-shops. The quality is assessed and measured by specific mystery market research methods. After execution of the e-mail communication with each customer center, the purchase of certain goods on these e-shops was realized. Finally, the thesis evaluates the results of the research, gives the providers advice on acquiring new customers and suggests options for elimination of potential deficiencies.

This Thesis deals with the methodological support for the creation of an e-shop for importers of specialist, small series cars. The intention is to design the methodical pattern of making electronic commerce for businesses with defined characters and its verification in a business operating in the specified field. The first step to achieving the target is characterized by the essential elements of the business entity and analyzing the current state of knowledge in the area of e-commerce. The following step is to chose the formulation of the methodological pattern. The final step is a formal description of the methodological model, which is then verified in the importer environment. The results of the methodical pattern may be used by other similar businesses to create their own e-shop.

Master's Thesis focuses on logistic processes of e-shops. This branch is significantly developing and many sole traders and Small and Medium Enterprises join it. Due to strong competition it is necessary to find possibilities, how to be different from other e-shops. Such competition advantage can be reached with higher level of logistic services. Types of logistic chains that can be used in electronic commerce are defined in Thesis. Work of particular members of chain is described as well. Thesis also deals with evolution of e-commerce and various kinds of online retailers. I focused in great detail on function of e-shop that works according to pull-principle. Processes of this e-shop was compared with processes of e-shop that sell. goods from its stocks. The aim of this comparison was to find competition advantage that can be transfered to e-shop working without stocks. The last passage of Thesis deals with possibility of outsourcing that can make better services of e-shops.

Vývoj e-shopu na redakčním systému WordPress / The development of e-shop for WordPress

The thesis focuses on developing e-shop with CMS WordPress and plugin eShop. Its aim is to write a methodology by which it would be possible to create e-shop step by step. The work outlines the advantages and possible disadvantages of this solution. Outcome of this work are also additional scripts that optimizes functionality of eShop plugin and extensions for linking e-shop with Czech e-commerce services. Czech localization for plugin eShop is also part of this thesis. Writing methodology precedes the preparation of the technical background documents WordPress and the selected extension called eShop. The first chapter defines the objective of the thesis and are defined substrates. The following is research that confirms the absence of similar methodologies or guidelines in both Czech and foreign language. The third chapter presents the used solution and reveals the technical basics of WordPress and plugins. The main part - the fourth chapter contains the very methodology of creating e shop. It takes the reader through the process from installation to launch the e-shop. Includes introduction of making templates, analysis appropriate plugins and show how to edit them. This part also presents how to manage products and orders, create Czech localization, links to e-commerce services and additional programming required functions in e-shop. Chapter contains recommendations for the operation and maintenance of the e shop and subchapter about user testing describes method by Steve Krug, use it as a practical demonstrations and evaluating conclusions. Contribution of this thesis is the know-how in terms of methodology, expanding the knowledge base of the community, the additional scripts for e-shop and written recommendations for the process of operation e-shop by WordPress.

The aim of the thesis is to make a marketing strategy of chosen coffee shop, which is situated in Slovakia. Therefore the analysis needed to achieve the given aim were analysis of macroenvironment in Slovakia, current trends in coffee drinking, coffee shop business (in Europe), competition in the town. Interviews with the owner of given coffee shop, owners of other successful coffee shops and the summarization of related theory, also contributed to the achievement of the aim. A partial aim was to gain knowledge about target group "women 40-65 years old", which was the object of a questionnaire. Acquired information was then summarized and used for designing the marketing strategy and proposals for improving the marketing mix that deals with issues of coffee shop.
