Analýza obchodních případů ve společnosti Soma s. r. o.. Na zažátku je definován trh a v další části úkoly jednotlivých oddělení v rámci společnosti (marketing, obchod, servis). Cílem je identifikovat oblasti, jejichž zlepšení by vedlo k vytvoření vyšší hodnoty pro zákazníka a současně k větším tržbám pro firmu Soma.

In this thesis, the different solution methods for saddle-point systems aris- ing from fluid dynamics are studied. The main emphasis is on Krylov subspace methods with effective preconditioning techniques for saddle-point systems ob- tained from finite element discretization of the Navier-Stokes equations. Two preconditioning techniques are presented: pressure-convection-diffusion precon- ditioning (PCD) and least-square commutator preconditioning (LSC). Both pre- conditioners are validated on two benchmarks: lid-driven cavity and flow around cylinder. From the computational point of view, we focus on comparing the performance of used solvers, with emphasis on our implementation of PCD pre- conditioning. All numerical simulations are performed by software Firedrake. 1

Tématem diplomové práce je konkurenceschopnost České republiky v oblasti daňového zatížení práce ve srovnání se státy OECD a Evropské unie. Jejím cílem je potvrdit či vyvrátit hypotézu, že daňové zatížení práce v České republice je vysoké. Ukazateli využitými ke zhodnocení daňového zatížení práce jsou efektivní daňová sazba, daňový klín a mezní efektivní daňová sazba. Hlavní část práce spočívá ve srovnání hodnot jednotlivých ukazatelů pro Českou republiku a státy Evropské unie a dále ve sledování vývoje daňového zatížení práce v České republice v období 1998 ? 2005.

Mutual interaction of wage taxation, social security contributions and social benefits influences a motivation to work. Insufficient linkage of these elements causes that some people are not interested in increasing work effort. With increasing labour supply and gross income they lose a claim to some social benefits and it causes slump in their net income. This dissertation shows the components of tax and benefit systems that have a negativ impact on motivation to work of model households. The thesis discusses an efficiency of changes in these systems that occured in monitored years. The highest attention was paid to finding the reasons for the fall into the poverty trap. The analysis used the model of marginal effective tax rates.

In this thesis, we use the Coleman-Weinberg effective potential for computing the radiative corrections to scalar masses in six simple models of the quantum field theory. We probe, for example, the theory of two scalar fields, simple generalizations of the Abelian Higgs model or some classic extensions of the Standard Model. A common feature of all the theories considered is the existence of (at least) two mass scales different in order of magnitude. Being motivated by the hierarchy problem, we study mainly the sensitivity of light scalar masses on the radiative corrections induced by the heavy fields in relevant Feynman loops. We demonstrate that while the masses of scalars with zero VEV obtain corrections proportional to the masses of the heavy fields, in theories with the spontaneous symmetry breakdown is the Higgs mass always governed by the corresponding ordering parameter, i.e., by its vacuum expectation value. For the Standard Model, understood as an effective field theory, this implies that the Higgs boson mass is as stable with respect to the effects of possible new physics on very high energies as the masses of the leptons, quarks, W and Z bosons. The purpose of this Thesis is to show ways of the selfmanagement and to include them into daily life. Using several publications I suggest possibilities of personal progress and its benefit for our life. I research the awareness about the selfmanagement and its principles. I lead the respondents to deeper thinking about their life attitude and self-respect. It is focused on purpose of living, life goals and principles, time management, self-control, a creativity and alternative ways to personal progress. I would like to explain connections between personal and working life. Well-balanced and creative person, who is cultivating himself, has better potencial for satisfied working life. The process of writing Master's Thesis was enriching and I hope it was also an inspiration for the respondents. I find it very important to focuse not only on outside world, but first of all on inside world. I wish the selfmanagement would come closer to more people and help them to build a happy life.

Cílem diplomové práce je pomocí nástrojů ekonometrické analýzy otestovat vztah Grangerovy kauzality mezi vývojem akciových indexů a HDP v České republice, Německu a Velké Británii. Neméně důležitou součástí je popsání jednotlivých teoretických východisek, zvážení různých argumentů pro a proti existenci tohoto vztahu.
